Absolutely disgusting ..... What the heck is going on at this gym . Over the past few months the staff has completely changed. Mens bathroom and locker area is gross and hardly ever cleaned. I totally get that things happen but .... Let the pictures stand for themselves and you be the judge if this is acceptable. Oh ... And dont tell me to contact the manager ... How come the manager is not on top of his or her gym .... Yes that is blood on the floors for the 2 hours I was their. Yes the filthy water all over the bathroom on floor with mop and bucket left in middle of floor for hours .... Or the lockers that cant be used because they need to be reset and not usable .....or the lemon slices in the drinking water fountain for 3 days in a row.

I love the judgement free vibe along with their cleaning measures. Best of all is their awesome app, which offers so many features such as crowd meter and training videos.

Great staff, everybody is non judgmental. We come in all shapes, sizes, levels of fitness and colors and there is never any hostility. Machines have been upgraded and it is kept clean

Having been a PlanetFitness member for a year now and having been to many clubs, I find the layout of the club is very important. This particular club isnt laid out very well in my opinion and experience. It seems cluttered and pavked in. There is very little room to move around. The equipment is also older, some showing painted over rust areas. Also, my let peeve about this location is that the timer for the circuit training section is off. All other locations in the US I have been to have a 60/30 timer, which with COVID and claening is barely enough tine to clean a machine and get to the next one. But this one is 60/20!!! 20 seconds to end the exercise, clean the machine and get to the next one before the workout count starts. I have asked that it be fixed and they say it isnt important. The GM told me it wasnt important. He mentioned the roof, and other things were more important. Well, from a workout stand point, that 10 seconds iscan make or break an entire workout for many who want to use it. And believe me, no one is using it. It is hard to do a 30 minute timed workout whenthe timer isnt working properly with the correct timing. Isnt that the whole point of the circuit section? BIG BOLD LETTERS, 30 MINUTE WORKOUT, although the timer doesnt work so it messes up, so hard to make that happen without a lot of math being done in your head.

I like this gym! Rare for a 5 star review from me. Good people work here late at night. I wish they had a few more machines but its cool. This is where I ease my mind.

Planet Fitness is decent, with good amenities and a ton of free weights. For those who like to run on treadmills, Planet Fitness has updated ones which are much easier on the knees. The trainers here are all very knowledgeable, and seem to get along with clients well.

No one bothers you. Just do your thing and go home.

Great place with lots of equipment. Staff is not that cortual or inviting. I was surprised not to see any staff members cleaning the equipment although we are all responsible for cleaning the equipment we will be using. Not everyone follows those rules. This should improve, COVID or not there are many other Bacterias, Viruses, Fungus and Infectious type diseases. Hope it gets better, I will be visiting other gyms to see their cleaning process.

I was a long time member of this Planet Fitness. Quit a year ago over mask requirements and the manager was extremely unprofessional because of my medical condition preventing me to wear a mask during physical activity. He wanted a docs note. So, I have to show a retail manager my medical records? I dont think so. Theres was a medical exemption in Broward exactly for this reason. They didnt care. I was forced to quit. Completely unprofessional and illegal to discriminate against my respiratory disability. They didnt follow the Broward mask rules only enforced them like Nazis. It was embarrassing when I was being lectured because I couldnt breath and dared take of the mask. Lucky Im a nice guy & didnt sue. Im only writing a review now because I keep getting emails to rejoin. They violated my ADA rights. I would never join Planet Fitness again. I immediately joined LA Fitness, informed them of the situation and no problems. Breathing and exercise kind of go hand and hand. Fing morons

I commend PF on their great customer service which is definitely a deciding factor in whether or not I might continue my membership. Going to the gym is already intimidating enough without the added burden of having to deal with lackluster attitudes from the employees. Hypothetically speaking of course. This has not been my experience with PF.

An extensive selection of ergonomic and well-maintained equipment along with duplicate equipment eliminating wait time to go through an exercise routine.A variety of beneficial exercise programs.The trainers are knowledgeable and skillful.The manager promptly and capably resolves maintenance or other problems which are inevitable in any business.The Frond Desk employees are courteous and helpful.Being open 24/7 allows anyone to work out at any time.

Planet Fitness Coconut Creek is a great place to exercise. They have a wide variety of exercise machines to focus on whatever muscle group youre looking to work on. The fitness center is extremely clean and the staff is always friendly. I also love the fact that is open 24 hours a day so you can get in to exercise at your convenience. I would definitely recommend Planet Fitness Coconut Creek to anyone whos looking for a great place to exercise.

My Gym is Fun, exciting, and engaging. The staff are friendly, warm, welcoming, and observant. Plus it feels like the one place absent of judgement or criticism. With all the nonsense happening in the World, it’s a relief to know I can go to the gym, smile have fun and leave all my worries at the door for a few hours. Planet Fitness in Coconut Creek, across from ATC, is probably the best Gym I’ve ever attended. The manager cool, the staff are cool, and the atmosphere is Cooler. The staff is very helpful with questions or concerns. My time had expired and they honored the two months when they closed because of COVID-19. I thought that was great!!

Its big, it have a lot of machines, weights, cardio equipment and the customer service is top notch... The manager is a great person and very kind with all the people that step inside the gym. My fiancé and I travel a lot for work so usually we go through Planet Fitness to get our GAINS in because they have more locations all over in Florida. This location has a very friendly staff and some Planet Fitnesses aren’t open 24/7, this location is so that’s a plus. So when we work late 12-15 hour shifts, there’s no excuses to not get a work out session in because this location like I said is open 24/7. The later it is in the night the less people so it makes it more like our very own playground and we don’t have to wait on others who sit on machines on their cell phones or people watch. Only thing I wish is that they have regular benches and no Smith machines for when we do Chest day (bench press) or Leg day (dead lifts & squats). Over all we are very satisfied.

Equipment, safety, friendliness, and ease of access make this Planet Fitness a no brainer to join

Gym finally open back May 29, yea... I was greeted by Olivia who did a lovely job of explaining the new policies at the gym. Planet fitness is practicing social distance and providing additional hand sanitizer.I was amazed that Olivia remembered that it was day 4 me going to the gym..Whoot...whoot

Horrible service the girls at the front desk is lazy and kept redirecting my questions to planet fitness. If i didnt want to get proper customer service i would bought home equipment.

I enjoy working out here. The place is clean and sanitary which is a plus for me because I’m all about cleanliness. Everybody minds their own business which is another thing that’s important to me. Workout machines are working perfectly and it’s very spacious!

I really like the amount of equipment that this gym offers. Even with many of the machines not available for use due to social distancing which the staff has been great with in implementing social distancing and wearing of masks, there are still a lot of machines that can be used.

Since Ive became a member ever time I want to use the circuit there are people using the machine and not moving, this was brought up to staff members 4x, today I came in and notice two guys using the same machine, I changed cane out and were still there, I spoke to Maria in the front desk about it, her reply was when you get to where they are if they didnt move called me Im sorry you can see they arent moving, why do I have to stop my workout to come and get you? So I started my work out and when it was time to change a woman cut in front of me, I told her how this works, she replied not reallybut on head phone and ignore me, I again walk to Maria, who after discussing the issue had the nerve to tell me were busy Im signing up people, apparently getting new members its more important than keeping them. Needless to say I want my money back.

Love how they keep this place cleaned and maintained as much as possible. There’s a good selection of machines and it’s never too crowded like most local gyms. Can’t beat this for the price and there locations are plenty on the west side of town.

Nice clean friendly gym. A few pieces of equipment are in need of some new padding. I really wish people would not stand on the seat pads like its their own personal gym. Great place for us regular folks to get in a nice workout and try to stay healthy.

Rarely have to wait on equipment, a little light our equipment compared to others Ive visited. For example no stretching cage and a few machines could use duplicates. Otherwise very pleasant relaxed atmosphere nice staff.

This is a great gym, I have to say I was weary because their ads are annoying but this location is great! They people are friendly, theyre clean, people are respectful and theres a good selection of equipment. Very happy here.

Had an issue with my membership and the front desk worker Amber, was amazing. She helped me solve the issue as well as having amazing customer service skills. This is a great location all and all. The staff are always sweet and the gym is always super clean.

I was told that I had to put my water bottle inside of a locker by a new employee with no common sense. Its a GYM; you telling me that you cant have a water bottle.

Absolutely love my gym. The staff is amazing, friendly, helpful and encouraging. The space is beautiful, clean and inviting. Always enough machines, free weights and space for a total body workout. I can not recommend PF enough, best money I have spent for myself in a very long time.

The gym floor is generally well maintained, however, the locker room and showers are frequently neglected. Management claims that staff checks these area every 20 minutes, but I know that not to be true. Additionally, for $10/mo homeless people are welcome to use the showers and toilets. It is not uncommon to run into the homeless in the locker room and showers, packing several bags of their worldly possessions. I find this an uncomfortable encounter and wish that management would enact policies to prevent it.

Great gym for everyone who is serious. They crack down on the typical gym bullying-it is NOT ALLOWED HERE.

Great value for money gymThe Planet Fitness franchise really know what they are doing.I think they get the balance almost perfectly right, especially considering what they charge members.This gym is close to my work so I use it at less busy hours. I find the employees really personable, and friendly, and that makes a difference.Its clean, its well equipped, the locker room is not the biggest but thats a minor. Main positives are the array of equipment, black card spa facilities are good, and general relaxed vibe the gym has. Its not a muscle head gym. Simply put there are no major negatives to this gym and the fact you can say that is a major positive.Highly recommend it, especially if you work or live locally.

Poorly maintained showers, tanning equipment is a joke. I find it pointless to even comment. The response from the owner will to “tell the Manager”. How about the owner maintain his/her business based on feedback and give customers what they are paying for.

I work at Fusion Chiropractic Spa in the plaza adjacent. It makes it very convenient to go over on my lunch break. The equipment it well taken care of and the facility is always clean. The staff is friendly and encouraging. Its a great experience all around.

I like the PF culture, no crazy fitness show off, and simple easy to use set up and equipment. Feel comfortable just doing an activity there, no judgement.

The employees (not all but enough) are very rude and make the gym feel like a high school environment. They probably need a more mature set of employees who can actually keep a bathroom clean instead of flirting with guys in the front

First, I would like to say that I live in Miami Dade County, so when I started looking for a membership at planet fitness. I began to googlIng most of planet fitness in Dade up to Fort Lauderdale reviews/ratings and realize Coconut Creek and Coral Springs has one of the best ratings in Broward County. Also, when I called the Coconut Creek office near Broward College North Campus twice, the receptionist was so pleasant. The day I joined the Coconut Creek branch, which was on a Friday evening. The young African-American lady who was at the desk demonstrated such kindness. Im happy with this location.

Awesome establishment. It’s always clean, staff is very friendly, and I feel comfortable unwinding in this place.Get your Black Card! The massage bed is spectacular after an intense workout! It’s also a way to motivate someone you know to come work out with you, since you get to bring a guest with this level of membership.

Love the location, and the team working is super nice. Every once in a while while working my usual machine, one of the “cleaners” will approach me to use another (in use, mind you) down the line. I use that certain machine because I do not like to work out around other people. (I have issues, don’t we all?)

Weve had an excellent trainer at Planet Fitness, Coconut Creek Parkway, Coconut Creek, FL by the name of Tyler Armstrong. He recently has gone through training to become a GM, and many of us who know Tyler believe that he would be an excellent fit as GM for this property. He is very organized, friendly with staff and members alike, gives excellent instruction and demonstration in working out. He is highly skilled and knows exactly what this Planet Fitness needs to grow and thrive. I signed up under the impression that I was only going to be charged $1.07 at the time of sign up . Then $23.71 was deducted Immediately from my account.And it seems to be a hassle getting a refund ! I was clear about my financial obligations and only had enough for what I was signing up for ! Missed work the next day cause no money for my Uber !!! 💯🤘🖕🏻Solid!!!

Best decision I ever made joining this gym. The trainer for the 360 class Sandy is Awesome!!! He motivates you to do your best and push yourself beyond your limit! The staff is friendly and very professional and its only my FIRST WEEK!!! Planet Fitness is the truth, they are really a judge free zone!!! coconut creek facility is THEE truth!!!

Great customer service I’m actually a member at la fitness and I came for vacation here in Boca and la fitness closing at 8pm on the weekend I was looking for a 24hr gym and I found this place when I went to ask the guy about 1 day pass he actually gave a week pass to try the gym. Anyway because of it I will cancel my la fitness membership and I’ll join for sure the planet fitness.

Not the largest Planet Fitness but it is organized, clean, and the staff is super helpful. Also the atmosphere is welcoming. I have never had any issues with the other people working out there, everyone has always been super courteous of eachother

Its been years since i have had a gym membership. Glad i started back. PF Coconut Creek is a great place to work out. Staff is great, equipment is clean. Never crowded. I would recommend to all who want to get started again.

I love Planet Fitness, Coconut Creek. This week we got the 360 equipment. It is amazing! So much fun while working out. Like Tyler said its a jungle gym for adults. It is! I workout with Tyler every day. He keeps his classes up beat. And always changing. I promise you, you wont get bored. He is a great trainer. The staff over all is friendly and helpful.

I love working out at Planet Fitness but a gym is nothing without its staff. So for that reason I want to give praise to Olivia. She is conscientious, always positive, and treats the gym as if it were here own. Olivia is worthy of being noticed by the management at PF. I look forward to seeing her grow and advance quickly in the company. She deserves it!

I just enrolled today. Front desk was so helpful and nice. What I really didnt expect was having a personal trainer give me his full attention on my first day. Sandy was awesome!!!!! I was very impressed and appreciated his patience. I am so excited I cant wait to start. This place rocks!!!!!!!

Tanning bed bulbs are not maintained as they should be. The face tanning bulbs are out in all but 1 of the lay down beds, so everyone is assigned to bed #3, which by now the bulbs are black on the ends indicating they need changing. Each rooms AC is not kept at such a high temp that by the time Im finished tanning, the room temp is up to 95...way too hot. There is only 1 bed pillow.If 1 of your 4 treadmills were working halfway, that problem would be addressed immediately.

Staff really nice and helpfull at this location. Seems like the staff work well together to. For the most part the equipment is well maintained.

For the price its a great deal, but...I keep complaining about the same things every time and still....nothing has been done. Here are my complaints...1. After people use the equipment they dont wipe it down.2. People dont put the weights back where they belongI strongly recommend that Planet fitness send an email blast to ALL their members asking them to please wipe down benches after they use them and to please put the weights back where they belong after they use them.THANKS.

Love this gym, has everything I need to get myself in tip top shape. The staff has been very motivating and does a great job at making me feel welcomed. Kat is especially awesome and not to forget the new girl Valentina. Cant forget about Olivia and pretty big smile of hers. :D

Ive been coming to PF for a few months now, I love the staff and the location. I especially like being greeted by the staff at PF they always remember me and they always make me smile before i work out. Ive become good friends with Chris, he always has a great attitude and always seems to remember the days i miss int eh gym which are so little because my ultimate goal is to get big. I workout at PF 6 out of 7 days a week, and I will never go to another location because of Chris, good guy, always positive and always smiling, Couldnt even tell you when hes having a bad day. Keep him forever!! Thanks for all you do PF, KEEP IT UP!!

Wow, I just wanted to go to the gym. I signed up at a location where i stay on the weekends and got the Black Card because I wanted to be able to go to any location. I quickly found out that I was limited to a certain number of times unless they were owned by the same person. This is not fair. Upon canceling my membership, since I was not informed and so I could sign up at the planet fitness near my house (the one that I would be using more since I live closer to it) I was informed that they wouldnt refund me the money and that I basically paid $30 for absolutely nothing (I didnt even use the gym once and canceled within 2 days) . Thats just not fair.

The management and staff here are top tier. Everyone is extremely welcoming and attentive. The location is very clean and I rarely have to wait for equipment . I recommend my patients and staff to go to this location often.
