I have been going here for about a year now & have never had a bad experienceI have loved every nail design. Will never gp anywhere else.

Hadnt had a mani or pedi in a couple of years. Toe nails looked crazy. Fantastic job and my wife truly appreciated it. I will be going back. Even had me laughing because she tickled my feet.😁

1st time here with my granddaughter! Love it here, I will continue to come here to get my nails done. They are awesome!

The entire staff is always friendly. Kim does an amazing job with all of my crazy nail designs and we tend to collaborate together for non boring ideas. Always laughing and a great nail experience.

I stopped going to Asia Nails in Thorndale because of how they race through the services to get to the next dollar. I thought that I had finally found a shop that cared more about providing service and a pleasant experience. That was what I experienced on my first visit. Second and third we’re awful. The girl was racing though my refill like her life was dependent of moving at top speed. She hurt me with her file twice. I told her and she hurt me again. At least she said sorry. The guy that hurt me 2 weeks ago didn’t even say sorry and I called him out. They get annoyed at you if you complain that they hurt you. The only positive is that I do love their gel polish. It has a wonderful shine to it that is missing in many other shops.

I absolutely love going there. They never have an issue with doing my nails with the colors I love! I love the designs. Never ever had an issue. I cant wait to get my eyebrows done again.

Y’all are definitely one of the worst nail shops i’ve been too , very rude & unprofessional. the man was rough the whole time & the price was a lot for something that looked rushed

I absolutely love this nail salon and the people who work there!! The owner is nice and the service is fabulous! I am so happy with my nails! Fantastic place ! Stephen does a great job and the nail art is wonderful.

The smaller man (I dont know his name!) does an excellent job. He takes his time and pays attention to detail. Ive been going to this place off and on for 15 years, and am disappointed by every other salon I go to.

I have been going here a few months now and every experience is AWESOME! As soon as you walk in, the ladies are really nice. They ask about what you need, they discuss options, they even talked me into a few color changes that I wasnt mad at. There is usually no wait, and the one time I did wait, it was less than 15 minutes.

They do not do nail art at all they don’t even have glitter they charge high prices for basic lumpy nails

Ive been getting my nails done for over 10 years and Im usually very frustrated with the service. This is one of the few times in over a decade that I can say I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY NAILS!This place was recommended by a co-worker who always has really beautiful sets. She said she picks the color and lets the tech pick the design- they arent lazy about it and they make them look great.Kim took her time, she didnt make me feel like I was being rushed out the door- she was all about what I wanted even though it was a very busy Friday afternoon. I was being a pain and picky, I know it but after getting them done for so long, I know what I like. Kim was patient with me and kept working to find a good match. I had a picture to show her what I liked and she used her experienced and skills to make it her own. The end result is amazing and I cant express how happy I am with them.A couple days later, I closed the door on my thumb and it chopped the tip of my nail clean off. I went back and, again, Kim was wonderful. She had me soak while in the waiting area to save time and got my nail fixed up quickly. Then she gave me a date to come in for my next set and said shed have more time for me then. More time?? Ive never been in love with my current set and so excited for my next one too! hahIm definitely looking forward to making this my new salon. I work in the area but live an hour away. When Im no longer at this job, Ill still be coming here to get my nails done!

I got a refill from there and my tips just snapped right off. It doesn’t take that much force for them to come off. It happened to 3 of my nails on my right hand.

I went in to get my nails done. As I was sitting waiting a white lady came in with no appointment. They took her before they took me even though I was there first. I left the nail salon and went to another. This is the first time I have ever felt racially profiled. This place was very unprofessional and obviously picks who they want to service first by color. So if your not Caucasian I suggest you spend your money else where.

After going to my salon for years, I am not happy there anymore. My nail tech is too busy and her work is deteriorating so I decided to try this place. It is so dirty. I was somewhat satisfied with the nail tech’s work but am afraid the manicure utensils are not sanitary. I will not be returning. Clean this place up. Wish I could give them a 0 star. By the way I found an awesome place. I’m happy.

After leaving the salon yesterday I felt compelled to write this review!...This nail salon is the BEST! Going through the complete evolution of nail applications for 30 + years I have found that Limited Nail has truly kept up with the latest of everything nails! The shop itself is clean. The staff is completely professional and competent . Their work is always impeccable. They are polite and always do their best to please. The pedicure chairs are the brand new state of the art style. Polish is always new and fresh in accordance with the trending colors. If you want designs painted on your nails these technicians can create masterpieces.You are never rushed and the staff will always accommodate you. After going here for 15 years the experience has always been excellent.

They do a wonderful job

I went for a pedicure they did a nice job on my toes but as for the scrubbing of my feet it was rushed barely massaged my feet. i didnt really want to go there but my regular salon isnt open on Sundays. And the one guy who worked their chillin in the pedicure room played his phone so loud it was not relaxing so i will not be returning ill wait for my regular salon to open next time

This place is really good! The ladies were really nice and my nails look really good. This was my first time getting my nails done so i was worried , but they did an amazing job and made me feel very welcome

I have never in my 17 years of going to nail salons been treated so much like royalty anywhere else but here. Henry and Jennifer were amazing. Friendly, quick and experienced. They made me, a NEW YORKER feel better than any nail salons Ive been to back home have. I appreciate them and ALL the staff at LTD nails! 💯💪💪

The good: the staff was friendly and worked me in quickly without an appointment.The bad: tools werent sterilized. After my pedicure she went to the room next to all the pedicure seats and all I heard were tools clinging and water running. At this point all I can hope is that they at least wash them with soap. And the technician cut my toe nails in a way that Im pretty sure they will grow back ingrown. Now Im just crossing my fingers that I dont end up with an infection.

Went in and asked for a pedicure. They thought I wanted a polish change. For mad at me for correcting then while I waited while 3 others walked in after me and were getting their pedicures. When I paid the owner snatched my card out of my hand and threw it on the counter. Will NEVER step foot in there again

This is the most disrespectful nail salon ive ever been to in my life. My kids were disrespected and I was disrespected as a paying customer ... The manager told me to leave because my kids were talking to me and also the so called manager yelled at my children. Then we were told to leave. I hope everyone sees this ... This is the most disgusting salon also. They dont clean there items. I witnessed a lady before me get up and none of the tools were changed or cleaned ... If I could give no stars I would 💯

I’ve been going to this salon for nearly 5 years. I really loved the work and the service, that all started to change about a year ago. 1 of the male techs is one of the reasons I will never go back. He is rude, intentionally did a horrible job on a new set, so horrible that another new set was needed, the owner admitted what the tech had done and replaced the set at no charge. Last time I was there, the same male tech was playing Asian techno music so loud on his phone, none of the customers could hear the TV. Rudeness seems to be the new norm for this business. Good customer service and quality work is no longer available at LTD Nails.

My husband got me a gift certificate for Christmas. After reading all the reviews i was apprehensive about going, but Im glad I did. Layna did my full set and it turned out great! I will continue going back for my future services!

I went to get a color change on Wednesday 10/17/18 and by Friday 10/19/18 I had a few nails chip and 2 nails almost fully peel off. They also charged me $18 for just a color change.

Didnt have to wait at all. And did a wonderful job on my gel manicure.

If there was a way no stars could be an option it would be picked! This place is horrible. RacialProfiling and disrespecting a minor, along with rough physical contact because of skin color. Do not send your children here or yourself. You will regret the outcome. Hot nails is the best place to go!

I go every 2 weeks and have had no problems. Except I swear there talking about me in there language! Lol I will only allow 2 of the girls to do my nails though either Lana or Kim!! There the best in my opinion!

Very disappointed with their services. the ladies were rude. i wouldn’t even give them one star. i walked out because i couldn’t stand the attitude the young girl had that was working on my nails. i will NEVER go back. i would never refer them to anyone.

Ive been going here for a while now and I absolutely love it . I like every person there except for one man who works there . Hes very rude , ruff with your hands and gets frustrated easily . Its easy to point him out if hes there and I recommend saying something to one of the women to never have him thats what I did . I do not recommend him doing childrens nails especially . Other than that the people are amazing .

I visited the Limited Nail Salon last Monday for my first time and was very disappointed with my experience. My pedicure was fine, however I did not have the same experience with my refill. The Gentleman who worked on my nails seemed irritated with me when he would caused pain while working around my cuticle. I also had a gel coat application and was not given ample drying time. My nails marked within a few minutes of leaving the Salon.

Theres a guy there that doesnt talk hes to rough and his bed side manner is terrible, i told him i had a cut in my nail and he still went forth and was rough a week later on the same nails it got infected . I do not recommend getting your nails done by him

They are great and fast

They have no heat !! Its freezing in there . They have little heat lamps that do absolutely nothing for the customers . I went in there & waiting 20 minutes just for them to put 2 other people before me . After waiting 40 minutes I left .

I called in advance to get information on underarm waxing. The woman replied, “Depends on how much hair the person has.” I don’t have much but I feel as though the price should be the same for everyone.
