They have scheduled 3 appointments with me and have still not responded to me today. Sam from NH has been no help and lied to me on multiple occasions including this morning when she said she would call me back in 15 minutes to give me a window.. I paid for residential delivery and when they called to schedule they told me that they do not have a lift gate service. Why did I pay extra for residential delivery then? I see a similar review from three months ago. Looks like you are not improving as a company. I should be refunded for the extra I paid for residential delivery. I still wouldnt be happy waiting over 2 weeks for a delivery but at least be honest with me so im not waiting around all day for a delivery.

Failed to deliver on 3 appointments. Did not bring my item on a lift gate which I paid for, the item was over 300lbs and I had to hand unload. Absolute worst shipping company I have ever delt with. Do not use this company they will damage your freight and it will not come on schedule or with a lift gate if you paid for it.
