Honestly this store and their policies will have me and my husband leaving this company permanently. They sold me a phone 3 days ago singing the praises up and down about the camera being the best they have. Then when I came back because its absolutely not usable for my business theyre trying to charge me $70 to get the other phone they offered to me at the same rate 3 days ago. They will not give me management information so I can call and have literally no concern for the fact that my business that I run through my phone will now be affected. Super convenient that they sang this song and dance about the cheaper option of the two phones I was able to get for free. Shame on me for trusting that they actually were being sincere and not just opportunists

Tabitha was the best. I had multiple issues with customer services. So I went the sho and she resolved all of them, she was eager to help with a big smile.

The people that work at this store are always customer friendly and always very helpful. And if you go in there enough over a period of time, they seem to remember your name. Best Boost store Ive ever had the pleasure of working with
