Im not usually one to write reviews, but I felt this was much deserved. My husband and I own a few businesses and were in need of an accountant for an immediate problem we were having. I had called several accountants in our area only to be told they were too busy or werent taking new clients because it was right in the middle of tax season. I called her and left her a voicemail but much to my surprise, she immediately called me back and agreed to help me. She was kind and understanding as she listened to me and my concerns. She was on top of things from the moment I asked for help. She met with me on more than one occasion, was thorough in explaining everything so I understood what was going on and she went above and beyond my expectations of what an accountant should do. Weve unfortunately had poor experiences with accountants in the past and have been leary on trusting someone new. In our experience, its hard to find someone who truly had our best interest at heart. Nicole definitely had our best interest the entire time we worked with hee. She even went back through some old taxes and found some things our previous accountants hadnt pointed out to us which will ultimately save us thousands of dollars in the future.
