By far one of the worst dry cleaning places we have had to deal with. The management and employees have no attention to detail, and as a result, we had to make multiple trips to correct the various issues. We originally brought in our bed comforter to have repairs made and dry cleaned; as well as some dresses. When we picked it up the bedding the following week, the repairs were made, but it was never dry-cleaned. Dresses were dry-cleaned; however, they were still dirty with stains. Employees never checked or verified their work, but charged us for the services provided. We did not notice this until we got home, so we had to make another trip into town. Employees offered to re-clean and hand wash the dresses to remove the stains, which should have been done in the first place. They made it seem like they were going out of their way to do it, for something that was already paid for. The bed comforter was cleaned and picked up the following week. Upon returning home, we inspected the bedding and noticed additional damages as a result of their cleaning practices. There were 2 repairs made originally, and after leaving it with Martinizing, it was returned with multiple tears/rips and snags (over 10 in total). This comforter was well over $500 dollars and due to the negligence of Martinizing dry cleaning, the comforter is ruined. Confronting Martinizing, they would not honor there services/repairs or acknowledge the additional damage that they cause. We called multiple times and followed up with e-mails and received no response from the manager. By far one of the worst dry cleaning services in the Central Valley.

Asked for spot treatment. Spot still there, and did not let me know when I picked item up...no note etc.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE! Only giving 1 star because you have to. Took a dress in that had been worn once and had a couple of small spots. And some stitching coming undone on a strap. They fixed the strap and supposedly cleaned it but it has the exact same wrinkles in it and now it smells like a dirty dog has been laying on it all week. No discount offered. Worst customer service EVER. I guess Ill go buy a dry cleaning kit and do it myself. I will keep reminding the public how horrible you are until your ow er calls and gives me a refund.

Requested to have it ready before the 48 hours and they did it.

The staff lacks customer relations skills. They do not own up to errors or delays. If the ticket states a pick up day and time. It’s always delayed by days or weeks! Avoid this place!!!!!!
