Both me and my mother found Jeremy Doyle through a friends recommendation. Right from the beginning he was incredibly friendly, helpful, and informed. He helped to explain anything and everything about our insurance application and options that we did not understand. It took both me and my mom several weeks due to technical issues along the way, but Jeremy was always patient and never came across as frustrated with us. Especially when dealing with complicated things such as trying to apply for your own health insurance for the first time (as I was, now having my own instead of being under my parents), it is vital to have someone to talk to who can explain things in a human way. I never felt like I was frustrated talking to a company drone with a script but quite the opposite. These guys are amazing! Alissa decreased our deductible by $1500, increased and added other coverages, and was still able to save us a few hundred dollars a year! I had Alissa and Jeremy take a look at my auto, home & umbrella policies to see if they could save me some money. They got me better coverage for far less than I was paying with Liberty Mutual, and not with some no-name insurance company either. They switched me over to MetLife and saved a boat load of cash. I’d tell you how much, but you probably wouldn’t believe me. Alissa took care of everything, insurance cards, policy papers, even setting up a payment plan. My advice to you is have these two young go-getters take a look at your insurance, you’ll thank me later.
