Hands down the worst experience I have had with ANY company in recent years. There were too many issues for me to highlight in this review. However, I’ll highlight a few: 1. Scratched the outside of my car when removing tint (didn’t admit to it, but paid to have it fixed) 2. Tint solution was sprayed all in my car and they said they couldn’t get it off and that I should go buy Armor All and clean it myself because they didn’t have anything to clean it with 3. I scheduled to have a car starter installed, but there was a miscommunication and they ordered the wrong part. After going back and forth they didn’t admit fault AGAIN. I agreed to have the ordered part installed and for some reason they couldn’t “figure it out” and I left with nothing… not even an apology from the owner. I was there for 2hrs after being told it would take 5 minutes. Valuable time wasted and I missed a business meeting. I wouldn’t take my enemy’s car here. Do your research first.

Car toys is always the best. Literally. I called today not knowing if they were open. Somebody picked up, said yes were open til 5 - I said thanks and was gonna hang up. So, the guy asked me if I needed a service. I said yes, I just had my windows tinted there earlier last week & I need my gaskets popped. (Btw if you dont know - if you have ANY make/model vehicle NEWER than ANY 08 vehicle youll need to go back 3days after your tint service to have the gaskets popped. Without having them popped, youre window buttons will do the opposite of what you want them to do.) Anyway, I was actually about to pass their exit when I called and when we hung up it was take the exit NOW or ignore it. Well, I just suddenly got all the way over from the fast lane on 95 and went there. They didnt care that I didnt even have a appointment & I was gone in less than 10minutes. May not seem like a big deal to you - Im just ALWAYS amazed that Ive NEVER EVER in 7yrs had ANY issues, theyre always on time with what THEY schedule for you, they complete whatever service you need perfectly and in a GREAT timely manner 💯 & I can PROMISE you - whatever service you get - youll never have any issues & they do any service ( that they offer - im not listing them all lol ) with 110% heart in it!So, if youre reading this & youve never taken advantage of using CarToys - youre going to the wrong place. Period.

I recently had my stereo replaced and all the windows tinted on my car and highly recommend Car Toys for their timely, courteous, professional, affordable and impeccable service! Ask for Tony.

Called requesting quote on vinyl installation, showed up 20 minutes later at shop. Great service & fast work. Haze Line will return here for any of its window needs.

It was a while back but I needed to leave a a review. When I walked in and they couldn’t stop having their personal conversation about “nicotine patches and trying to quit smoking “to address me. There was Only one other customer sitting in the place to watch them ignore me .So I had to walk out .

They did a great job with tinting my windows.. No issues.

Had my Lincoln tinted months ago. I was so pleased with the professional job done that I let the owner put car toys tint info on my window to advertise for him. Gave a sexy look to my beautiful black car. STILL have people ask where I had the tint done. Thanks Car Toys. Will absolutely return. So many other car options at your shop..

I may be the bad guy that got the DUI and got a breathalyzer installed and uninstalled here but i dont deserve this kind of hazardous work. Id be real careful of those tucked wires you cant see on all there audio system or whatever electrical they touch there straight hacks. Trust me i spent more on this breathalyzer than you did on your system and this is what i get what a joke.

My experience at CarToys College Park was incredible. From the relaxed environment when you step in the door to the top tier customer service, everything was excellent. Tony addressed me by name, was extremely informative and communicated with me every step of the way. I had my speakers done in my BMW z3 3.0 and they sound brand new. This place is amazing! Staff is knowledgable and friendly. They are efficient and was able to resolve my issue within an hour -- and I was a walk in. I highly recommend going here! They definitely got a new customer.

Good spot for tints and a lot cheaper than most places

These guys are awesome!I brought my car in to be tinted, and was indecisive about which tint to get. After deciding on one type of tint I changed my mind midway in the job. These guys only charged me $60 to change the tint!! They are really patient, exceptional customer service and the lifetime warranty is awesome. Definitely won my loyalty today!

The idea of professional window tinting and having a life time warranty is a comfortable feeling. The prices are reasonable especially for the quality work provided. Im looking to have another vehicle hooked up, this time I will step up with there rims department. Im a true fan of a one stop shop and this is CarToys College Park. See you all again soon!

The staff is nice but they do NOT know how to tint cars. I got my car tinted twice from them and both times it had a bunch of bubbles EVERYWHERE. The guy said I should expect bubbles as a tint job with no bubbles is a separate 3 day job that cost $1k+. Uhhh, Ive gotten many cars tinted in the past. Ended up going to TintFX. NO bubbles!

Tony put a new stereo in my 2005 accord. Simple job, but done quickly and professionally on short notice. Couldnt be happier.

I had window tint and a front tint strip added two years ago from Cartoys and I still get compliments today. I play on using them for additional vinyl soon.

Even with their busy schedule, theyve managed to get my widows tint done nicely!

The tint job was great and I would give 5 stars but the service was bad. Took 5 hours to do 4 windows because he kept jumping in to work on other cars that came after me.

Called ahead to see how much it would cost to get my windows tinted in my new camaro. Was asked what kind of car and was told “$180 to tint a camaro”. Great they know the year and model of my car so the price should be correct. Same price as listed online for “ALL 2 door cars”. Drive all the way there to be told it is actually $230 for a camaro because it’s difficult to get in the back seat. Ok?? Told them I was told 180 and they said oh well it’s 230. Then I still was going to go forward, only to be asked what tint I wanted. 5%. Do not have 10%. Surprise 5% tint will be an additional $30 which is not listed anywhere in their office or on their website. Can not comment to the quality of work because this is not a business I will do business with. Total rip off.

The lady who pre-owns or work at CarToys, is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. I call on 3-30-19 to get my radio looked at and it was 4:55pm. They state on their website that they close at 6pm. I asked if I could bring in my car and she stated Were closing earlier, because I have stuff to do Thats how you lose customers and MONEY.. They need to FIRE her UNPROFESSIONAL A#$.....

Tony lied to me MORE than once and ALSO I missed a day of work because he miss scheduled me and then blamed me. As long as I got my point across about all that in person Im going to be the bigger man and leave it. Everybodys got to eat including innocent kids.

Brought a 2005 Acura TSX in for custom install where a bunch of the dash had to be trimmed to fit the double din headunit. Technician Tony made it fit so flawlessly and clean youd would think the unit comes stock in the dash from Acura. Had the sub and amp installed as well. Work is on point, detail oriented and professional for sure. Prices are fair actually lower than most shops I checked in the area.

This is a one stop shop. I went there March 2014 a week before I purchased my 2014 Toyota Camry SE Barcelona Red I was instereted in Rims, tints, and a system that could make other car alarms go off. Not sure of the rims they helped me make a decision on Helos Custom 20inch rims. The custom part was they were able to paint the insert Barcelona Red the same color of the car, a damn head turner. The system is loud real loud and the tints 20 percent. I also got my roof wrapped it looks like it is a glass sunroof I also got the interior custom anything that was grey they wrapped in Barcelona Red so the exterior matches the interior. The best part I have a kicker L7 15 subwoofer I blew this somehow but I went back they took a look and replaced it no questions asked this could have cost several hundred dollars to replace but damn no questions asked... And the staff is know what they are doing and talking about. Stop thru and check them out and tell them Chris sent me, the guy with the custom Red Toyota Camry.
