Called Monday morning about my 96 Subaru window not rolling up, and Neil was able to squeeze me in on Wednesday. He did a wonderful job with the work, being transparent about all costs and priced competitively. Even offered to give me a ride to or from anywhere in town while he was actually working on the car. Wasnt the first place I called - the big name shops were booked up - but will definitely be the next place I go to. Cant recommend highly enough.

So we came into cody with a jacked up transfer case in our tow jeep. Stuck in 4WD. From NC, and had no connections. Tried a few big name shops, no one wanted to help. No time, too busy.....Neil told me to leave it and by 3 called back after he removed the fwd drive shaft and changed out gear oil. Super solid guy and I would recommend to anyone in the area.

The mechanics at Neils Automotive shop provided me with a free consultation and prompt service. The guys were really polite and after the diagnostic they explained that my cars exhaust manifolds were cracked and the engine was dirty and old. Everything was repaired at a great price. Thanks again!

My car wouldnt start when I was leaving for work. I called this auto repair shop and they answered almost immediately. We had a serious brake problem and received quality service with name brand parts which carry a three year warranty. The cost was reasonable and because of the same day service, were able to enjoy an uninterrupted vacation. Highly recommend, especially if you are a traveller.
