I came in today after stressing out about a package that needed to be sent out ASAP. Angela was WONDERFUL. She really went above and beyond, and showed a willingness to help me. I felt like a valued customer and it was all because of her.

Went in on a Thursday for a lock change and paid the fee, she was very nice and said I’ll Try to change it personally today but definitely Tomorrow. Here it is a week later and still can’t access my mail.

Told me my mailbox was full so in response they took all that mail and got rid of it, now my mailbox is empty, service is shut off and they threw away checks I was waiting for…

The attendee in the office was incredibly pleasant and helpful! She went above and beyond in making sure I understood the shipping rates and that my item was securely packaged.

Someone from the local post office just drove by our house and wrote our house number on our mailbox flag in sharpie. We haven’t received any letter or notification asking us to add our house number to our mailbox. And if we had, we definitely would have done so promptly.I feel this is an extremely unnecessary passive aggressive response. After looking into regulations, we now know that we need to have a house number on our mailbox, and we plan to add numbers to the post itself so they’re more visible. Please in the future let us know prior to writing on our property. Thanks in advance.

UPDATE BELOW.....I am going to this post office tomorrow morning Oct 5 2019 at 9am to ship a package. After reading all the bad customer service reviews, I am giving a 5 star rating the day before because I am expecting great service. We are from out of state traveling thru this beautiful area. Wish me luck. 💪 Still a 5 star. Employee great. Fast service. All good.

Used text alerts to see when our package was delivered. Got a text that it was on the front porch. We are home. Package was never delivered.

They do not care whether you get your mail/packages as long as they cover themselves. Pathetically lazy work ethic this is. Routinely (and I mean routinely, every time) leave “missed you” notes dishonestly citing that you weren’t home or your mailbox was inaccessible, when no attempt to deliver it was made at all. Any chance to avoid work and they will take it, I don’t know about you but I love that in a mail carrier and in a person too

I always had great experience with this post office. Quiet, fast, employees are always very helpful and nice.

The phone is ALWAYS busy! Its infuriating and, you cant get a real person on the 800 number. I am thoroughly ticked off.

It seems as though the workers here do not want to work or provide any form of customer service. They do not answer the phone, which is most annoying because it seems like the simplest of tasks to do. Maybe its time to corporatized the postal service. Prices keep going up and the service sucks!

Laziest employees ever not even willing to go out back and get a package that arrived at 11:56 am the excuse hasnt been sorted yet. Will have to be delivered tomorrow, or you could go out back and take a look since Im in here now. But no they rather just lean against he counter and do nothing. No wonder they are going out of business the customer service is atrocious.

Worst post office of all time. They have misplaced my TAX RETURN and I had to pay $50 penalty for that.
