Batteries + Bulbs my first time there. Was hard to find even using GPS. BUT for wat I wanted it was More for the Money in gait batteries. Ive pd the same price else werefor less product.

I will definitely be back and will recommend this store to family & friends. They have all kinds of cool stuff.

I had my old iPhone 6 screen replaced and it only took a couple of hours. The staff was very professional and super helpful. On top of that the replace cost was less than I expected. Highly recommend the folks here!

Greeted promptly at store; tech ran tests while I watched; battery replaced and is holding a charge better than the old one. First time in the physical store, but have ordered online. Will definitely visit as the need arises. There is an excellent selection of bulbs!

The battery they installed in my girlfriends phone expanded and became swollen after only a few months. This caused the LCD to crack from underneath. The cheap Chinese battery they installed was over-priced and caused more damage to my phone. Mobile Tech Pro (at same intersection) comes to you for repair and is half the cost. This is probably statistical and not their fault, except for they choose where to source the cheap batteries from. Only $20-25 for iPhone 5-8 plus batteries with mobile Tech Pro. Were going to do all our business there moving forward.

I needed my iphone6 battery replaced. I scheduled an appointment on line and followed up with a phone call with questions. I received quick and complete answers, and they accommodated a change to my appointment to an earlier slot -- to my abbreviated lunch break.Luckily, shortly I arrived, another associate came on shift and she was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Everything was accomplished quickly for $65 (with coupon). There may be another vendor for this service, but I was in a hurry. I chose this business because it was most convenient for me.Ive used groupons before to get a screen replaced on my phone at a business I will not name. It was cheap -- but, otherwise, a miserable experience.Overall, by contrast, this was a great experience: quick, clean, professional, reasonable.

Service was fast and easy. the repair was completed in just a few hours and the phone works just like new again. They are very thorough in making sure the phone functions properly while you watch and confirm. Overall very peasant experience.

Needed a battery replacement for my iPhone 6. I made an appointment, went in and they did a quick diagnostics test and said it will be ready in 45 mins. Saved a lot of money compared to going to Apple and paying an estimated $300 for a replacement. I highly recommend considering this place first for repairs then researching other places.

Polite, helpful, knowledgeable. Fixed my phone while I waited. It took a little less time than estimated. The price was reasonable.and afterwards the phone worked like a charm.

The service was good, the product (replacement screen/glass for iPhone) had issues. The glass was not made by Apple, and was polarized. With polarized prescription sunglasses on, it wasn’t possible to see what was on the screen. They tried two different screens and finally had to put the cracked screen back on.

Needed a new screen for my S8. Very happy with the quality of the repair and only took a couple of hours between drop off and pick up. I would recommend their service to friends and family.

So far so good. I’ve used Batt+ twice to repair my iPhone 6+ once to replace the battery that had zero life left and again today to replace the screen after I fumbled it on the nightstand at 6am. Both times have been a success by having the parts in stock and efficient, timely replacements. I know I should probably by a new phone by now by I’m trying to squeeze as much life as possible from this unit until I bite the bullet again and fork over a boat load of cash to Apple. Good repairs are not cheap and cheap repairs are not good. I use my phone all day everyday as most do now a days for both work and personal use so I want it fixed and forget about it move in to do what I do. My iPhone 7 Plus screen was severely damage. The Batteries Plus staff fixed my phone in less than 2 hours and it is now in perfect working condition! Friendly staff as well!

It would have been great, but when I got my iPhone 6s back from the screen replacement the Touch ID does not work anymore.

Today I called multiple iPhone repair shop and hope to find a Y screwdriver for the iPhone 7 to do the repairs and found out quickly no one was going to help me out.I called and spoke to Mike here and he was very helpful and had me in and out of the store quickly I appreciate the good business that they do here and the excellent customer service I recommend anybody who needs their phones or tablets serviced you should come here!

Made an appointment to get my Samsung Galaxy S8 screen repaired. They did not have any screens in at the time so my appointment was rescheduled and they made sure to save a screen for me when I came in. Im happy with the repair as the phone looks brand new again and it took almost 4 hours. They said they would email me when it was ready but I never got one, so I called and they told me it was ready for me to pick up. A few hours later, I realized the finger sensor on the back wasnt working anymore and the lock screen said finger sensor not responding. I called about it and they told me to bring it in for a diagnosis. I did, and they found that the finger sensor was disconnected from the logic board by accident, likely done during the screen repair since the finger sensor was working fine before I went in for my appointment. They fixed it and had great customer service, I just wish I didnt have to waste my time and gas to go all the way back to have them fix a problem they caused. With tax and a $10 off coupon, the repair cost me $248, which was one of the cheapest screen repairs for an S8 I could find.
