I called Movers95 and they had an availability.The crews were such a professional crew. They worked their butts off on such a hot day loading two full trucks. They wrapped and packed all of my belongings with such care.Devin my foreman was very knowledgeable and helped me understand the entire moving process as it was my first time moving with a professional company.My shipment arrived in New Jersey two days later and the delivery crew was equally hard working.My overall experience with Movers95 was beyond any expectations. This company has proven to be a great service provider.I wish to thank Devin and his crews for making my move such an easy move!

A good friend had used Movers95 for an out of state move and recommended that I give them a call for my local move.She specifically told me to ask to speak to ronnie from the office and ask for Devin the foreman.Movers95 went above and beyond to make an already stressful moving experience as stress free as possible.Ronnie was able to get me a very accurate quote over the phone. He asked all the right questions and had my estimate within a half hour of what the guys worked.Devin the foreman called me on the day of the move early and let me know that he was on the way with his crew. He showed up bright and early at 8 am! Him and the other two guys got straight to work and packed up my storage unit and loaded it in to the truck with such care for my belongings. When we got to my new apartment, they worked efficiently and really worked their butts off to get the job done on time.My overall moving experience with Movers95 was beyond my expectations. The quality and care that they show their customers is amazing! When they show up they pack up your items like they care but after that they dont really care all boxes for damaged, furniture broken, TV cracked, unable to reach the office seems my number has been blocked this is corporate fraud. The service is not cheap paying about $4500 to get lot of my items damaged and not being able to talk to them is very bad

The foreman Devin came with two helpers and they loaded my stuff quickly and get me on the road.I am very happy with the experience. I’d recommend this company.

The crew I had was Devin, sam, and melvin, who were absolutely phenomenal.They wrapped everything with such care and packed the truck like tetris making it fit perfectly.Highly recommend Movers95 they did a great job!!!!

I just received my shipment today and am blown away by the service provided by Movers95. Devin my foreman who picked up my shipment told me that all of their shipping and delivery windows were based off of the day I tell them. That being said I knew that I was going to be arrived in NJ yesterday and had asked for the delivery to happen today. Isaac the delivery driver came thins morning at noon exactly.They were upfront about when my shipment was set to leave and when it was scheduled to arrive.The company actually cares about the service.Devin was such a please you work with, he even gave me a couple tips and tricks that helped me save a couple $$$.Overall a great experience and I’d recommend mover95 in a heartbeat.

I had Movers95 move me from my apartment to my new house. When they came they were on time and very efficient. They packed my things very neatly and organized. Devin and his crew were very polite and energetic. Everything was very organized and they were pretty quick too! They loaded the truck in a very timely manner and was finished a lot faster than i imagined. All of my things arrived safe and in same condition. They cleaned up before they left which is a big plus. I recommend Movers95 to everyone they were really great and were a big help to me in my move!

The pick up team that loaded my items initially was wonderful, very nice, communicative, on time. The dispatcher that is supposed to call and tell you when your items will be delivered? Rude. Extremely rude. He hung up on me after getting called out on having made promises of delivery. The window for my item delivery time has gotten longer and longer every time I’ve called. From 4-10 days from earliest available to 10-14 business days. The service sounds great on paper, but I would NOT recommend. They’re not timely in the slightest.

The hourly rate for the full packing service was super competitive the were by far the best deal when I had called other companies I was quoted over $250 an hour for the full packing option.Movers95 was priced well and I decided to book with them.The day of the move arrived and I was excited!Tim, Andrew, and Chris showed up on time and got straight to work. They began by assessing what needed to be packed and they divided it up between the three of them. They each took an area of my townhouse and began to pack. Within a couple hours my entire townhouse was packed up and loaded into the truck. The guys worked diligently and took such care when wrapping and packing.The unload was equally pleasant. The guys asked me where everything went and moved furniture around once it was inside the house since it didn’t fit quite right.My overall experience was beyond any expectations and this is why I had to write such a glowing review.For anyone looking at hiring Movers95 do yourself a giant favor and use them. They were awesome!

I was connected to Movers 95 using a moving contracting company for my move from Washington DC to Los Angeles. The reviews for both companies were great, so I proceeded. I will try and be succinct here, but the long version short: I paid for professional movers and professional moving is NOT what I got. Furniture pieces were broken, boxes had been thrown around and were in terrible condition when they arrived, pieces and boxes were missing. I have filed a claim with the company and have not heard back from anyone.I paid $6,000 for a cross country move, which I suppose is a reasonable price. But I had to replace so several pieces of my furniture. I was originally quoted $2,500 which I thought was too good to be true – and I suppose it was, as the price kept going up and up throughout the process. If I had known from the beginning I was going to pay over $6,000, I would have paid a bit more for a much more reputable and established national moving company.The communication from the company and driver was lacking. I was told I would receive updates and I didn’t hear from them until the day before they delivered – they called on a Saturday afternoon to tell me they would be there on Sunday. When they arrived, they told me the truck wouldn’t fit and they had to move it onto a Uhaul. They charged me an additional $600 for this, which, again, is reasonable, but it added 4 hours to the delivery day. They would only take cash for this additional fee – and for the additional 6 stairs they charged me for because apparently a flight of stairs only includes 7 stairs. At no point did I feel confident in the legitimacy of what was happening. The bottom line is they had all my belongings in a truck and I just needed to do whatever to get the items and get rid of the movers.The two men that delivered my items were two of the most unpleasant people I’ve ever had the experience of meeting. They were incredible rude, slow, and showed little care for my items. They assembled my bed and stripped many of the screws – will have to get that replaced. Honestly, I did NOT feel comfortable being in my home alone with them, so I approached one of my new neighbors and just asked them to keep an eye on my unit. I am a strong independent woman, but these men did not make me feel safe. They yelled at each other throughout delivery, listened to a sports broadcast incredibly loudly throughout the duration, and rudely demanded Gatorade. When I paid for a professional moving company, I did NOT expect two unkempt, unprofessional movers.(I will note that the team who packed my apartment in DC did a fine job and were pleasant to work with.)I’ve attached some pictures to this review that shows the state in which some of my furniture and boxes arrived. These pictures obviously don’t include the missing bookshelf and box of books that never arrived.So much for succinct, but I will end by saying: In hindsight, I would much rather have loaded up a UHaul and driven it across the country from DC to LA by myself. Or, gone with a more reputable company. The big brand names are big brand name movers for a reason – use them! If you value your items, your time, your sanity, and basic respect, do NOT go with Movers95.

I used Movers95 based of a recommendation from a close friend who had used them for a local move. I called their office and spoke to David the sales rep who was very knowledgeable and asked all the right question to get me such an accurate estimate.On the day of the move Devin the foreman called me early in the morning to let me know that him and the crew were en route and would be arriving to my apartment at 9 am!It took them approximately 2 hours to take everything out of the apartment and to wrap my furniture. They expertly wrapped all my furniture and then even wrapped it in plastic wrap to protect my stuff even more.Long story short they were accurate on the estimate and the guys were fast and professional. My shipment arrived in Houston without any problems. Overall great moving experience and I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a professional moving company.

My items were picked up in VA on July 9th. There was no communication on their part without me constantly calling and emailing for an update. Items were finally delivered August 24th to CO. Around $7,500 worth of missing and damaged items. When I have attempted to call their 1-800 number, no one answers and it hangs up on you. Wanted to give the company the benefit of the doubt that they would be helpful and attempt to fix the issues. Would not recommend these movers or Vanlines Inc as they were the original company I contracted with and was subcontracted out to Movers 95. The kicker was the movers in CO asked for a tip after all my issues...

I used Movers95 for a local move from NE Dc to NE Dc, Ive seen their trucks around my nieghborhood and gave them a call. Real hard working guys who finished the job within the estimated time frame. Ronnie my foreman was awesome and his crew chris and andrew were great too!

A NIGHTMARE moving company run by scammers. Ill keep it short: They flooded our apartment, and 10 others, by carelessly hitting a fire sprinkler. They laughed the entire time it was happening. They refused to provide their insurance information. They forged my wifes signature on a bill of landing with a ONE THOUSAND DOLLAR increase over what we singed. They were a week late to deliver our belongings. The driver who delivered our belongings was NOT LICENSED OR INSURED. Oh, and they damaged countless belongings (tv, couches, dishes, bikes, etc) This is the worst company you can hire, and the worst decision weve ever made to hire them.

Wow these movers were amazing! The crew showed up on time and once all the paperwork was signed they got to work immediately. Packing and wrapping all my furniture with such expertise. They wrapped each plate and the rest of the kitchen with such care. The guys were friendly and super professional. They all knew what they were doing and it showed in the quality of work that they provided. My move from College Park Maryland to Baltimore Maryland was such a pleasant experience. I found this company online and when I called I spoke to Stephanie the sales representative who asked me all the right question to figure what services I needed. While my wife and I scheduled our move from Potomac MD to Teaneck NJ through a broker, Movers95 moved us. On my scheduled date for pick up, Devin and his crew showed up on time and got right to work packing my belongings. He told me that he likes to call moving a giant game of Tetris because he tries to pack the truck as tightly and neatly as possible. When I went out periodically to check On the progress of the move I was truly was blown away.At the same time, Devin was upfront and honest when he did his initial walkthrough and told me that he expected that I mat exceed my initial estimate. I very much appreciated that he told me that from the beginning of the move and did not blindside that with me at the end. Even though I originally budgeted for 64 items and ended up taking 93, Devin assured me that going over my estimate wouldnt translate into getting charged more. I was extremely impressed by his packing and loading skills.Overall, I received my belongings this morning here in New Jersey and Movers95 did an outstanding job helping me move. 10/10 I’d recommend this company to any of my friends or family that are still in the dc area.

The sales lady steffanie was super knowledgeable and got me a very accurate estimate.The day before the move the office called to confirm the move and let me know that the crews would be arriving between 9-11 am. The day of the move the guys showed up at 9 am sharp and got right to work.Ron the foreman came with two wonderful helpers Nasario and Devin. They did such a good job of packing and wrapping my items.While other companies quoted me up to 21 days to ship my belongings to Florida, Movers95 told me it would be up to 14 days and they actually beat that time frame.Overall I am very happy with the service provided by Movers95. They did a great job moving my stuff to Florida. Id recommend this company to anyone in the DC area.

We are having a horrible time with this company. I have filed a complaint with them and will see how they handle the situation. They are very shady with their pricing- tons of hidden fees. They increased their storage fee without informing us. They will only accept cash at delivery.. As of now, this company doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I will be updating this review to see how they handle the situation but as of now, we are extremely disappointed with the service we are receiving. I see a lot of their responses to “bad reviews” and they are very unprofessional- stating they never had a customer by this name.. etc. I don’t think people just write bad reviews for fun. This is my third time moving with Movers95, first two times were locally in dc and this time was from Washington DC to Miami Florida.Steffanie was such a please to work with. Which was such a relief!The stuff quickly left the dc area and made its way to down to Florida without any problem.They were beyond reasonable and provided excellent service. Wow! I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of work that movers 95 has provided! The guys showed up on time and after the paperwork got straight to work. Tim the foreman explained the entire process of how he was going to wrap specific items of furniture with moving pads and shrink wrap in order to best protect my furniture. The rest of the crew worked so hard moving my five bedroom house from Silver Spring Maryland to Rockville Maryland in total the guys worked almost 9 hours all with a smile on their faces. I wanted to thank movies 95 for the great service and for making my move such a smooth and easy process thank you very much!!!

These people are absolute con artists. Just know that if you use this company, expect to pay at least twice the amount they quote you, and additional hidden fees on every step of the way. The actual transit is through a third party so communication is pretty much not possible. The contract they bring you to sign in the day of moving is like signing away your life. Make sure you read the fine print people! But they know that you are at their mercy because all of your stuff is already on the truck, and in most cases you’re not prepared to change movers so you have to just go along with it. On pickup signing, we were told that the amount would actually be DOUBLE what we were told! We called on the day of delivery to find out that Our stuff hadn’t even left yet. It arrives THREE weeks later and on delivery day we’re told we have to pay an additional $400 cash for “shuttle fee” or we can’t get our stuff. Obviously we are disgruntled but pay. The whole experience just felt like extortion. They know you want your stuff so they will manipulate every dollar from you they can.

The day before my move, I was given a 2-hour window during which the movers would arrive, and reserved the loading dock for my building through an hour after the end of that window. They arrived 45 minutes past the end of that window, and couldnt move me because the dock was only reserved for a final 15 minutes. Rather than come back two hours later (when it was open and the dock was able to be reserved again), they decided to instead show up the next day. They gave me another two-hour window, and then arrived 90 minutes before it. I understand the logistics of COVID make things difficult, but a two-hour window is already super wide when its only given the day before. I had to delay my move for an entire day because of their lateness, and then re-arrange my schedule for the next day because they came too early.I was told my move would take a maximum of 10 business days. On the 11th business day, I called to inquire about the status of my move. The phone rep tried to explain to me that it hadnt been 10 days. Once we counted the days and I established it had indeed been 11 business days, he stated that it wasnt a 10-day maximum, it was a 14-day maximum. This struck me as an interesting time to move the goalpost - if it was true, Im relatively certain he wouldve brought it up earlier. My stuff arrived two days later, and though I dont have any evidence, Im relatively certain they had been sitting on my belongings and had literally forgotten about them until I called to ask.My tv was also damaged in the move, and though I emailed support twice for help with the insurance policy on my move, I got no response either time.In summary: they showed up 45 minutes after a two-hour window, rescheduled to the next day, showed up 90 minutes before that two-hour window, sat on my stuff for two weeks without moving it, damaged my tv, and refused to fix or even take blame for any of these problems.

The sales rep Jessica was super knowledgeable when it came to asking the right questions to get me the most accurate estimate. On the day of the move the foreman Tim and the crew showed up on time and got straight to work packing and wrapping my things as if they were packing their own things. Would not recommend this moving company. I have moved over 23 times and no one has ever lost any items. They lost pieces of my bed frame, and the customer service number I was told to call by the movers did not work and they have yet to respond to my email requesting to submit an official claim.

My experience with Movers95 was not a pleasant one. I am currently working to resolve the charges now, and hopefully this can be fixed. On move in day the movers were an hour late from the two hour window that they had. This resulted in additional traffic, late arrival to my new place of residency, and additional charges were rendered because of this. In addition three of my friends had to help with moving due to the delayed start. The amount I was charged for the lack of services was insulting. The company has yet to resolve the charges. I am only asking to be charged an appropriate amount for the work that occurred. I would assume that management would reconcile this to create a satisfied customer, but as of right now, this action has not occurred. I will continue to update on the results of the dispute. As of right now, I would not recommend this company.

The crew was courteous, clean and very helpful. Moving day is hard enough, these guys made it that much easier. The final billing was right in line with the original estimated cost-(no hidden fees). I cant believe how helpful Movers95 were in assisting me with my cross country move! The sales representative Jen was super helpful with educating me about what details I need to give them and helped me create a very accurate list of items that was used to help make up the estimated price. The day of the move Ron the foreman showed up with three helpers and got straight to work. The office scheduled the move between 9 and 11 am and the crew showed up at 9 am sharp. What a relief is was that Ron helped and explained every small detail that I asked about. The guys worked super hard packing things that needed to be packed and wrapping all my furniture with moving pads and then expertly wrapping the furniture with plastic shrink wrap to further protect my belongings. The crew worked like crazy to get the job loaded on to the truck in record time. In total the price i was quoted was very similar to the actual price quote. In conclusion I have to say that I am very satisfied with the service provided by Movers95 both from their office and from their moving crew. The foreman Chris was so nice and explained everything to me there were no surprise charges and he showed me how the guys were wrapping my things to prevent any damage, even though they were only moving 15 miles. I was surprised with how great of a service the guys provided. I had to write this review since I was so happy with my overall moving experience.

Being that was my first time ever using a moving company I called around and spoke to many other companies and received quotes very very expensive to very cheap. After speaking to their excellent salesperson Ron, I had decided to book movers95 as my moving company. Boy am I happy to tell you that this decision was probably one of the best I had made. The movers were so courteous and made sure that I felt at ease. The foreman and his crew were so professional and worked so delicately and took care of my belongings. As the move was finished was so happy with the service That I had to write about it. This company is going to be highly recommended by for all my friends and family that are in need of a professional and excellent moving company.Thank you so much for make my move a breeze

I have moved a lot in my lifetime. This has to be the first time that is was such a stress free process and no hidden charges. I spoke to the Movers95 sales rep and they outlined everything and explained their whole process about moving with them. On the day of the move the guys showed up promptly on time with a big truck and got straight to work. Tim the foreman was so professional and explained why he wrapped certain things with plastic wrap and showed me the process of building up a strong moving box. I was thoroughly impressed with the crew they worked their butts off and were able to get the job done in the allotted the estimated time. Overall Movers95 you guys out did yourselves. This is one of the best companies I have ever used for anything.They moved my furniture to California without a hitch.Price was as agreed to.They arrived on time and not a scratch to any of the items.They do a great job and have wonderful movers working for them.The great thing is that they dont damage your furniture are on time and there are no surprises when the bill is due.Dont even consider another mover to hire from or to the DMV area.I want to assure anyone reading this review that it is from a customer not associated with Movers-95 in any way.

A month ago my son called me on a Friday morning telling me that the apartment he rents with a couple friends in college was being foreclosed on and that the police had come to evict him. He desperately needed a moving company to come get his stuff before it was thrown out on the street.Luckily Movers95 were able to come within half an hour of calling and asking if they were available. They were able to come out and help my son and his friends move out from the apartment and move him to another apartment which was close by. I was afraid that I was going to have to pay an arm and a leg for a last minute move. But Movers95 out did themselves they showed up in a time of need and charged a very fair and honest price for the work that was done. If you have any doubts I highly recommend this honest and reliable moving company. Overall Movers95 provided amazing service and took care of me. I am very happy with this moving company and HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone considering hiring them

Great service!!Its the second time we use the company. First time was when we moved for a new place, and lately we used the company again, to deliver a grand piano. Great service, and wonderful people!! We will definitely continue to use their service!!

Horrible experience!!!!Our plastic storage bins and multiple boxes where smashed beyond recognition, of course damaging everything inside.The movers where suppose to carefully wrap our furniture to protect the wood and finish. Instead they slammed the boards together from our childrens NEW captains bed, our wooden book cases too, TAPED them together without any protection between each board.GUESS WHAT TAPE does to the finish, it tears it off when the movers try to reassemble the furniture. Not only did they tear the finish off of our childrens captains bed. They lost the hardware, so that the beds couldnt be reassembled.Additionally, instead of taking the nobs off the three drawers of the Captain beds frame, (they probably would have lost those too) the knobs were smashed through and into the other side of the drawers breaking them.One of our NEW dressers leg was snapped clean off, and the leg to our kitchen book shelf was snapped clean off.Dont trust Movers95

These are the most honest and dependable moving company I have used. I happen to move a lot for my job and that means that Ive had my fair share of moving companies. Movers 95 has outdone any of my expectations as a moving company. Since the salesperson Ron assured me that I was in good hands I definateley know that I was in good hands. The foreman chris and the helper andrew were so professional and respectful. I know that these two guys were a 1 and made me so happy that I chose this company. To anyone considering this company please do yourself a favor and use them you will be very happy.

This is the worst moving company ever!! They are unprofessional, rude, and just plain terrible. Customer service is not in their business plan. Don’t waste your time or your hard earned money doing business with them. It’s just not worth it.
