Got a fill and a pedicure on Saturday. Love my fill, but the pedicure was/is a problem. The guy was pretty rough and hurt me a few times. Then all day my big toe was really tender to the touch right in the crease by my nail. I put neosporin and alcohol on it just in case. Today it is pretty painful, red, and a bit swollen. Praying it doesn’t get infected or something. I’m assuming he must have cut me or something and now it’s all angry. Hoping it goes away by tomorrow otherwise I’ll have to go see my doctor and pray it’s not already infected. Won’t be getting a pedicure from here again.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience was so bad that I have to. So I just wanted some shorter, french tip nails. With how rough I am with my hands, I just got paint, since they will come off in a couple weeks anyways. The artist I had said, “why not pay the extra 5 for gel? Do you not have money?” Which immediately threw me off as inappropriate and extremely rude. He then was messy and not very delicate with my hands. I sat in front of a fan for about 5 minutes for the nails to dry, until he told me to leave. When I get in the car and go home, I saw that my nails were completely messed up. The polish was moved around and peeling off, there was acrylic on my fingers, and fuzz dried into my nails. Naturally, I go back and demand to get them fixed. I even said I’d pay the extra $5 for gel, but had to pay $10, which was misleading. It has since been only 1 day and my index nail has completely fallen off, which has never happened before. I would never in my life recommend this salon to ANYONE, nor will I be coming back; if I could leave no stars I would.

They got me in pretty quick and also got my nails done quickly. Great place!

The nails always look wonderful! My only issue is they are NOT sanitary, everything is dirty, i even caught some of the workers picking their nose and never washed their hands. Please use new tools when doing nails and make sure to clean your workspace!!

I spent $200 getting my daughter and my nails done here and her nail polish began falling off after one day! My nail polish seems to be staying on but im disappointed in the fact that it took a day before my daughters came off as I paid extra for the gel to assume it would last at least a week or longer. They said a month. Also my nail polish isnt complete as there are missing spots on the sides. The gentleman that did my pedicure did a fantastic job and my toes look great.But my fingernails are uneven and my daughters only lasted one day so thats why Im leaving a 2 star review.

33$ for the gel and 12$ for the design. The design and gel were both rushed but it’s just one of those places. I love how my nails came out 😭❤️

I am so upset! If i can give them a ZERO I would. Just got my nails done yesterday. I just took my nightly routine shower and my nail color is falling off ! It’s pealing off. First of all she didn’t even fully file the old color nail completely to begin with. First time anyone has ever not done that. She left the color on my nails and then added the acrylic part on top so it looks a bit bumpy. Didn’t want to be rude since they are the “professionals”. But I’ve never ever paid for my color to fall off right the next day. First time coming to this place, and will be the last. I do not recommend this place especially if they will be using taky products like this. I never complain about prices if I get the job done nicely. Angel nails was closed so I went here. Not doing that ever again. Such a shame.

I give this place 2 stars because I feel like I was tricked. I called ahead of time to check prices and to set an appointment for my 2 daughters ages 4 and 6. They told me over the phone that the pedicures for kids are 20$. After it was all done each child was 28$ for just pedicures. My total was basically 60$ for 10 minutes of their time. When I asked why it was 28 instead of 20$ the front desk man said that they come with nail polish too but I told him I didnt want the girls to have their nails painted, I feel like they should have separate prices.The ladies who did their toes were very nice and the place had a nice atmosphere. Just wish they were honest about their prices because I think 60$ is a little outrageous for childrens pedicures.

Came here to get pedicure and I wasn’t happy with my pedicure because the lady didn’t scrub my feet she didn’t clean my nails she just literally wet my feet and add some blue color in the water and dipped my feet in the water & dryer it after and just painted my nails and got me off the chair. Also I feel like it’s not sanitary they don’t use bags on the sink bowl or wash it after. Which I go to other places and they have plastic around the sink bowl and also I see that they washing right after while Aqua nails don’t do that after customer and I’m not risking to get fungus on my foot. I paid $56

I dont typically do reviews but I was so disappointed in this place. My toes still hurt from all the cuts after my pedicure. The woman rushed through my entire pedicure to the point I was not able to relax. I couldnt wait for it to be over. Very disappointing.

The service here is awful! No hygiene, Nothing! The lady I got my nails done from got so mad when I told her that I didn’t like the design. First of all, it’s their duty to tell the customer if won’t be the same of if it will turn out good or no. We all have long days but at the end it’s all about your work ethics. I called them the very next day if I could get my color changed or if we can remove the design since it looks a child painted my nails- she said that it would be 27$ for painting them again. I am soooo disappointed at their service. Don’t get acrylics done here!

Pros:Friendly staff and good color selection. The chairs are super comfy. Simple manicures and pedicures are 10/10.Cons: acrylics or NOT to die for. The tools were in the “soiled containers” and none of the nail filers were new.... I should of just not continued, but I just wanted my nails done. And they ended up alright, but I wouldn’t come back for acrylics. I got acrylics with just one color, and it was $45 which is standard, but for basic nails and not coming out amazing I felt a bit disappointed. My nails are a bit lumpy. Some of the polish has chipped off or scratched. (This is the day after). And I don’t do anything laboring to have them chip so soon. I noticed that 2 nails have dents and they didn’t correct it when it happen. I’m not super picky about this. But I think I’ll stick to a independent nail tech who takes there time rather than coming back here. Pedicures tho: 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

$70 for a Deluxe pedicure, It was rushed! And was the worst one I have ever had .. the man doing it was all over the place. Will never go back ... wasnt even worth $20 felt like a production line. Get em in get em out !!! They watch the door to see how many they can do .. dont even focus on you at all ..

Pretty expensive for a not a great job. It was uneven, bubbles, and a little on the thick side. For $47, it didnt really look like it. The guy I got probably misheard the shape that I wanted. I got ballerinas instead of the almonds I decided on. But overall they were nice people.

I have lived in the city for the last decade. I have tried a number of salons, but no one does as good of a job as at Aqua Nails Spa!!! She is so patient and does a great job!!! My nails looked like they were done with gel but it was regular nail polish, and the price is right! Snacks and magazines all around so youre taken care of while you let your nails dry. Will definitely be coming back here!

Nails by MJ. This is my 4th time coming with MJ, and every time, I’m pleased. He’s very neat with his work and patient as well. Highly recommend him if you are looking for a new nail person.

Horrible experience! The first person to work on my nails he didn’t clean or clip them at all, just started gluing on my nails and very rushed not only were they put on Uneven but my almond shape was cut crooked when I asked to file them down so they were more even and straight he began ripping them off and then stood up and walked away. I just sat there so uncomfortable for 5 minutes before the owner realized what happened and set me up with a different mail tech. They treated me as if I were rude for asking for anything, then when she finished it was not at all what I asked for. They charged me $60 for ombré nails and it was not at all an ombré and a basic clear coat French manicure. When I told the owner he said he didn’t charge me extra for the ombré but we talked about it before we started and there was an extra $20 for that. 35 + 5 for shaping + 20 for ombré. The last gal was nice enough but I will still never go back.

$25 and the worst experience ever. My hands looked deformed. My nails were uneven and I had to have them remove the damaged acrylic. Save yourself!! Its too late for me.

First, got the pedicure and the lady doing it cut my toe pretty bad and instead of mentioning it, put soap and other solutions on it and continued. finished it off pretty nice tho. second, manicure was pretty good except i asked for purple and received a baby pink. asked her once she painted one nail if she could get a color more purple, and she insisted on putting just two more coats of the pink. i asked again about it and she just left them pink. the set is pretty nice but just the complete wrong color which is super disappointing.

This is my first time here and I love it great service the guy that did my toes was so nice the place was busy but got seen super quick I’m very appreciative of the employees here they do good work I will be coming back to this place an definitely recommend anyone to check them out.

I very much enjoyed the interior and service. it was my first time here with my eldest niece. it was her 18th birthday. the owner got back to me within a day and it was last minute too! he got the lady to come in on her day off for special occasions like that and she stayed for the rest of the day since it was late afternoon. the nail artist was great! she did a great job with my nieces nails. i believe her name was Linda i may be mistaken, i just remember it starts with an L. overall, the place was clean, organized, friendly, quick &efficient. upgraded leather seats may be needed but everything else was good!!

I got a manicure by DANIELLE she was SO rude an my nails are terrible she was so rough my nails are so sore I can’t pick anything up they are so thick as well. Nails are not even close to what I asked for. I got a pedicure by TONY an he was awesome did everything I asked for my feet are so soft!! AVOID Danielle at all cost trust me. I gave this place 1 star for tony because he did great I paid 103 total my nails alone were 55 for just one color and acrylic:0 like what!

The girl was friendly enough. The nails were lumpy and they only do French or one polish color. I also got minor discoloration on my natural nails after having acrylics put on. Indication of fungal contamination. The first time I was disappointed, but I gave then a second chance and it wasnt any better. For the price Id expect a little more variety. They also use a community pot for the powder and monomer, so if someone had a fungal infection, everyone will have it. For a regular manicure or pedicure theyre great, just dont get acrylics here.

I went in to get acrylics with my best friend for her birthday. They charged me $60 and my nails are lumpy and way too thick. A piece of the gel polish came off and the gel under it is still wet. 100% do not recommend.

They did a great job on my pedicure, so i decided to get a manicure too. i was not satisfied with how the nails turned out. the nails are far from my cuticles....making it seem like i had these nails on for weeks now and they grew out. paying $45 for my nails was not worth it....

Kim-anh has been doing my pedicures for about a year. I love her, she knows me, its amazing, I can just sit down and she knows what I want all I have to do is tell her what color. Compared to other places the prices are a little bit higher, but honestly you get what you pay for in this business. Their place is always super clean and they treat you great, plus they show more detail in their massage than any other place Ive been.

One of the men there who I don’t think was licensed (no one displays their license at this place as required by law) did my girlfriends nails, for a gel manicure, and didn’t buff them and then the gel peeled right off within days. My female manicurist left a gap between the cuticle of my nail bed and the gel she applied. Ridiculous. What an awful business.

This nail salon is fabulous!! The waterfall wall is very relaxing!! Everyone has a great personality & are friendly!! Each time I go I feel like they treat me well. I love how they have just 1 person at the register & not different people every time you go in. The purpose of my score of 4 was based off the fact that it is hard to get the same person to do your nails everytime you go in. I went in 3 weeks ago & I made an appt for today with the person that did my nails last time but that person was not there. I am very happy with the results of my nails today!!

I called this morning and spoke with a woman. She made me 2 appts at 10:00 am. Arrived on time for our appts just to be told that “oops we forgot to write it down” and that it would be at least a 30 min wait. That is absolutely unacceptable and beyond unprofessional. We left and will be taking our business elsewhere from now on. If I could give less than 1 star, I would! Save your time and go somewhere else!

Horrible! Pls save your time and money and go else where! The lady doing my manicure was so unprofessional and the nails came out horrible! They were too short and chunky. The pedicure was ok until I got home and my toe was hurting the next day and I took a Look at it and my toe was infected. It was very painful! I’m not sure if they didn’t clean there tool or what but I’ve never had a problem with my toes getting infected until I came here. Worst $120 I’ve ever spent.

My friend and I both had a pedicure by a guys and when I wouldn’t up grade he did a terrible job. My nails look fine but he barely did any service that you expect with a pedicure. It was a weak effort.

Scheduled an appointment with Henry I showed at scheduled appointment time and was told Henry had left without checking his schedule the manager destiny was extremely rude and said I can just leave, after I changed my schedule to accommodate to have Henry specifically. The owners should Pay attention to their staff and call if there is any changes. I could of worked a full day instead of leaving early just to have my nail tech not even there and met with rudeness by the “manager” destiny. Destiny should be trained in public mannerism. She could care less about the business. She repeatedly told me I could just leave after telling her my frustration. She sat at her front desk area with a non friendly look the whole time. Very rude and unprofessional. Then after I believe she read this review I was kicked out mid pedicure by DESTINY I HAD MY KID WITH ME THERE WAS NO REASON FOR THIS SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I will be contacting the owners in this matter wish I could upload the video for all to see.

I called in before arriving to ensure that they had the princess pedicure chair for my daughter, the man on the other end told me yes they did. Upon arrival, i noticed there was no princess pedicure chair but instead a small recliner looking chair..fine, i still stay.While getting my toes done one of the ladies cut one of my toes, ouch, oh well?Time to do my nails and i asked for acrylic nails, no tips, but lady insisted the glued on tips were the easiest and best way to go. umm..ok?Then come check out time, i see that they charged me full price for my 4 yr. olds pedicure Another oh well moment, Im still going to pay.Now, not even a week later and Ive already had two nails pop off.However, i did appreciate the fact they brought a tablet for my daughter to use and she also received a free slushy.Probably wont visit this place again.

Went in today for a Gel Mani & Gel Pedi that came out to $69 ... they didn’t take their time and did a bad job... my hands are okay but when I took off my shoes when I got home two of my toes Gel Polish was completely off :( will never go back

Very disappointed, most of the employees were wearing their masks under their chins or under their noses. There are several signs posted stating that masks are required. If I have to wear a mask, shouldn’t the employees have to abide by the same rules? Obviously not respecting the customers. Will not be back

First time going here and was very happy!

We were able to walk right in and be seated right away. They were busy but had enough staff to serve clientele. They did a good job with our pedis and were friendly. The only thing negative for me is that they dont allow you to put the tip on your credit card. They do provide a no fee atm there for your convenience but sadly I didnt have my debit card or enough cash on me to tip. I will continue to go there, but will just be prepared for the tip situation now.

So-So place! Little overpriced for the service they give. Theres only one lady there who actually takes her time and gives you a great pedicure

We usually love this place, they have always done a great job, until today. I was here with my daughter and the technician she had was sooo slow. The technician was looking around constantly at others and even stopped what she was doing a few times just to focus in on what someone across the room was doing. We will continue to go but, if we see this lady again, we will ask for someone else

Got one of the women, she was nice but she did a less than subpar job. The nail polish job could have been better. Asked for almonds got round nails instead :/ $47 is too much to charge for a C- Probably not going to come back.

So the man w the mole....he did my wifes nails... But with two different size nails! When asked to fix it he said to come back later and they will try ....bad service. Bad quality. This place gave unpleasant vibes. It is fairly expensive for low quality work. I went with my cousin to get manicures and pedicures. The workers were in such a rush that they missed parts of my nails. My cousins worker left lumps on her nails from spots that she had missed and then gone over instead of fixing. The polish itself chipped quickly even though I am incredibly gentle with my nails. Walmart nail polish stuck longer than the polish that they used. Literally. They were in such a rush that while I was waiting for my polish to dry they literally grabbed my stuff and moved it even though they didnt have a line. The owner dug through my cousins bag because her nails were still wet and he couldnt possibly wait for us to pay. Her cash was on top in plain sight but he rifled through more than was necessary. He also watched the women so closely that it was borderline creepy. Overall terrible experience. I will not be going back.The one good thing that they had going was that one of the workers gave a wonderful massage and they have slushy machines! It wasnt enough to add a star, though.

Really nice place but the one who did my nails didnt do the best job. Every other nails I saw were wonderful but mine are subpar. So, as long as you get the right person yeah Id recommend. Will probably so my business elsewhere from now on though

I had a full set put on. They charged Xtra because they had to work outside 😒 My nails always last 2-3 weeks but these have not even lasted 2 wks. Coming off & 2 of them were already turning green. Will never go back

Very professional technicians.The owner manager was excellent and very easy to work with. I showed up to get a pedicure and a manicure at 645 closing time is 7:30. I had been running all day and was exhausted ,he graciously went out of his way to make sure that I got a pedicure at least ,one of the girls stayed over and what a pedicure it was, about the best spa pedicure Ive ever had ,the leg massage and foot massage was amazing and they did a really nice job the technician knew what she was doing,taking time xto give a very complete masssge soothingAlong the feet and legs.i will definitely give 4 5.stars overall.
