DO NOT GO HERE! Worst place ever…. Trash everywhere in the lot. No place to hang and clean car mats. Stole my money, did not shampoo my carpet. Could not vacuum sand or pet hair. Vacuum smelled like vomit. Paid for highest level car wash, did not dry my car, no shine or wax, wheels still dirty, and left dirt and spots all over my car. Absolute worst experience I’ve had at a car wash in a long time.

I love this car wash so much!! its the best one that is closest to my house. I went there about 2 weeks ago and i did not realize the automatic car wash was broken so my card got charged. I called the owners and they refunded me my money and gave me a free wash for the inconvenience. awesome service. The car wash is really good.

My go to the touchless drive through is great and plenty of vacuums and extra spaces to dry off and do a quick wipe down.

Soap was empty, worker tried convincing me soap was coming out. Don’t waste your money.

On initial looks it seemed to have all the equipment & accessories to be able to do a thorough cleaning & decent detailing job. However, the initial perception turned south almost immediately! In order to utilize the facility as with nearly all self-service car wash/car care facilities, youre required to use coins or paper bills. Not a single change machine was working! Since I was only trying to clean up a rental car, I did not intend to spend a significant amount of time on the car, so I was a bit perturbed by the lack of a working change machine needless to say. To think I was going to have to drop more money into this than I wanted just didnt sit well with me!After about 15 minutes just cleaning the car out by hand & making do with what I had, I decided to put a $5 bill in the machine to vacuum it out. At first the machine just kicked it back. I tried again & thought it was going to work, but no! It just ate my money! I WAS DONE! NEVER AGAIN!

Automatic carwash does a good job with supreme wash.

I used my debit card to pay the self wash for convenience mostly. Charged me $10 for “4” minutes only. Really. Then, I inserted a $10 bill and gave me 13 mins. I was shocked. What a Ripoff.Ok. I get it. Minimum maybe is $10 with Debit card. Sure. That’s fine. BUT AT LEAST GIVE MY FULL 13 mins.

Cleans the car. I got the best wash ($15) on the gental touch lane. Didnt do the best job. Went back the next day for my wifes car and gental touch lane was closed because it was broke.

The machines take your money. There is trash everywhere doesnt looks like they really care about the business. vacuums are in disrepair. for this to be a new car wash this one is shabby. ill continue to go to lionville

Ill give them credit they were open on one of the coldest days of the year! Theres an attendent on duty to help you. My only problem was the change machine was broken.

The vacuums for cars need serious repair or they need to be moved to create more space.

Pressure wash is too strong some soap and water gets in car. But the chemicals are great and vacuum are great.

I took my car here for a mini detail, I didn’t want to spend $100+ at a detailing service. It was very affordable and a perfect alternative. The guys were very nice and they did a great job on the inside of the vehicle. Then after you get to take it through the car wash. I was very happy with the overall result especially for the price.

Just had my car detailed. Gil did a fantastic job!!! He got rid of all the dog hair, dust, and dirt! This detail was by far the BEST I’ve ever had!!! Will definitely go back! Price was great too!!

They are a great car wash with average prices. They went above and beyond to help my mother when she lost her wallet. The car wash is safe and I recommend everyone to this spot for car care.

Come here regularly, very clean. Had an issue once with a function on the soft touch, but I contacted them off of the information on their website and they quickly responded to make things right. It was amazing customer service.

For this to be a new car wash its trashed owner just want money. machines rip you off there is trash ever where. vacuums with no hoses. i drive to lionville now this car makes you feel like washing your car at home instead.

Great place with lots of variety, you can wash you car yourself, use the soft touch or use the touch free wash! The prices are very reasonable!

Automatic car wash out of service

I am really impressed with the amount of upkeep that is done to keep things running cleanly. Am there normally once a week, and if anything is slightly off it is always fixed by the next time Im there. I always use the same wash! Kinda an OCD thing.

Decided to try this car wash recently, came here during the evening hours. The pricing is about average for a self-service car wash in the same area. However, just have to point out that during my time using one of the self-service bays, no soap came out on the brush. Probably because a lot of customers have been using the bays the whole day, but still I didnt get my moneys worth.The bay I used is well-lighted but the floor is littered with debris that obviously came from earlier customers. Had to be careful in using the pressure washer gun, as it is missing its rubber head therefore having the metal tip exposed which can cause serious scratches on the vehicle.Needs a bit more TLC but otherwise this is a pretty decent car wash shop.

Frustrated and expecting no help, I called the NEWLY POSTED emergency number, left a message, and got an immediate call back from the super nice, caring new owner, who reset the car wash right then and there for me from his home.What a vast difference from non-existent to excellent customer service! VERY pleased and appreciative to the kind new owners, and I will make sure to patronize his business exclusively from now on.(Just wanted to let everyone know to disregard any older reviews, as they were probably for the previous owners)Thanks so much, and keep up the great work. Your customers really appreciate you, and it will pay off!

So after paying for a $6 dollar wash with a credit card, my bank has $10 pending for RG Carwash. The car wash was on 7/9/19. I wanted the $5 wash but that section was closed off. Will update should there be any resolution.

Absolutely no water pressure.... no soap on the high pressure wash cycle, foam brushes are flat from over use. Vehicle came out just as dirty as when I went in except now I wasted $10 and my morning.
