Filed a claim after an accident, claims rep failed to return phone calls, emails and notify me she was going on vacation, finally got ahold of someone else and they said someone would call me back and give better communication via email, they were just as bad as my original claims adviser.This company has terrible communication, and understanding for peoples situations.

Rude and Way too much money! ! Quoted me 162.00 a month for homeowners insurance! I pay less than that quarterly! Unbelievable! Anyone who gives these people their money without checKing around are getting totally ripped off. Honestly! $162.00 a MONTH! The minute I told him part of our home used to be a mobile home he cut me off and was rude as hell. It is no longer considered a mobile home, it is a house with homeowners insurance, a basement and its been completely gutted and remodeled and totally updated everything.

LM literally doesnt even deserve a whole star. They made changes in our account without discussing it with us or even notifying us, ILLEGALLY took longer than 30 days to process a claim we had made in January (was finally settled in May, which 100% screwed us), the customer service is TERRIBLE, theyre only open while most people are working so you have to play phone tag and get no where, and on top of that they said we owed THEM when we called to cancel our policy. Uh..no???? Stay away from LM at all costs.

Liberty mutual has poor customer service. Did not answer questions and were not helpful.
