DISAPPOINTED & HARASSEDWe ordered 2 security door from this store end of April 2021 & when we ordered they said you will get it less than 1 month. But we got the door in month of august after 4 months no commitments nothing. So we arranged the date for installation when the door arrived it was not the same door we ordered. Moreover they made 1 door wrong out of 2 doors which they took 4 months for making & Lowes own staff came to our house for measurement. When they installed the door we attached pictures as well its gap all over sides even the cat can come inside from bottom. we ordered to protect from bugs & ventilation. But we are very very much disappointed & harassed too much from Lowes bad service. I would say there is no commitment, no customer service, no professionalism nothing there are more things to write but I dont want & at the end we will say I dont recommend Lowes to anyone because of our very bad experience. My kids family all very much disappointed from their bad service.

One of the best experiences in a while for me at a huge hardware store. I was tired and sore and needed to get in and out as quickly as possible. The associates here are very polite and know their store. This is a wonderful help when get in and out before you drop is on your priority list. I found what I was looking for and headed to the self-service register. As I attempted to ring up my three needed items one had no tag and was missing a rubber foot cover. I was not going to be able to return to the back of the store to retrieve a new one. The young man manning the registers was unable to leave his post so he called for another associate to come up and get another one with a skew. It turns out that I only had a piece of the item! I was overjoyed with the quickness as well as the fact that I was also paying for a better deal with the item in its entirety.Thank you Lowes associates!

Friendly and polite staff that didnt seem preoccupied like most large hardware stores. I asked questions and the employee was quite knowledgeable and actually ended up saving time and money. I love lowes but only gave 4 stars due to the shipping management is absolutely horrible and delays are ridiculous. Dont waste your time just pick it up

They were open, it was cool to walk thru with my good friend Shelley.

OMG they are so horrible! They use a third party to deliver appliances. I have experienced nothing but problems. Lowes refuses to provide a time window. The third party company then confirms a 4 hour time frame which they dont even abide by. I was unable to have my washer delivered because they arrived 2 hour early and didnt even call to confirm. Then when I tried to reschedule, Lowes stated that they werent able to anything about this issue. If you want to buy from Lowes make sure you are willing to miss a few days of work from 8:00am -5:00pm and hopefully they will actually deliver your appliance.

Service is okay but can definitely be better. Tried getting an available associate to help for about 15 mins and after multiple attempts finally got assistance from a very helpful employee.

Great spot to pick up 100% Silicone when doing a gutter repair job or gutter cover install.

I had to wait over 20 mins to be helped. There was only one customer representative at the section were I was shopping & he was making conversation with other customer rather than inform them about the product. I’m giving 3 stars because they deliver & install at no extra cost. I liked the insurance price & the coverage.

They got what you need and free shipping for whatever is left. Sometimes the staff aren’t agreeable and other times they’re very helpful. -1 Doesn’t seem to carry Coke in the fridges, but they have a hot dog cart outside

Lowes used to be miles ahead of the orange box store. This year (2021) nearly every interaction Ive had with Lowes has been neutral to negative. From flooring through paint and into lumber try the other guys first. I will be doing the same moving forward.

Lowes is the worst store ever in my experienced. I bought a grill from Lowes and it wasnt worked properly so I take it back to return in the store but they deny for my refund. They said alot of excuses. They told me to call to the manufacture then I called the manufacture said Lowe should refund if it the product wasnt worked properly but LOWES still deny it. I dont recommend anyone go shops in the LOWES anymore....dont waste your time and money in LOWE.

Thank you to Connor who helped us buy the carpet that we needed. As for the customer service when we tried picking up the carpet, a joke. They couldn’t find it after we were notified to come pick it up, waited an hour for it to get loaded and then for some kid who works in lumber to rush us after we were told to park there with our big trailer to tie down our carpet and get out of the way. Connor thank you for all you did for us, we had an awesome buying experience with you, but to the rest of the customer service that we dealt with today, way to treat someone after they spent $3,000 with you.

Lowes is the place to shop! Today at this location, an employee by the name of Rachel in the tools department went above and beyond providing customer service. She helped me look for a tool bag but was no where to be found in the store. She called the fresno store to check their inventory but after being on hold for a while they hung up on her. She asked Management if theyre willing to sell a similar bag to me at a discounted price. Needless to say I brought home the bag. Thanks Rachel!

I always experience poor customer service at this location. Poorly managed and never have the items Im looking for even when the website says they have plenty. On this particular visit, I went in to find a watering can. I asked one associate, and he rudely said theyre over that way. No specifics of anything. I asked another person and they also pointed in the direction I should go, but with no certainty. I walked up and down the garden area looking for it until finally I ran across the manager of that area. He was too busy helping someone else so had another associate help me. Im thinking, cant you just quickly show me where they are?? This associate walked up and down aisles looking above. She disappeared and never returned. I left and went to Target to pick up an order. When I returned, I figured they would have the item stocked. Well I was wrong. Even though the website shows 107 available, no one could locate them. Ridiculous. So over Lowes.

Today my husband and I pChose flooring and window coverings to redecorate our home. I want to express my gratitude to Guy who helped us with both. Guy was professional, polite and very knowledgeable. I told him that I was going to commend him to Lowes for the help he gave us. 2 months ago Conner (also in the Flooring Dept.) Was very good. These 2 men are an asset to Lowes and will be a big reason I will continue to shop there. Bravo!

Iowes home improvement by shaw is very well stocked up on your favorite flower plants and fruite trees. Also on all your garden needs you will not go home disappointed! Very helpful staff too. My favorite store from now on...

The Fresno store had a great selection of plants and flowers...Much more of a selection than the Clovis store...The Fresno location never disappoints!!!

Masks werent enforced. Some guy was walking around without one breathing heavily on people who were wearing them including children. Employees saw him. I found what i needed but it took a long time because there wasnt a sign saying where similar items were and no employee wanted to help me. The cashiers seemed nice. Things seemed in stock. And the prices at least on some items are a little more than other stores. Like lysol was a couple bucks more.

So I just completed my first Lowes online order/curbside pickup. I thought I would share my experience, just in case you want to use the service. First, the reason why I used the service was because I needed 8 bags of paver sand. I thought, why break my back? Let some young kid do the heavy lifting for me. Right? The app tells you when your order is ready. Then you hit a button that says On my way. For some reason I was thinking that when I arrived at the store, a friendly Lowes employee would be standing in front of the store with my bags of sand, anxiously anticipating my arrival. No. No, that is not how it works. I sat in my car for 15 minutes at the signed curbside pickup location, wondering if this was all a scam. Finally a friendly woman wearing a Lowes vest came out to my car and asked me to pull my car around to the loading dock where they will load me up. Ok. Thats not what the curbside pickup sign is telling me to do, but fortunately for you I am feeling very flexible today. When I got to the loading dock a man the age of my dad (and similar health) was standing there waiting to load my car with 8 bags of sand. I felt like such a louse. I sat in my car and let an 80 year old man herniate himself so that I could avoid any effort. My recommendation...dont do curbside pickup.

I had a great experience at lowes the person who help me was very very patient with thank you lowes.

The Lowe’s in River park told us that this Lowe’s (on Shaw) had the tiles we were looking for. There was no customer service in the tile department. We asked for help from multiple employees, 5 to be exact, and all they told us was “let us page the tile person” after an hour Ed from another department assistants us. Felt bad for Ed because he was an older gentleman and had to lift multiple case of tiles because the tiles we needed was buried and hidden on the very top shelf.Unorganized and the tile person was never found.

Several Associate walked by us its like we were invisible , they need to be reminded why Lowes is open and why they were hired, it isnt just to stock shelves if there werent any customers shopping there they would be out of a job , every customer thats walks in to that store should be acknowledged and assisted if they need help . Thank you for your time

Yesterday I went to this Lowe’s and I noticed everyone was wearing masks except for some people that were managers and customers. I asked one employee hey why don’t the customers have to wear a mask when we have this Covid going around? She basically told me because the managers are too scared to tell the customer to wear a mask because they don’t want to have confrontation.

The gentleman who helped me with my table and chairs was very pleasant

It is better than Home Depot across the street but it is still a Corp big box store. It is what it is. I prefer a smaller neighborhood hardware store. Nothing wrong with Lowes just not my prefered.

Had to go to Lowes and take advantage of the 5 for $10 bags of mulch for our lawn project. I must say I really liked their concept of curbside pickup where you just go to the cashier, let them know how many bags you want, then you just drive up to the side and the associates will load it up for you in your vehicle. Awesome!

I prefer Home Depot. I know they are both mega stores, but at lowes I wasnt able to get any help.The employees at lowes know how to walk so they dont make eye contact with customers. And IF you get a chance to ask questions they send you to some far away row 792 and hope you dont come back to ask them again, because you are too tired to find them again.The employees we found at Hone Depot at least knew their store well enough to get you to what you wanted.

Rosa from pick up customer service was extremely rude to me and my mother. We did a curbside pickup. As soon as we had confirmation that it was ready we went to the store. Our product was not pulled when we got there so we waited an additional 40 minutes. As soon as it was pulled we decided to exchange it for a different color SAME PRODUCT. Just a reminder yes we are allowed to change our mind. We decided this because it just did not look good and thought a different color would look better. We go to customer service and Rosa is literally telling my mother you should have ordered it right the first time. Are you serious, look if this is an inventory issue thats a different conversation but dont tell at my mom for changing her mind. Every single person that was there has something to say and all of it is not great customer service. Do yourself a favor and just go to the other store in riverpark.

Yesterday I ordered a item online for CURB SIDE PICK UP. The order was not processed until 24 hours later. Went to Lowe’s today, parked in the curb side pick up stall 5, called the number on the sign...no answer. After 20 min I reluctantly walked inside to customer service. The line was out the door. Five employees were behind the counter. Only two were being productive. The rest were waiting to be told what to do. After waiting in line for another 20 min I was helped. The counter which plexiglass was installed was blocked by a cart and boxes. The employee helping me was not wearing a mask. I receive my item and began to walk away. I was then called back and asked to sign a paper and was handed a pen. Obviously, I was there for curb side pick up to minimize contact. Why would I want to sign a paper using their pen. I already submitted my card info online for payment. While I was inside my family was in the car and they observed multiple curb side pick up customers attempting to get the attention of employees gathering carts, but they were ignored. The entire experience was beyond enraging. They advertise curb side pick up online, accept payment for goods and then do not hold up their end when you arrive for pick up. Additionally, they are not following social distancing guidelines with employees and putting customers in situations we did not agree to at purchase. Here is your warning: don’t order curb side pick up at the Clovis Lowe’s.

Shelves are well stocked. So, you arent frustrated by a futile shopping trip. Staff are courteous and customer focused even though hidden behind the mask. You still sense a smile.
