I was in a bind and called Limo BWI, no complicated websites to navigate through, the person picked up right away. I explained my problem The gentleman was very helpful he was professional and for $130 I was picked up in a town car and the driver’s name is Billy he was very friendly courteous and then we told him what time we can we come we return home next Friday and he said he would be there waiting to pick us up I didn’t even have to call the office. I was in a tight spot and LIMO BWI came through amen to that. Five stars all the way around. Yes I would recommend these people anyone who needs a ride. Uber let me down these people did not. They are 100% customer oriented.

If you need fast, friendly, super efficient service, these are the team to deal with. We used their service five times whilst in Baltimore and they went out of their way to look after us. LIMO BWI service was good to me. They sent us very nice cars more than we expected. The driver was also nice and kind. The drivers wore very clean suits.

Unreliable. Left standing at BWI at 12am with my 6 family members including my grandmother. We were delayed IN AIR due to weather. Driver never checked. Simply left after 15 minutes of original time. We had no way to contact them to tell them we were delayed. So we ended up having to get TWO Uber’s to get everyone home.I don’t recommend. Save your money and just drive yourself, get an Uber or use anyone else.

This has to be the worst experience I’ve ever experienced. The first driver was very disrespectful and rude. Gave them another opportunity on the way home to redeem themselves figuring the first driver was just having a bad day. THE SECOND DRIVER NEVER SHOWED UP TO THE AIRPORT!!!! Avoid this company at all cost!!!

What a truly horrible experience. First off they were contacted two weeks prior to our trip. Told we were taking seven adults and luggage from our home in Pennsylvania to BWI. The contract stated SUV or shuttle van. They showed up on Saturday with a minivan. This minivan did not fit seven people plus the driver so that’s eight. My adult son had to sit on my wife’s lap for the 75 minute drive. Got to BWI got dropped off confirmed my contract and emailed them on Sunday reminding them of my flight number and arrival time for pick up on Wednesday. I also clarified that the contract was for a shuttle van or an SUV. We took off from Atlanta 10 minutes late but we had to circle around storms in Baltimore. We arrived at BWI 45 minutes after our scheduled arrival time. Soon as I powered on my phone there was a voicemail and text message from the driver asking where we were. I mediately replied and also called and got no answer or reply from him. Baggage no car outside repeated calls to the driver were not answer. I called their office spoke with a very rude manager that answered who’s yelling at me because we were late. I reminded him that there are seven adults including my 74-year-old mother who are now stranded at the airport. The driver called me and said their policy was to wait 15 minutes and then leave. We were forced to pay for that one, but two Ubers to take us home. This company is a sham nobody speaks English and then wants to Yellit us because we don’t answer the phone while we are on the plane and fl I reminded him that there are seven adults including my 74-year-old mother who are now stranded at the airport. The driver called me and said their policy was to wait 15 minutes and then leave. We were forced to pay for work, but to Uber to take us home. This company is a sham nobody speaks English and then wants to Yellit us because we don’t answer the phone while we are on the plane in flight.

Had to get a $125 Uber ride home after being stranded. Might want to consider another service.
