Really great service, more than I wanted to pay... but Im willing to pay it again just for the service.

Making an appointment ahead of time makes this a pleasurable experience, and is the only way to go. If you need a good haircut, ask for Letty!!

I normally go to a different place but they were closed so I ended up walking into this place. Stylist was nice and I was happy with the haircut. Then came time to pay...seriously??? $24 for a simple Fade haircut, no extras!! The place I normally go is $12. I gave a $2 tip ($26 total) I wanted to leave a bigger tip but the price was so high I couldn’t justify spending almost $30 for a simple cut. Never Again!

Its good staff is good polite listens to you , a bit expensive side as compare to many others will cost u around 30 $ for simple hair cut ,

This was my first time trying Sport Clips. Very friendly staff and the best haircut experience Ihave ever had. Sport Clips is the only place I will be getting my haircut from now on.

Price is expansive but I can tell why . Very nice place and really good cuts.

First time here, customer service was fast and friendly. I had a coupon from the Fresno City Saver which they honored. Lilly was kind and gentle while cutting my hair. It was a great experience. I really liked the TV set up all around the place. I’ll be going back again next time.

The location is good. It was nice to have a ball game on, but the person cutting my hair forgot to go around one ear, and didnt shave my neck. A few days later I got out scissors and trimmed around my ear, and got out clippers to shave my neck.

I didnt know what to think when I went for the first time, but I had a great experience. My haircut was perfect. And I got a shampoo and scalp massage and neck rub. The price was reasonable. I will definitely go back

They take care of their customers. Own up to mistakes (bad haircuts). Only had two bad experiences in the 3+ years Ive been going and that was because of two stylists, who didnt listen or didnt really care. Dont know if they still work there, but management took responsibility and made it right.

All I wanted was my sides to be cut and nothing else and the older lady who cut my hair wasn’t able to do that. She rushed my cut and left a few spots uncut. I understand if the haircut was complicated but I didn’t even ask for anything difficult just my sides to be cut and she messed it up. I will never be coming back.

Friendly, professional, clean, and it has a clever sports theme throughout. Its surprisingly techy with an ipad sign in and pay. Theres a comfortable waiting area, even though weve never had to wait. Theyll even cut kids hair, if theyre not squirmy screamers. Its priced reasonably too. Well be going back.

First time there, so I got upgraded to the MVP cut. WOW pretty much sums it up . I tend to avoid conversation with my cutters, but I enjoyed it this time. Overall great experience!

Over priced and not great overall product. Half the time my hair wont be even (even when the haircut takes forever). Short hours and thus always a line. It capitalizes on the concept of what attracts the traditional stereotypical American male. Filled with entendres (MVP, season pass, ect.) and phrases to reinforce those ideas such as their motto Its Good to be a guy!. If thats the route youre going to take, then do it right: either A) have skilled professionals cut my hair and give me what I pay for or B) hire more attractive women to cut my hair and give me what I pay for. It seems like all hours here are amateur hours. They should rename the place to Amateur Hours.

This place is the male equivalent of going to a nail spa for a mani-pedi. There are big screens showing pro-sports games. The package I got (MVP) included a shampoo/scalp massage/vibrating chair massage/hot facial towel. New customers get a free MVP upgrade on their first time in. The haircut was great and the stylist knew hher way around her scissors and razors. This is a very cool place and I recommend it for any guy needing a haircut. I dont know that Ill go anywhere else to get my haircut going forward.

Today at 2:00pm I went to get a haircut. This was my second time coming to this place. My first time they did a horrible haircut and I gave them a second chance. Today my hair cut was ok but they couldnt honor the free hair cut that was promised by a manager. A manager that called me and promised that the next haircut was on them. I guess Sportclips like to lie so that they make you come to them and pay 21dollar haircut. And if it wasnt enough, the hairstylist was supposed to send me my receipt via email and they never send me my receipt. This place is horrible. Bad experience 👎👎

I try to go during slow times to avoid waiting. Ive been coming here my past few haircuts and have rarely been disappointed. Make sure you tell your barber exactly what you want and they can! I recommend this place.

This sportclips is the best one in town imo. Make sure to check in on the sportclips website as there is a wait due to the popularity if you dont check-in online. What is nice about the online check-in is it will give you a recommended time to arrive and its usually less than 3-5 minutes before you are getting a cut. I can recommend Jessica as she knows what she is doing. Make sure to get the MVP with the hot steamed towel - you wont regret it!

My hair went to the chop shop...I hated it so much I could not even talk as I left the place. I said a leave the top long. The gal shaved it so high I look freaking ridiculous. May have to go somewhere else to get it fixed so much for growing this out. #mophead

They are pretty good for the price and treatment you get. They have clean restrooms. You get free WiFi. You check your status online.

Didnt even acknowledge me when I walked in..Took my name off the waiting list ,Waited an hour and when o asked why my name was no longer on the waiting list..lady kinda throws me a little atitude but checks and says did you let us know you were hereThen tells the other barber hes been waiting a long time and I took him off the list..They were calling people off the waiting lost and removed my name without calling me..Horrible.. waited an hour to have my name removed off the waiting list ..

Absolutely horrible system called in to make an appointment phone was busy for 3 phone calls says online one minute wait walked in my lunch and they told me you would be an hour at the drove across town to be there will not be back at all to any of the sport clips horrible system phone does not get answered. If youre gonna walk in expect a wait well over an hour

They did a horrible haircut, there service is horrible, they couldn’t even figure out how to work the computer, had to wait there for 2 hours. Overall, it was the worst experience of my life

My second visit to Sport Clips east did not live up to the experience I had the first time when I went to the Herndon and palm location it seemed rushed and not committed to detail. I will be a client in the future just not at the Clovis east location.

Two stars only because I caught up with Sports Center. I walked in at 7pm, signed in, 6 minute wait on the board. 7:29pm, walked out. Im not quite sure what the problem was at the register but there was 3 staff and only one guy was getting a haircut. Ill give a second chance tomorrow.

A little more expensive than where I usually get my hair cut but they do offer a haircut service that includes shampoo and shoulder massage that are not included at my regular place. There is usually a bit of a wait as at most others.
