I think I will be trying out a different car wash. The last 5 times I went to Zekes I did not get what I paid for. The wax has never sprayed out over that time and other functions (something different each time)have also been sub-par. Does a good job but,, If it gave you everything you payed for it would be the best. Also there is no customer service information posted.

Very clean! Great place! Even the owner really calls people back if something goes wrong with one of the machines. This is just an Awesome Laundry mat!!! Thank You!🙂

Lowest price for automatic car wash. And it is the only one that works right now to the best of my knowledge.

Worst car wash ever. I payed $9 for their best wash and my car is still as gross and dirty as when I went in. Id love a refund but clearly that will not happen. Horrible.

Can you guys please fix the middle sprayer on the drivers side, i really like this car wash and i think it does a good job but im going to stop going if the sprayer doesnt get fixed soon. It sprays extremely hard and in a point instead of a fan spread like the others, im afraid it is going to damage my car i know another person that went there and after their drivers side trim was messed up so we think it happened because of that faulty sprayer. Its been faulty for a long time now and i hope that this review will bring light to this problem that hopefully you didnt know about yet.

This was has a rare Magic Wand Nexus, Gotta give it credit for that. Anyway this wash is TERRIBLE!!.It doset get my dads car clean. The dryers are just awful. Why not replace it with a Soft touch or a touchless? But the vaccums arent bad.

My wifes car got trapped inside the automatic car wash at a Zekes Car Wash location in Pottstown, PA. The drivers side of her car was heavily damaged. We filed a claim with our insurance agency, and also tried contacting Zekes Corporate HQ many times. To no avail. This is NOT how a company should be run. Thanks for nothing Zekes.PS: Zekes also made sure that they charged her credit card for the deluxe wash, even though the car never actually GOT washed!

I’ve used Zeke’s car wash for years, mostly in the winter and it gets the job done 🙂. If there is a problem with the payment system (only twice) they have promptly refunded me.
