Made a reservation 48 hours in advance. When I arrived I was told no cars were available.

Mariana went above and beyond for us! Our Budget car we had been given at the airport was dirty and smelled of smoke and she stayed late to help us exchange for a clean new car. Her graciousness and professionalism were so refreshing after the previous encounters we have experienced today.

DO NOT RENT FROM THE COATESVILLE BRANCH. The sales person, Vlad, lacks customer skills & integrity. After emailing the manager, Arianna TWICE, I understand.CROOKED BUSINESS PEOPLEWhen looking to reserve, was quoted one price, when calling back in less than 24hours was quoted another price with $102 difference. When asking why? The response, price change & to get that first price, I should have asked to have that quote held. How can someone ask for something they werent offered. I did inform Vlad that I was calling around comparing prices.LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLSWhen picking up the car, Vlad didnt go over the car with me even after I told him I dont sign paperwork until I look over the car. He had me waiting outside for him. Instead of coming outside he takes a call. I had to go back in & get him. I guess Enterprise has me spoiled. It took me AN HOUR to get my rental.One excuse for not going over the car, ITS A NEW CAR & I have coverage. That new car has stratches on the front bumper around the emblem. Already had me late so I just took the car assuming it was fully functionally.Within an hour of my trip, I realized NO AC & vehicle has no wiper fluid, etc. I am traveling from PA to NC. I call to inform Vlad. Instead looking to help me, he becomes sarcastic & argumentative because remember its a new car. He does offer for me to come back but as I informed him, Im already out of the state. Due to his lack of professionalism & customer service, I told him, if you arent the manager, there is no need for us to talk.I reach out TWICE to Arianna, the manager via email. I get ONE response indicating Vlad told her he took care of my NO AC issue. Like I told her, HE LIED & I never heard back from her. Thank God for Kristen, sorta. She was involved with me exchanging the vehicle BUT when arriving to get my replacement, I was told by the sales rep, Coatesville Budget had comments, DO NOT EXCHANGE. Thank you, Tina from Budget NC for your exceptional professionalism, kindness & consideration. The only issue with NC, they didnt document damage to the vehicles windshield & when returning the vehicle, Vlad tried to make it seem like I caused the damage. Thank God I took pics. I went with Coatesville Budget thanking I found a good deal. No, it was an ordeal & unpleasant experience. Enterprise does not have the best customer service but they try & improve, they are pricey & dont have Sunday hours BUT even with these imperfections, THEY ARE THE BEST RENTAL COMPANY IN COATESVILLE AREA.

Called to make reservations. Recieved confirmation via email. Went to pick up the car I reserved and was told they dont accept my form of payment. Refund wont be processed for 5 days. I dont understand how this is even legal.
