Mr. Raker did an excellent job on our dryer last week. When the original quote came in we were not going to have it fixed. However, with his own research was able to find a more reasonable way to do it with less expense to us. Thanks!

Cant recommend Raker highly enough. He diagnosed the dishwashers problem from my email before he even showed up, then when he showed up (exactly when he said he would) it turned out he was right and he had the part already in hand. Within an hour I had a working dishwasher again. Other than the fact that I dont want another appliance of mine to break, I cant wait to use him again.

I called Raker Appliance to service a washing machine which miraculously survived a flooded basement. I was luck the engineer was in my area that day. He was very courteous on the phone and reassured me that the call out fee would be $80, and would go towards any repairs. He was at my house within an hour.He showed great competence and had the washing machine front removed within a few minutes. He answered all my questions and provided some very valuable information to help me keep my washing machine running longer. He also worked on a dryer as he waited for the washing machine to run through a quick cycle. Again showing great expertise in disassembling the dryer and diagnosing the issue.With a coupon I was only charged $65. I was very impressed by his professionalism and competence and would definitely recommend Raker Appliance.

Responsive, they called ahead, were courteous, gave me the price before doing the work and completed it in a timely manner. The price quote was right in line with my research on the repair and I felt they were fair.
