My son had an accident so I drive to Khalid’s office to start a claim. Typically you are supposed to call a specific claim number to do this. I have been with State Farm for over 10 years.. My agent has always been in Tyler, but I moved down to College Station 3 years ago for my business. Even still, I had never even thought of switching agents..One day I called Khailds office just to ask a few quick questions before calling my own agent.. I spoke with Mindy.. She was VERY helpful..
