My Daughter Kelly found this business and we decided to try it my husband had bad credit from a business partner and getting the condo we wanted we needed help they were very nice to my daughter and didn’t charge as much as other companies we got our application put in today waiting on the manager to call but if you need help getting an approval on the apartment you want give them a try they are very nice people Doug and Barb L. This is a professional program and it takes about two weeks to finish everything up including receiving you apartment key, I was able to move and the right date and get the information I needed. I love this ASAP Program and would always come here, first.Jonathan was able to help me with my apartment search and I appreciate you and Mary was a big have too thank you so so much 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Definitely a scam, please think twice before spending your money. They have no plans on getting you approved. Payment was sent to a zelle account which was under Deonna Atkins..Looks like she made a review.... 5 stars.... LIES

Just need patience and you’ll get the call. I got an apartment I never thought I would before.

This is a scam, dont waste your money. They are not professional and have no intentions on getting you a apartment. I put in my application on Wednesday and five days later never got a call or a update on my application. I had to keep calling and they continue to act like they are working on it but they are not. I know my money is gone but i will continue to place a review in hopes to save someone else from the scam. Someone people really need help. Thanks for nothing Mary and Jonathan

They are a group of liars!!! They take your money for services and then give you lies and the run around for the services you have already paid for. If you have time and money to take a chance with them , then go for it. $550.00 is what they have stolen for my husband and now refuse to even answer our calls. DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT PROVIDE CONSISTENT OR RELIABLE SERVICES!!!

I love this company... they got me approved asap they were very consistent. They follow up with you. I would reccomend them anytime. Im loving my new place.

I asked for a receipt never did they give me one. I had to call them twice about the contract. The address they have on their website is fake. I wouldn’t deal with these ppl. I wanted my refund they told me they already created my cpn. I just want my money back to be honest. I don’t care about anything else. Can I get that back?! Also I called them about check stubs. I dial ext 700 to check on it. She told me to dial ext 702. So I called and he said hey and said my name. I said how you know it was me. Oh your number appeared on my caller id. Wrong I called from a different number. I asked question then he hung up. I tried calling back no answer and never return my call. But two days laters asking for another payment.

Awful they got the first payment before I realized it was a scam they have not returned my calls, Mary ext 700 very helpful until you make your $250 payment and you never hear from her again and Jonathan is no different his ext 702 this was a waste of money stay away I could go on and on stay away from these people you will never get a apartment
