Some months back I had an “accident” that involved my favorite T shirt, a full container of hot wax (the kind for removing hair) and a bottle of tequila (you see where this is going, right?)I thought the T shirt was a lost cause. I know it’s just a T shirt...but it was my absolute favorite one.Regency managed to work a miracle and removed all the wax (the shirt was completely saturated in wax and stuck together in a ball). You’d never know anything happened to it.I can’t even describe how happy I am!!Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!Pic is after they worked their magic...I’m serious, the whole front of the shirt was covered in dark wax.Little tip...go easy on the tequila when you’re going to wax your legs...but if you forget, Regency will save your shirt!

I have been using Regency Cleaners at this location for over 10 years. I have never experienced any of the issues other reviewers have posted- nothing ruined, lost, etc. The staff is polite, professional, and even remembers my name when I come in. I use their services for my uniforms and my personal clothing. The quality is excellent and turn around time is fast, to include e-mail notifications when your order is ready to be picked up. Everything is very clean —even tough stains— and neatly pressed. The curbside pick-up/drop off is nice, but I especially like the on-site seamstress for the occasional repair.

Some folks have a less than desirable experience no matter what the service may be. My experiences over the last 12 years at Regency have been quite good. The folks have been kind, courteous, and prices are very reasonable compared to others in this particular industry.

I love their drive up service! With the kids in the car seats, its a life saver! They have always been friendly and timely. I called around for price comparisons and this place had competitive pricing. Ive taken my husbands shirts there for years. They know me by name. I have a card on file for the cleaning charges and that makes it even easier. I have never had any problems. They cleaned a tuxedo for me on short notice once too! Theyve always been honest. Id recommend this place to anyone. Theyre hardworking women!

Lost my shirt so they said they’d “credit my account” had me sign an agreement. Next time I came in they didn’t even credit me the full value of the shirt.

2 dress shirts out of 4 had broken or missing buttons. I wont go back there.

Let me start off with this place is completely unprofessional and does not uphold their policies. I took my white nautica polo here to be cleaned and they tried to give it back to me with a huge stain and 2 sizes smaller. When i told them about the stain that was not there at all when I dropped it off they said they would work it out and if not reimburse me for my polo. I get a call from Mona, telling me how its my fault (after Ive dropped it back off for a 2nd time) and that I must have had to much fun in my shirt.....EXCUSE ME!?! It had a small bbq stain on the belly and a black mark on the collar (all of which I told them about on the initial dropoff), then this lady has the audacity to put words in my mouth because they messed up!! These shirts are $60+, and i am a grown up and knew what i put on the shirt, for them to tell me I made a huge brown stain on the chest which was not there at drop off is unbeliveable!! Then to not fix their failure is beyond unprofessional. When i went to pick up my shirt after the 2nd drop off Mona tells me they never intended on reimbursing me because they knew they couldnt fix their mistakes. BAD PEOPLE AND EVEN WORSE BUSINESS!!! GO ELSE WHERE AND PUT YOUR MONEY TOWARDS A QUALITY COMPANY.

I had them do a letterman jacket I told them to take out a spot the first they didn’t do it which was okay with I asked the owner if they can take it again bc the was still there with no attitude in a nice proper way they said okay it’s okay we will redo kinda in a rude way waited the next day when I picked up my jacket they were very rude and threw the jacket to me and told me to leave the store

We just had a baby girl at clovis community hospital. When it came time for baby and family pictures i reqlized that all my shirts were complete mess.. i took one on the shirts and luckly found this place near by.. regency cleaner.. the owner refused to charge me for the service. It is so tefreshing to see there is still lovr and kindness in the world.

Over priced and did not finish the job correctly.
