Hes a scammer and a liar I cant believe I put my trust in this person

I rented a bus through Presidential Limo (do not use them either) and they contracted out through Iconic Limo because I needed a party bus for my wedding. These are two very poorly ran companies. They gave me an old beat up, broken window, smelly bus for my wedding. TERRIBLE customer service. When I called to speak to the owner he asked me why didnt I call the moment I saw the bus if I hated it so much. He expected me to wait for another bus on my wedding day, yeah like that would have got there in a hurry. He was so rude about the whole situation like it was my fault. Then he said I used it for the full 4 hours. The bus only took us to the church and back to the venue. Maybe 40 minutes tops. Please do not let the pictures fool you, this bus had a broken window! I was so embarrassed when this bus showed up to pick me up. I wish I had a picture to post of this ugly bus. The fumes were so bad it made everyone nauseous. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You will not get a refund if you are unhappy and I will continue to write negative comments about them for being so rude to me.

The worst limousine service EVER!!! First of all the driver was an hour late and his driving is terrible. He was late because of the battery wasnt working. A professional would make sure that wouldnt happen. He doesnt know how to work the stereo or the air condition. Near the end of the night, a tire was slashed so we had to wait almost an hour to solve the problem. It took four guys to fix a tire, come on. If youre thinking about go with this limo service...THINK AGAIN! NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR HEADACHE. NEVER AGAIN! No tip for you.

The drivers here are very unprofessional. They also cannot drive. They dont use signals when turning and will cut other vehicles off. I call the company and informed the guy who answered (whos also unprofessional) . As soon as I said I have a complaint to, he said alright, iight and hung up the phone. I will never ever recommend anyone to go to this unprofessional company. These people are rude and disgusting.

Used this company in May to rent a limo for my sons prom. Paid in full with a credit card. And now in August they have hit my credit with three fraudulent charge within the last few days. These people are criminals do not use them for anything.
