I just love the whole office..NOBODY likes the dentist, but this office makes me almost enjoy coming in, (Except for the drilling.lol) everyone is smiling AND Working. I even brought my fiance in, hes now a client too. I am so grateful to them for all they do.. Best Denist EVER..

Im so happy I switched my family to this dentist office. My family of 6 have been seen here in the last couple of months. Everyone we have interacted with here is nice and knowledgeable. We did not wait weeks/months to be scheduled and we aren’t waiting hours in the lobby to be seen. It feels like Dentist and Hygienist are looking out for my best interest before their wallets. I recommend.

The staff at Aspen Dental are very professional and comforting. They did everything possible to make my visit comfortable and educational. They show true concern for your oral well being as well as financial understanding. They helped make sure the costs were as low as possible without sacrificing the care I needed. Paula the hygienist even stayed after closing to make sure everything I needed done was complete. I am so thankful for that.

I needed to get my wisdom teeth extracted and was told it was urgent from my dentist however their rates were much too high so I came here. I called this place asking if I would be able to get my wisdom teeth extracted by them and that I am a new patient. The person over the phone reassured me that I not only would be able to get them extracted but that I’d be able to get them extracted THAT day. This was a huge relief as their prices were much lower and I am in pain. The person over the phone let me know I can’t eat anything for 12 hours prior to the appointment time so I made sure not. After dragging a close friend with me, knowing I wouldn’t be able to drive afterwards, the lady at the counter the day of my appointment let me know that the appointment was not officially set in their system but seemed to be “pending”? She let me know they’d still be able to see me however it wouldn’t be until 4 hours after my appointment time. I was already super hungry and made myself wait 12 hours, I didn’t want to wait 16 hours and then some from the recovery period to be able to eat again but I figured I don’t really got a choice if I wanna get it done today. I said yes and she let me know that it wouldn’t be the extractions for today only a general check up and if I get referred then they would set up another appointment time to get my extractions done. At this point I was much too angry to continue and left. I can’t believe how unorganized this place is!

Dr. Meza was incredible in going over everything and explaining my scans/ images and exploring my options. Robert who went over my future appointment & procedures couldn’t have done a better job. The whole team is phenomenal & I highly recommend for anyone who is looking to have their teeth looked at & cared for.

Johnny is a scam. Hell call you on the phone to confirm your appointment telling one thing for prices. And then gives you a different quote at the office. SCAM!!! Wasted $100 out of pocket money for nothing. Not recommending this place. JOHNNY is a crook!

Dont waste your time or money. I went in for a crown that came off. They said they dont do root canal & sent me to a different office. That was $70 just to look at the tooth. He said it had a cavity at the bone line & needs to be pulled. Any tooth with a cavity at the bone line cant be saved. I lost 2 days of work & $70 at the 2nd office & the tooth isnt taken care of. Also, there prices with insurance is the same as cash paying person at an office own by an individual dentist.

I was looking forever for a place to get my dentures fixed because i didnt have insurance. Sarah at the front desk tried to get me qualified for financing ,but im a cash only person .I really liked the service and friendliest staff. Excellent care. The attention to detail and making it right was/is superb. I had custom dentures made and you cant tell theyre dentures. The fit is great. Comfortable and functional. I enjoyed the friendly staff and technitions. In comparison to other dentists for their services, prices are good. I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone in need of dental work.

Best dental office I’ve ever experienced. Everyone cares about YOU!! I made a mistake and went to a different dentist first. My problem was not taken care of. I called Aspen and they went above and beyond for me. I was in pain and they got me in immediately. I could really go on all day. The level of care I received could not have been better. From Johnny, Sarah, and Claudia, to Paula (who has the best drill skills and I had zero pain the following day) to Dr. Meza and his assistant Teri I was treated with so much care and support. I have found my forever dental home and I could not see myself going anywhere else after the care I have received this week. Highly recommended this office.

Absolutely horrible! I ask for a dental cleaning. Paying cash! The start was great got me right in , I should have been suspicious the place was empty! After an hour of poking and prodding I had had enough. I explained I knew I had dental issues but was only paying for a cleaning. They escorted me out the door! Use at your own risk!

I absolutely love this place!! When I was younger my dentist was either my uncle or clos family friends. When I moved to Fresno over 15 years ago I had trouble finding a place I actually liked, or even tolerated. I have been so so many dentists around town that I cant even keep tract. When I came to Aspen, from the start I had a positive experience. Everyone was so nice and so education. Every single staff member explained everything to me and I they were so supportive of everyone. I always loved going to the dentist and a young child and now as an adult I can say that I love it again. Sarah and Johnny are also exceptionally kind and are super funny to talk to. Theyre genuinely awesome and always put a smile to my face. Honestly everyone there is amazing. I highly recommend this place and have recommended it to literally all the people I know!

I went in for a toothache, spent an hour looking at everything else. All I wanted was a tooth pulled. Unnecessary examination and procedures wasted my time AND theirs.

This place was such a nice experience being there the staff are too off line the nicest people ever! They are clean and are following COVID regulations. They go out of they’re way to make you feel the most comfortable you can be visiting! I wish I was able to go back I loved their team !

Hands down the best place and the best people! I was there less the 5min got called back, we went over options and began work the same day! All of the team is so kind, concerned & caring. Terrible service. We went and they asked for $257 which we didn’t mind paying because they said they were going to do the cleaning. After the doctor checked, they gave whole list of things wrong with my teeth and asked for another $200 for the cleaning. They took the money first, and didn’t even give what we paid for. Ridiculous. 100% don’t recommend

I love this place. Started going to Apen in January. They made me feel comfortable. Ive had multiple procedures and their prices are reasonable. This morning I had a cleaning by Paula and it was fantastic. She was gentle but thorough and professional. I highly recommend Paula and the rest of the Aspen Dental team. They really do care.

The dentist is absolutely amazing. Im not just saying this. His work is wonderful. The office staff helped me get the credit I needed and I got a full top denture and a bottom partial. With 11 teeth pulled I can say, this is the dentist you need to see. I stressed on the appointment like anyone would and thus dentist with this staff gave me my smile and my life back!

For the past couple of weeks, Ive been feeling sensitivity in my teeth, due to my fillings falling out. So I got on google, searching for an after hours dentist, since I work Monday through Friday, which was a dead-end search. So I found Aspen Dental on Google where they offer weekend appointments! With the weekend appointment, I was sold, so I booked the first appointment they had on Saturday. Walking into the office with the staff greeting me as I entered which was a great change compared to other dentist office.Johnny at the front desk, was absolutely amazing, very detail oriented, attentive, guided me with everything I needed to fill out. Johnny was very funny, to the point that I forgot I was at the dentist.I was called back by the x-ray tech Terry, who was just as professional and courteous. I definitely appreciate the humor he had, made me feel welcome. He spoke to me about his studies and goals, and without a doubt, I could say with all honesty, he has a great future ahead of him!Dr. Meza, what can I say about him. I believe his positivity radiates all throughout the office, making all the staff very happy and feel acknowledged. He has this unique demeanor, he treats all the staff with dignity, and respect. Any questions I had, he had an immediate response, which I appreciated. He was very transparent, thorough, gentle, and by far, the best Doctor I ever had the pleasure of meeting.I apologize I was not able to remember all the staff members, but know this.....your profession, had a HUGE impact in my visit.On my first visit, I was able to get x-rays done, my cleaning done, and most important, my fillings done! Which is rare because with other dentist they just do your x-rays and and reschedule you weeks....sometimes months away.Aspen Dental is now my permanent dentist office, and I will be sure to refer my friends and family to this amazing place.Thank you for everything!!

I recently got my teeth cleaned and other dental service on two separate appointments. The whole staff is great and nice. Paula did a fantastic job. She and doctor got me in and out of there fast. Lupe, the DA did her job well. I appreciate her giving me information on how to take care of the temporary crown. Highly recommended.

Everyone is so welcoming, friendly, gentle, and helpful. I’m not a big fan of going to the dentist but im a big fan of Aspen Dental now! I tend to stay away from taking the time to do a survey but everyone should know how amazing their staff is. Definitely will be back and recommending.

The staff seemed very nice but did not explain a lot of details that were to be done. Most of the work that I needed done was not covered by my insurance. They opened a Genesis credit card for the amount it was going to be Charged if I had the work done. I did not have any of the work done that was not covered but they charged the credit card. They also suggested that I use a round electric toothbrush and didn’t mention that it would cost $125. I ended up bringing back the toothbrush. Now I need to go through the hassle of getting paperwork to show I did not get the services that were charged. I don’t feel that they are a bad dentist but be aware of what your insurance doesn’t cover.

The whole team at Aspen Dental was great to work with. From Johny in reception, to Beatrice, dental aide, Robert, treatment coordinator as well as Dr. Sanajany. The entire staff was extremely courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental.

I haven’t seen a dentist since my dentist relocated about 12 years ago. I couldn’t put it off any longer. I broke a molar that already had a root canal so I wasn’t in pain but after 2 years I finally decided to get it removed. I was scared I don’t like dentists. The staff was so kind and gentle as well as the dentist. I’ve had the tooth removed a filling and another root canal. The dentist is kind and doesn’t want you in pain he consistently asked if I was alright. Also had a cleaning and whitening the hygienist was so gentle as well. I’m really happy with them I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Clovis.

I have a great amount of anxiety when it pertains to going to the dentist, I havent been in many years. They took very good care in the fact that I had this anxiety. It was the most positive experience I have ever had in a dentist.

This is the place...stop looking...this is where you want to go if you want the best.From the first phone call to friendly Sarah in the front office they have taken care of me. They have a completely different feel than other places I have been to. They want to help. They like what they do.Darlene the treatment plan coordinator really went the extra mile to make sure I got the treatment I needed. She is very resourceful and knows how to make it work. Many different options to fit many different situations and she knows them well.The hygienist Paula has amazing vibe about her and is extremely talented. After speaking with her there was no doubt she was the one I wanted to help me get my oral health back on track. She explained everything so clearly, I know what I need to do to keep my mouth happy and healthy.The deep cleaning was very tolerable and my teeth look sooooo beautiful!!Only met the dentist briefly but he was super cool and nice. I think he will be able to fill my cavity no issues.I was referred to Aspen by my elderly parents who also had a great experience here.I am a disabled single mom just out of a abusive relationship. I was not allowed to care for my teeth for many years. So this was an emotional journey for me as well.They took care of me every step of the way.Aspen Dental in Clovis amazing compassionate people saving smiles.

Where I was uneasy in even going to the dentist, from the Receptionist to Hygenist to the Dentist himself, even to the Financial Consultant all made me feel at ease. They were all very friendly, explained very well the process needed to take care of my dental issues, and worked out a plan for all to be done. All was much appreciated!

Poverty has kept me from being able to see a dentist or get a cleaning for years. This year I finally decided even without insurance I was going to do something about my tooth pain and get it extracted. Originally I had only booked my consultation for just the removal. I expected condescension, judgement, and scolding because that’s what I was used to. I received the complete opposite, and instead stepped to a warm and accepting environment where I could tell the staff truly enjoyed their work and care about their patients. From the billing receptionist and billing department to the assistants, hygienist, and dentist, everyone I talked to came from a place of understanding while helping me do what I need to do to catch my health up to date, including helping reduce my cost. I swear I almost sat in that chair and cried from joy because they were trying so hard to just help me get the treatments I need. Aspen makes me excited to take the steps I need to take care of myself better and I know that the decision to choose them is going to make a huge impact when I finally get insurance.As far as the extraction goes, the dentist and his assistants were all very patient and personable. It took an abnormal amount of numbing and effort to remove this tooth that has been giving me so much pain for over a year. It’s been 4 hours since the removal and I feel no pain AT ALL. Everyone made sure I went home with the things I needed and answered every question I had to make sure I could take care of the socket. I was so nervous, but I trusted them and I’m so happy I picked them and don’t see myself going anywhere else but here.

I made an appointment for my wife the week prior. The appointment was set for 1:30pm, so I thought. They did ask me to arrive on time. I asked my wife to complete the paperwork that had been emailed to her. She did it the morning before the appointment but completely overlooked the appointment time. We arrive at the office at 1:24pm. I thought I was a few minutes early when in fact, we were 9 minutes late, since the appointment was at 1:15pm and not 1:30. The receptionist said that they would have to reschedule the appointment. I was very upset because we had traveled 40 minutes to get there and my wife had spent time completing the paperwork, all to be told that we had to do it all over again, over 9 minutes?? I thought this was very unfair since the dentist often make you wait 15 to 20 minutes before being seen. Its okay for the dentist to make you wait but God forbid you are 9 minutes late!!!Im just putting this out for those who set up an appointment with this dentist, youll know exactly what to expect. And that dentist office made me look like i had an overbite for the first time in my life . not to mention my teeth were huge. To big for my face . i had to fix it at home so i would look ok to go to work. I wore them long enough to save for a new set. And i called aspen andd they worked with me financially so i could afford them. And i look like they are my teeth. I am very happy with Aspen yhey are very polite and i never waited over 15 min to be seen.

Going into the office for the first time, I walk in and see the sign in sheet with no one at the front desk, so I just sign in. 5 minutes later the front office staff comes in, very nice. they call my name to request a copy of my insurance and was going to hand me a new pt form to fill out but I received an e-mail from Aspen dental reminding me of my appointment, ability to Confirm, it also had a new patient forms attached so I printed those out and brought them filled out. They’re not the same forms they had though.My insurance wasn’t changed to the office until the next month so I had to call my insurance to change it for that day. So that was changed.The Dental assistant called me back into get X-rays and a scan and was really he was really nice. The dentist was nice as well and made his recommendations including Invisalign, Then the hygienist came in was also very kind and made her recommendations for cleaning, Floride, and a dental paste for sensitive teeth.At the end was the financial portion. Everything was extremely expensive and I asked if my insurance covered and she had said yes that my insurance was only covering as a discount for part of the treatment needed. They failed to specify exactly what wasn’t covered and failed to see what coverage options I had.I paid for the “cleaning” and paid some out of pocket thinking it was my portion of the insurance. She asked if I wanted to look into 3rd party financing options or how I planned to pay. I declined and would only pay for the cleaning.I asked to get a printout of the treatment plan.I reviewed my insurance schedule and what the treatment plan and out of pocket cost. It turned out my insurance didn’t cover a few things the dentist and hygienist wanted me to get done. So when I went back for the cleaning since I had already paid, I asked to speak with the Finance person to go over the treatment plan. I emailed her the codes of what my plan covers and requested to have only done what my insurance covers. She couldn’t change some codes or financing in her system and asked me to call my insurance. I called my insurance and had my insurance fax what she asked for.With my experience the dentist, the hygienist and dental assistant was amazing but I just didn’t like that the financial portion was not clarified and only gave me an option of paying for the treatment which I was way more than a few $$$$$.

Needed a dentist, got a appt quickly at my convenience. The staff was great. Especially Ashley, problem solved on first appt. Very reasonable and all staff was caring and helpful. The place was easy to get to and very clean. Will be referring friends and when I need a dentist again, Ill be going there.

Aspen Dental is a life saver, I had a major toothache on Wednesday (11/27) and being unable to be seen anywhere else, I came across Aspen dental, with prompt and courteous service I was able to be seen and have the tooth extracted.I would recommend Aspen dental as they are their professionalism and customer service is top notch.

I hadnt been to the dentist in years and EVERYONE was so kind to me and didnt make me feel bad for not visiting a dentist. Gracie was super sweet and explained the CareCredit very well and helped me apply so I could afford the necessary work. Lupe was super sweet and gentle when she was performing the xrays. Alfonso helped perform a scan of my mouth and assisted Dr. Evans with my fillings. Whenever he left the room he made sure to let me know if I needed anything just to come and get him, and we got to listen to Post Malone! Lol. Paula had a ton of work to do as the hygienist, but she was SO informative with what she was doing and explained how to take better care at home. She also checked on me and how I was feeling the day after my cleaning when I went back for my fillings. And lastly, Dr. Evans is absolutely amazing. He was gentle and checked with me after each section of fillings to make sure I was okay and wanted to continue. He was very personable and genuine and I can tell he is 100% dedicated to helping his patients get better. I literally cannot believe how kind the staff is. The entire staff as this office was professional and genuine and relatable. I wish I would have found you all sooner. Thank you so much for helping me and making this very scary experience not scary at all.

I got my time messed up and the Lazy guy at the desk didn’t even bother to try to see if they can see me or do anything other than remind me that I was late and if I wanted to reschedule.
