Obra and Logan are awesome! We live in Indiana and needed work done in our Florida condo. Logan painted the interior, installed new ceiling fans and lighting, installed shiplap on a feature wall in our living room and staircase, and built a custom bookshelf in our master bedroom. Logan’s detail is meticulous! He started the job and finished the project in the quoted timeline. I really appreciated Logan’s communication since I was not able to stop in to check on things. We would FaceTime and he would send pictures of the progress. I knew after my initial meeting with Logan the he could be trusted. Logan will most definitely be doing more work for us!

And when he does, he keeps people accountable and makes sure the work is done right.Ive worked with a lot of contractors, and unfortunately it seems most of them struggle with timeliness, organization, and attention to detail not to mention the quality of their work. Logan is communicative, organized and holds himself to a high standard of quality. Ive been really impressed with how hes able to use technology to keep projects on track and update me throughout the process. He regularly sends me pictures with measurements for proposed solutions to problems, sometimes even creating 3D models to show me his ideas before we dive in. That sort of communication and organization is invaluable — especially if youre not able to be onsite every day.Id highly recommend Logan for whatever your project.
