I took my daughter who is 4 to get a haircut, they asked if I wanted it blow dried and styled. I said sure. The girl came back and said it would be $60 plus tax. For a KIDS CUT? So I told them not to do it , just cut. I was told it would be $18 for a cut and $10 more for Length cut off, so $31 with tax. After we got home and blow dried her hair, it wasnt even close to the picture I had showed to the girl.

Lot of services for acceptable prices. Usually get you seen fairly fast.

I have just moved to Clovis after leaving my hair stylist after 20 years..so I WAS VERY RELUCTANT to try a new one..I did and she is magical..PERFECT trim in a short period of time..I could rave on about this Lady but find out for yourself..THANK YOU RANDI..😉

Had a 2pm appointment to get eyebrows waxed. Waited at the counter for 8 minutes before anyone ever greeted me. Was told, we dont do waxing, even though Ive gotten waxing done several times before. Poor service. Yes I want to be contacted by management. I would love to explain to them how to run a business and what customer service means.

Great place for a hair cut! Marcos is extremely friendly and personable. He cut my hair exactly the way I wanted. And the more than reasonable cost make its an all around win-win situation! Will definitely return!

Lady was rude and messed up my husbands hair so we got it fixed somewhere else.

The very nice lady that cut my hair did a great job. But the person with the long brown hair and glasses told me that no she did not have to wear a mask. This was just this past Sunday 6/14/2020. I would love to see her let go. If my friend gets sick and it comes back to her.

Just got a haircut here for my 1 and a half year old and the manager tried trying me he had to wear a mask or they would have to stop the haircut. They said its there store regulation. I loved the guy that cut his hair but the manager was being ridiculous because of this I will never be going here again😠

Kind of expensive if your buying salon products.

I went and got my hair done yesterday by Marcus and its coming out beautifully..... yes this is the first step of getting me hair to the color I want but so far Im loving it. I recommend everyone to go to Marcus he is an amazing stylist. He is one of my favorites.

The woman was rude and hateful. I understand that you are booked but that doesnt give you the right to talk down to someone because you think you are important. Really she needs to grow up she wasnt even working when my husband asked what her schedule looked like. Lazy Hateful excuse of a person save money and go somewhere else.

I had boxed dyed my hair (bad choice!!!!) and needed color correction ASAP. I was a walk-in and Marcus took care of me. He walked me through the process of correcting it and after dying then toning, my hair was back to a desired and healthy state. Marcus was professional and very skilled/talented even when it was New Years Day. Very pleased and will refer his services to others.

Well walked in no one in sight. Walk toward the back of the shop and the workers are styling each others hair and tell me itll be 20 minutes before they are done. Been waiting for 25 minutes still watching them act like children. Professionalism no where.

Went in for a simple haircut ... All I wanted was three inches cut off. It took 5 minutes. That to me is an express cut. No shampoo no nonsense. They still charged the cut and shampoo price rather than the express cut price . Rip off.

DO NOT TAKE TODDLERS HERE TO CUT HAIR My 3 yr old here after she gave herself a hair for them to fix, lady got so mad at her bc she would not stay still, I have never had the issue w anyone else cutting any of kids hair when they were 2-4 and not able to sit still for very long... stylist are suppose to move w their heads not almost yell at my child to stay still... now I have to pay someone else to re-fix her hair...If I could I would chose not to give a star too them

Horrible customer service. You got 3 hairstylists sitting there talking and on their personal phones, and only 2 customers waiting to get their haircut. No one has been acknowledged for help yet. I asked if I could get a haircut and they just looked at me like I some how offended them by asking. The one girl rolled her eyes at me. Why are you even at work if you’re not here to work? I tolerated this haircut place and their bad service for the longest time because this place is the only haircut place open on Sunday, but I finally hit my limit. I know this is a small town and I’m not looking for anything special with customer service, but when I come to spend my money and 2 of your employees go on break to get a soda 45 minutes before you close and leave me there sitting when there was 3 of you that could of serviced me, that’s bullsh*t. Never again! I’ll never spend my money there. Waste of time. There, now you can sit your fat a$$ down and go back on your phone and drink your soda. How this business stays open is beyond me.

Walked in on their false advertisingGirl that cut my sons hair took more then an hour to cut his hair and she did not know what she was doing I guess she was new cause I didn’t see a license on her stallAnd she took my son to wash his hair and she burned him I would never come back to this place and specially if you have kids don’t risk them by bringing them here didn’t even finished her job and still got charged full amount plus 6 dollars more

I am honestly so happy about the service we came in for a big chop my husband had his hair down to the middle of his back and wanted it short now , he was nervouse but we had an amazing hairstylist her name is paige she was wonderful 10 out of 10 will definately go back to her she listened to all our concerns made sure my husband was comfortable with the lenght before we cut off more he ended up going very short and he absolutely loved it !!!! I personally was surprized because it is always scary doing a big change like that she did a great job and she was absolutely so friendly!!!! She was sweet to our boys while we were there , had a smile the whole time and made my husband feel comfortable even tho he was nervouse prior to his hair being cut , we absolutely loved her !! Fast friendly and sweet we will definately be back to see her i made sure to get her name because i dont want anyone else doing our familys cuts and colors. Awesome staff smart style!!!

Worse experience ever. The hairstylist didnt listen about the length of the hair cut and cut it way too short and crooked. We have done hair cuts at the college, procuts, jc Pennys. I had no idea a man/boy cut could be screwed up so badly.

If i could give no stars i would. These people never learned customer service. The rudest person is the manager. She was standing at the counter when me and my little boy walked in, when she saw us she turned around and left. Didnt even say if they were busy or not. After standing there for 20 min, w/o any one saying hello, i left. Dont waste ur time. Pay a little extra and get better service and better hair else where.

Very rude and unhelpful manager. Bad experience one day for my girlfriend. Was told 45 mins, (did not get her name) went shopping came back dont know what she told her but she sat behind the wall while I went and messed around. Came back about 20 mins later peaked around about the time she was standing up to leave. She was very angry. Didnt ask why. Next day WE are going to get a hair cut. Same thing, 45 mins. Ask if she needs to get my name she says no its fine go shopping. Come back, itll be about 30 to 45 mins. So I sit in front and watch people go in and get seated. So I go and ask again do you need to get my name so I can be in line? Sir its gonna be awhile their are other people in front of you ok? Mind you she said this with an annoyed voice. Nobody was there. I walked out. Spent 85 bucks somewhere else for the most simpleist of hair cuts. Fire the manager. Read the other reviews, its the manager.
