Worst ever enterprise location to get the car.. smoke smell all over inside the car. Not many options available.. and they did not look all over the car when I rented it, and they found damages that nobody without knowing can find out. (This is my personal experience). And now charging my insurance 😖This is the car they are charging me for. They say , they see dents all over the hood and too and trunk.After multiple follow up with customer service, there is no response from the management.

I took my son there to rent a car for about a week to visit family since his car needed work. I was not happy. There appear to be too many hidden costs without someone taking the time to properly explain them to him. The lady appeared very anxious for him to sign without explaining anything in full detail. Upon me asking questions I figured alot of it out. Decided to use my car instead of renting and saved him about $900+ dollars in total. This is not to say everyones experience will be the same because it probably wont. My family have used Enterprise at another location in the past without having any issues.

I have used enterprise many times and it has been always good service however this time it was less than expected.1. They did not have the car that I booked so I had to upgrade myself which is ok, I paid more price to get bigger car;2. While reading fuel gauge, it was clearly visible less than 3/4 however marked as 3/4, noticed once I got the keys. Returned car with full tank, it was not an issue with few points, more of trust issue.3. Worst part was, car had smoking smell and it was really difficult for first 10 minutes to sit in the car every time after starting the car.Still giving 4 start based on past experience.

Driver was very pleasant. Assistant Manager Joe inconvenienced me and charged me 25 bucks for a quarter tank of gas. Thanks Joe for poor service never again will I be back

I made the reservation 2 weeks before I needed the vehicle. I believe it was to be a mid size car. When I called the day before I was to get it, They didnt have any record of it. I even had a confirmation e-mail. They did not have what I requested. They gave me a Jeep. When The person dropped the vehicle off at the repair shop, he did not go explain things to me. The vehicle was not clean and there was a lot of trash in it. Very disappointed.

I don’t feel I should have been charged an extra $34.39 for another day due to not getting the car back because of a snow ice sleet storm and unsafe driving conditions. Enterprise was more worried about the car being back on time then my life of driving it to your location. Enterprise offered no leniency whatsoever. I attempted every way I could, it was too unsafe to be on the road. I would like my money back for the extra day.

Enterprise is always my choice for rental cars......have not ever experienced an unfriendly agent! will look forward to the next trip

The associates were very misleading & pushy. They would not answer my questions directly and were very short. I had to have my insurance company call on my behalf and they literally lied to my claims person. Told her a complete story about issues we were having. Very frustrating experience. You want to be treated with respect and like a human being. This branch made me not even want to rent a car anymore.

My experience was not the best. I miss the old staff members. They new individuals, in my opinion, lack customer care.With the exception of being provided with a vehicle that was not clean, the rep was okay. You would think during a PANDEMIC the vehicle would have been at least vacuumed out. It was disgusting not with trash; but, with loose hairs....freaked me out.On the return, I had to bang on the window to obtain assistance. The entire experience was a bust. I need to look for another location. Maybe doing so will make me appreciate the mediocre service of Coatesville or help me change my renting location.

My rental experience was fine, as it has always been, until the day I was returning the car and was pulled over by the police for an expired inspection sticker. I was given a ticket which I took to the branch from where I rented the car. I spoke directly to the District Manager who told me Enterprise would pay the ticket and he would communicate with me any contact he had with the Citations department. He did not communicate AT ALL. I called him 3 times and he returned one call. I called the Citations department to be told it was the Branch Manager who is responsible for taking care of this and it does not go to citations. They had no record of my ticket. Called the Branch Manager, who, coincidentally was the person who rented me the illegal vehicle, who said she contacted her accounting guy and he was supposed to get back to her. After 10 days extra fines are levied against the ticket in MY name NOT Enterprise. It was not until the tenth day, after I called the accounting guy that I had any assurance the ticket was paid. BTW, when it did get paid it was for the wrong amount. The District Manager did take part of the rental fee off my total but the aggravation cost more than that. Ill continue renting from Enterprise because every other experience as been good. Dont want to deal with the District Manager, however.

Got a 2019 Subaru Outback that was basically brand new! Couldnt figure out the GPS navigation in the head unit, but the ride was nice and smooth and the car was sparkling clean.

They picked me up, the rate was good. I was in a nice, modern vehicle. Also, it was in a good. I would recommend and go there another time if I had the need for a rental again.

I had a great experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Coatesville, PA. The service was incredible and the wait time was very little. I have used this company in the past and will continue to use it whenever I am in need of a rental car. The car was clean and well kept. I had no problems at all and enjoy knowing that they have roadside service in case anything goes wrong.

The offices were staffed by one person - she did a great job, washed the car and got all the e-paperwork done in minutes. This is a small rental office but 5 minutes from home so I use it. Enterprise always gets it right from Heathrow to Houston.

I was very unhappy with my most recent rental. I rent 1-3 times a year, only use this company. At the last minute they said they didnt have my rental, they gave something else. I had no choice but to accept bc i was leaving for the beach. This was a bad idea, it messed up what we could bring. While i was out of state i called but never could get a hold of someone. The rental was not cleaned on the inside. I really was no happy this time. As i said i use only this company and this was the first time this happened.

Word of caution- look over vehicle closely as their careless service will charge you with vehicle flaws overlooked once leaving their lot.DO NOT leave your rental for them to pick up. Word of advice... return vehicle to their lot and request receipt of return!!!

Didn’t have the car I reserved over the phone. A “small SUV” is what I requested and was told there was a Toyota RAV4, which was perfect for the road trip we were using the car for. When I got there I was told that the RAV4 was in the shop and that when reserving a car I’m “ not guaranteed the exact make and model they say it will be” but I could have a “free upgrade” to a mini van since they didn’t have the car I requested. I didn’t want a minivan. I specifically requested a small SUV and to me a minivan was a downgrade not an upgrade and the only other option was a Jeep that got horrible gas mileage for a 700 mile round trip. I sucked it up and took the minivan and they gave me 10% off for the inconvenience. The guy was nice and all but I won’t rent a car from here again.

Cars are always well maintained and I have had very few problems, on the rare occasion that I do they take care of it immediately. They are located everywhere and always convenient. Had a wonderful experience with enterprise the service and selection of vehicles were great. Before I could even contact them they contacted me first thing in the morning to get me into my rental. I recommend this location to anyone. I was in and out and very friendly staff.

I needed a rental while my car was in the shop. They were waiting for me at the shop when I dropped off my car. I was given a newer version of my car (made me envious) that was clean and ready to go. The rep had the paperwork ready to go on his tablet. He was professional and polite. I picked up my car after the repairs and dropped off the rental at the shop. A couple days later, I was emailed a receipt with my portion after insurance. The whole process was easy on me and the car was a delight to drive.

I dealt with the store manager. Great guy. The car was great; however, it had a problem with the radio. I knew about the radio when I rented the car; however, it seems that the radio affected the heat. This is winter! He adjusted the rental contract on the spot and I really really appreciated it. Great service!!! I will always use Enterprise.

I had a very pleasant experience with the Coatesville office with Noell and Jared. They explained everything with my car rental very clearly. They even took care of the cost of the rental through the dealership where my car was being serviced. Noell shuttled me to and from the dealership. She was cordial and nice. We chatted about stuff during the commute. I would recommend her and Jared to anybody looking for energetic business professionals who take pride in their work and want to please the customer. They did a great job!

The staff at the rental car location were courteous, professional and accommodating, i had no issues with them at all. The reason I gave a 3 rating is because of that car. I realized once I drove the care for a bit (the next day) that it was a long term lease and really smelled bad like cigarettes. My wife got head aches from being in it. There was also an issue with the back door interior latch not working (not the child lock). I do expect more from Enterprise so all this was disappointing. It just seemed like this was not a car that should have been rented it also had over 45,000 miles on it.

Everything was pretty good, however they tell you that if you bring a car back after they close at 6PM, you have an hour grace without further charge. However there is no check in clock to stamp some kind of paper work to prove when you got in. So, if you get in after they close your automatically charged for another day. There should be some kind of stamping clock to prove your arrival time against your name or whatever would be appropriate to prove it is you. Great way for Enterprise to make another day on you if your not alert.

Brian Jackson and his team are excellent at the Coatesville Enterprise. I have rented from them a bunch of times and each visit is even better then the last. They make it painless and extremely easy to rent a car. I will never rent from any other agency.

The store (Coatesville, PA) was excellent. If not for their help, I would easily find another resource to accommodate my frequent business and personal rentals.The Enterprise Phone App and 800 number customer support was no help at all each time called. --much time wasted.1. Having plenty of Enterprise points, I reserved a vehicle a month in advance via the App. Clunky to do, but not a big deal.2. Closer to the date of the reservation, I tried to add a day to the rental--either by points or by paying. The App doesnt do that without having to cancel what was held. Its just not good at all.3.Calling the 800# was a lot of wasted time--they (several calls) didnt help and even suggested I cancel my Reservation and start over ---knowing full well if I did that my cost (points needed and/or cash) increased 2x-3x the original reservation held--for the same exact vehicle held. (ie using 12000 pts for something already held for 6000 pts)Enterprise is generally similar to other agencies with car types etc. as far as offerings (a car is a car etc.)1. If you can get a decent price for the rental -- thats a plus2. If you can get a local Enterprise Store that works to take care of the customer (me) and tries to appreciate those that rent for business, and on occasion, pleasure -- that is a huge plus.If not for the local store helping to fix the fails of the larger organization--I would have certainly been OK with being ticked off driving another rental agencys vehicle out of disgust and frustration--even if it were more costly or a lesser vehicle etc.So, find a good value for what you want to rent...be sure your local store has a clue if you need them for something with your rental needs. Dont bank on that 800# crowd/customer service/or App.

Everytime I go here they give me a hard time. My insurance covers a rental fully but because the credit card is my mothers for a 50 deposit it’s not allowed. Makes no dam sense.

Staff worked to fulfill everyones needs. Whatever problem arises, they make an effort to correct it. Most vehicle styles are available and they will make available to you with advance notice or they offer to swap out a style to your preference next day. Very accommodating.

Arnett was a great help. I needed to switch cars and he made it happen in 10 minutes! The other car wasnt ready, he personally vacuumed and washed it. Great service, highly recommend.

If you want to rent a car its enterprise. We took so many times now and not a single time they disappointed regarding money. Had one experince where car brakes got damaged (by the way, the car was less than 6 months, so enterprise could not have find it anyway) and they replaced our car and provided mini vans. The experience so far is good but would like them to more communicate within one center ownrs to other.

I had a pretty good experience at the Coatesville location. It was the first time that I had directly had to rent a car from the location. Other times it came from my unfortunately having a car accident. I was quite disappointed when I wanted to rent an mid-size SUV but was told that I could not due to only having a debit card to use. I do not use credit cards but have always been very trustworthy when renting from Enterprise (meaning that there has not been a time where the car has not been returned on time nor has there ever been an issue with payment). I was recommended a mini-van which ended up being a great recommendation, but again I dont think that I shouldnt have been able to rent the same car that I normally drive (a Nissan Pathfinder).

I have rented from the Coatesville Location several times and have always received excellent service. My last rental experience was no exception, Brian and Nick made sure that that I was in and out quickly. I would recommend this location to anyone!

I am absolutely disgusted with the Enterprise at the Philadelphia Airport. They made me take a rental back to the airport rather than let me return it closer to home after my travel. My friend had to drive me to the airport at three am and then come back to get me after I returned the car. The whole purpose of a rental was to not have to inconvenience someone else on my behalf.My car was in a second accident several weeks later due to a deer committing suicide and unfortunately I was once again disappointed. I typically deal with the Exton, PA location but was FORCED to deal with Coatesville based on my shop’s address. Not st all happy about that given the fact that several weeks prior I was inconvenienced by the airport.The guy who dropped the car off at the body shop stood and watched me unload a bunch of very heavy items from my car and transfer them over—from inside the building. He wasn’t paying any attention and I had to go in to ask him to pop open the trunk. While helping someone unload isn’t necessarily a part of the job description, I was very floored with his actions and response once I called him out on his VERY inappropriate behavior. I’ve never not had someone help me transfer stuff over to my car or a rental.I am honestly getting very tired of Enterprise. The cars have all been fine for me, but the customer service straight up sucks. If my insurance company wasn’t paying for the rentals I would be using another company to satisfy my needs. I’ve put way too much money out personally though to be sent through the ringer and around the block like I have.

Nice car but slow leak in a tire, had to fill every 3 days and license plates had expired two monts earlier. Maybe they were renewed but no documents in car to prove it.

As it was right before closing, the place was super busy, but the guys working were so upbeat and friendly you didnt mind the wait. I got an excellent deal and the return was easy. This was my 2nd time going here and Ill continue to use enterprise.

I always have a great experience with this enterprise location. However, the Memorabilia Day weekend seemed as if the staff was overwhelmed by the number of customers. I needed a ride 2 miles down the road which I received to drop off my vehicle for service and I was supposed to get a ride back to the Enterprise facility. Unfortunately, the staff at that location was unable to pick me up and I got the dealership to bring me back. The employees were highly apologetic and certainly it was staffing verses their desire to provide great service. As a Sr. leader, they worked under tremendous conditions and want their leadership to first commend them for an outstanding job under the circumstances. But also would like someone to review staffing at that location prior to holiday weekends as I would only assume that volumes are considerably higher than other weeks of the month especially during the spring and summer months.

Rented a car for the very good weekend price and when i got there they didnt have economy car so they gave me a triple upgrade to a dodge charger which was fun to drive as well as an extreme bargain and i could could take it back late for no extra charge. Will definitely go back

On Electin Day I found myself with a car that had just gone DEAD! My car dealer normally provides loaner cars but had none available on such short notice .. I called Enterprise who quickly picked me up and arranged for a car on such short notice ... the following day, my dealer had a car for me and Enterprise picked up their rental at my dealer .. no problem, no hassle .. very convenient .. will definitely recommend Enterprise to my friends ..

Rented on a Saturday, right before closing time, the place was very busy. The staff didnt have time to explain the vehicle or some of the features. I did appreciate the upgrade, but would have liked to have had the Sirius XM explained since we traveled out of state. The staff was friendly, but overwhelmed.

Rented a pick up truck for the weekend (06/1 - 06-03), the folks at Enterprise had to be reminded several times for the pick up or I would not had a vehicle for the weekend. The truck was given to me filty with trash in the door pockets and backseat.The staff at the Chester Spring, PA location is always very friendly and nice to deal with, even though they offered to clean the teuck for me, I didnt have the time to wait around for them to do so. It should have been ready before handing the truck to me.My biggest problem with Enterprise, is at the check around the vehicle. They always tell you dont worry about the small scratches and smudges. However, when I return the vehicle, they alway try to make e feel as if I would have to pay for the Damages. This happened to me in three seperate instances, and I am ver glad I forced them to include the small scratches on the contract in the first place, or I would have been charged for damages that was caused by a prior renter.

I had a great experience renting a car at the Enterprise location in Coatesville, PA. The staff I dealt with were both entirely pleasant and professional, the car I rented was in perfect shape and ready to go when I was, and though I didnt need the Enterprise pick-up service, I was glad to utilize their service of being dropped off at my home at the end of the rental. On top of all that, the rental price just couldnt be beaten.
