Forget about those regular gyms all around this place is dedicated to provide you results. Well trained staff to conduct classes and make your time worth. I will recommend who is looking to get results without getting hurt.

I only have positive things to say. Friendly staff, talented instructors and super clean club. They offer a variety of fitness classes. I personally would recommend yoga with Mauricio if you’re looking for a fun deep stretch or HIIT with Juan for a proper full body burn.

Definitely one of the best gyms Ive ever gone to. I loved the cleanliness and the athmosphere, the instructor keeps you motivated and encourages you to push yourself. The workout is very dynamic efficient and also very fun.

Great place! I usually do yoga, Zumba and Axé Brazil regularly. I love the instructors. The personal training and circuit training are also great, very knowledgeable and professional instructors. They all motivate you to do your best!

I am 3 years into my fitness journey and needed a change from the crowded, noisy gym I attended. I also got a few injuries along the way. Jorge did a full body assessment and helped me recover from my most recent injury. After 3 months of slacking, I am back at it again! The staff is very friendly, and they know how to help you reach your goals.
