I do not recommend this place at All! Walked in for just an eyebrow waxing and came out with no eyes brows! When saying to the woman before I got them done just clean them up! Meaning barely touch them! So she refers me to Tina who Im assuming was some in charge and when I tell her an show her and after seeing my eyebrows I ask what is she going to do she replies I dont know ask her an is referring back to the woman who messed up my eyebrows to begin with, I walk out and as Im walking out she yells dont come back, so I walked back in and said why would I come back you took off my eyebrows! They are very rude and unprofessional, instead of apologizing and trying to show some type of empathy she acted as if she didnt care.

The Lady that did my feet and brows was the best. I got put to sleep. Her spirit was pleasant and her work was the best! Thank you! HOT NAILS!

The place was clean, staff friendly and attentive. This was my 1st visit but wont be the last. I havent had a pedicure in 13 years. I was very pleased with my experience here and will definitely come back.

Called yesterday and made an appointment for me my friend to get refills today and we called to again today before we came and to validate our appointment and the girl on the phone said “ a pedicure right ? “ . After correcting her we came immediately after and they started my friend but had me sitting in the waiting area for 45 mins until i just said never mind to nails today. Shame because they do pretty good work and i was excited about them doing my nails but sadly wont be returning. Not to mention a walk in came in while i was waiting and was helped immediately. Completely unprofessional.

Arrived when it was not busy.. only wanted cut and polish. Signed in & sat down like usual, and they didn’t take me over to the table for about 45 minutes.. they were not busy at all. Finally, they took me over to the table and had me sit there for 20 minutes while taking other customers. Ridiculous.

The only nail place to go in coatesville! Its the best salon Ive ever been to in Pennsylvania. Love love love this nail salon!!

The management and staff are well organized. The Salon is always clean and neat. Safe sanitary protocols are in place.

We. had an appt with Lily...I dont regret getting our nails done with her...I love her personality , n how shes straight forward , n how shes going to tell you the truth whether u want to hear it or not... So , dont ask if u cant handle the truth... I can identify a lot of similar action between the both of us... Will I go back hell yeah... Im not going elsewhere... Thats for sure....

All of the nails techs here are super friendly and funny! They do an amazing job on my nails including great designs at a reasonable price. My best friend and I have tried a few salons in the area and Hot Nails is by far the best. AND the most clean too. Theyre very diligent in sanitizing their equipment, something I noticed wasnt being done at the other salon down the street. Try them once and youll see the difference in quality and how well they treat their clients.

The only place I will get my nails done from now on. I have had my nails done in NYC, Ireland, and London and unless Im on vacation or have to move, I want trust any other salon around here with my nails. Ive tried other places when I was in a pinch and they are more expensive for a crappier manicure. I love this place!

The only place I allow to touch my nails. They are friendly, give very good service. Lily is also the only person I would allow to do my lashes other than the fact that I have been doing lashes for the past 7 years.I also make an appointment and have never waited more than 10 minutes before I am attended to. Lily is awesome and Jen is sweet as can be. Both ladies are I trust with my nails.

I love Hot Nails! Whenever I don’t know what to do with my nails, they always do! Ask for Lily, you’ll thank me later! ;) She does it all, she did my nails and I am so satisfied and happy about my new nails. 😍

I only go to Liliy. She is my girl, always a good laugh and been going there for like 8 years now.

While I was here, one of the main nail ladies or owner made a rude comment about the stomach of her customer, saying “look like you been eating more” and then pointed at her stomach, and then told the front lady to look over at it. The front lady did nothing wrong though. Then, when I was walking over to my mom who was getting her nails done, the same lady said “he ugly” or “hey ugly” like she was trying to get my attention, but I ignored her and she just laughed

Horrible and I would not recommend it. I wanted a gel manicure and was told dip powder would be stronger so I went with that. And thats all it was - just the dip. And the layers on my nails are soooo THICK and unnatural looking. Like so thick to the point if Im itchy I can barely scratch. I didnt get any manicure, no cuticle care, just a light file on my nails and when she was done she didnt have me wash my hands to get the powder from filing my nails and dipping so she just put a warm rag and some lotion on dirty hands. Definitely not worth the $40 they charged me and I shouldnt have even given her a tip. I will not be going back.

I have been coming to them for about a year now and I love the way they do nails and they last longer then two weeks! The staff is very friendly!! The prices are great!! I highly recommend this place to everyone!!

I came here and needed a refill.. I asked the Tech could he find me nude. He said he didnt know so I asked the main lady if she could find me the color nude. She laughed and said look on the wall. I explained to her I couldnt find it. She said its number 13 over there on the wall.. I said okay thank you. The color polish she told me was nude was cotton candy. I was so upset I just got the cotton candy color and have NEVER returned! Horrible customer service.

I went there today with my daughter. They do a great job and very friendly but they have to do something about those fumes..needs more ventilation. My daughter is almost 4 months pregnant; she was nauseous but she got those nails done anyway lol Great Job Hot Nails!!

Every time i go there they make me wait more than 2 hours, and on top of that as soon as i go in they dont say welcome or hi so rude, im never going back there, i show them what i want but they just do what they want instead of what I ask them for. They lost me as a customer.

Never write reviews online but Hotnails is THE BEST. I had a terrible back injury and was in a rehab unable to move. my husband told our girl what happened and she drove out to the rehab to hook me up. Lily is the Best! I refuse to go anywhere else and i worked in the salon business 5 years!
