I initially came to Alltech to comply with a smog certification, having had failure ussues on my Mazda RX-8 with other shops, and they performed perfectly, passing my car on the first attempt. I was so impressed that I returned to them to have my AC system checked and recharged. My AC is now working better than is has for years and their cost was significantly lower than the dealer estimate. When you find a shop that you trust, stick with them, I know that I will.

Regular service plus transmission flush. Always professional and knowledgable. The service professionals answer all questions in a very understandable manner.

I’ve brought my cars here for several years now and the staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. I feel comfortable having them work on my vehicles even if I need to pay a bit more on occasion. The have a nice waiting room with coffee and free wifi.

My mom took her Honda Civic in for Air conditioning repair on 07/15/2021. An hour after leaving the car the mechanic calls and informs my mom he was 97% certain her compressor was not the problem. A/C valves and refrigerant replaced.1100 dollars later and Jeremy who works the front desk tells mom my the compressor is failing. AC was not fixed and still blows hot air. My mother paid 1100 dollars for nothing. Now they want to charge her for a compressor. How can any business allow this to happen? See you in small claims court.

Great Service. I can tell what was needed was done with perfection. Pricey for each issue the cost was $140.00 for diagnostic fee. I had 3 problems times $140 plus the price to fix. Clarity can be worked on. I definitely will go back for major problems.

They like to overcharge hard working people for repairs that dont hold up. Then charge you more money when you want them to fix what they were supposed to fix the first time around. Id avoid this business

I needed a new water pump for my Ford Taurus. Took my car to the dealership and was quoted $3,600 for just the water pump replacement. They said plus any hoses or belts that might need to be replaced. My regular mechanic recommended AllTech so I took it there. They replaced the water pump, belts and hoses for $3,300. Jeremy was the tech who took care of me that day and his ability to explain everything in terms anyone could understand was reassuring to me. Greatest shop ever you pay but the work quality is excellent

Crooks. Standard mechanics that make a bad name for all other mechanics. Took my truck in for brake issues. They replaced the wrong part without any diagnosis to find out it was another part they wanted to charge 1400 for. Had my truck moved to another mechanic. It took a $80 part and my truck is fine. They wasted time and money on the first part theh replaced.

Came to Alltech Automotive with a serious coolant leak, after the Dodge dealership didnt want to touch the car for being too old. The Alltech team explained the repair options, gave us honest and straightforward advice on what is critical and what can wait, then did a perfect job fixing the problem. Thank you Alltech!

Very friendly and very helpful. They arent the lowest prices around, but thats okay because the service is awesome. To top it off, I trust that they arent just trying to increase my bill. They tell me exactly what my cars need, what could help now, what will be needed later, and what is still good to go.

Dropped my car off at 8am on a Monday morning and was told it would be ready next day. WRONG! My car was not ready until Wednesday afternoon. When I picked it up and after paying over $550.00 for a tail light, the technician forgot to put my trim back on. This place is a joke! Yes, they were polite but all they could say was “well, it happens” and gave me a fake smile. No, it doesn’t if you care about your customers. The tech had one job ... replace a tail light. For the price I paid, I expect exemplary service and not an excuse! This is POOR customer service. I would NEVER recommend this place. I think I’m being to generous by giving them one star.

The nicest, most considerate customer service reps (notably Jeremy), and an extremely knowledgeable and persistant group of mechanics will help you without fail.Prices can be slightly on the high end (nothing astronomical by any means), but id gladly pay for the quality of service ive recieved.Theyve done work on my 03 Corvette and my 87 Porsche 944 which have rather unusual drivetrains, but they say no problem! and its taken care of every time.Cant recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience getting my car looked at before purchase. Good price, really friendly, digital PPI was perfect for my needs, as I am from out of state and could not inspect the car myself. Had the car not sold out from under me (by the dealer around the corner) I would have gotten it on their recommendation. They do great work, I was blown away.

I went in here for a SMOG Star Testing. The environment was clean and fresh, and the customer service was friendly. Waiting room was nice, although you could hear the music blasted in the shop. This wasnt a problem for me, but could come up later. The process did not take very long, as they got me going within 40 minutes. My time there was easy and direct, and only cost $50. Good place to start coming, especially for SMOG testing and repairs.

Greg provided excellent guidance and understood our vehicle’s problems. Unlike the dealer, they are able to do the repairs in a more timely and less costly and we appreciated their service so very, very much. We would recommend them highly to anyone!

Made appointment easily on line, checked in the next day, watched my favorite TV show while I waited, and my truck was done in 15 minutes.... passing the smog check with flying colors. Better yet, surprised me with a lower final charge than the pre-estimate. Smog report was immediately wired to DMV which allowed me to get my registration papers from DMV problem free that same day. My go-to smog shop. Always quick and painless (or as much as smog can be, anyway). They get it in, done and out in good time, and even with the move to shiny new digs, their prices are still in the realm of reasonable.Could i find cheaper? Possibly. Could i find cheaper with no bs? Unlikely.

I’ve always been very happy with Alltech. I was a little disappointed this time when I was told that my windshield wipers were cracked. I knew that one was cracked but the other I just replaced this last week. Because of this I had to wonder a little bit about the fact that alltech told me the battery was bad and then it accepted a charge at Oreily. Before this visit I would have assumed that Oreily just didn’t want to replace a battery. I have always dealt with either Jeremy or Greg( I think those names are correct). They have always been super friendly. This time I talked to 3 different people, Jeremy, the technician and one other person. She wasn’t rude or anything, just not as personable as everyone else. I was also a little disappointed the car wasn’t washed, only because it always has been before. None of this would keep me from coming back or recommending to someone, I would probably just tell them what I experienced this time as apposed to the overwhelming recommendation I would have previously given.Thanks

They are an honest bunch!!!! I took my truck to another shop fairly close to them and was mislead. I pulled it from that shop and took it to Alltech. Josh and Nate were both very honest on what my car needs to pass smog (which was very little) but very honestly gave me some suggestions of other things I will need to fix soon, but literally told me I dont have to fix it today. They were very honest and I did fix some other items as they were honest and not pushy salesmen/service writers. Thank you Nate and Josh I appreciate your honesty!!!

We have been coming here to smog our jeep since 2012. We have not been disappointed yet. The customer service here has been nothing but excellent. They are professionals and know about my jeep inside out! Most importantly, they are honest with their diagnostic. My wait has never been more than 30 minutes. Their prices are decent. All in all, this is the place we come to for all our car issues and to smog my jeep.

They replaced almost all the engine gaskets on my 2001 gmc sierra 3 years ago and there has not been any oil leaks since. I have used them several times and have always been completely satisfied.

They are great! Really worked with me on all of the questions and concerns that I had. They do an excellent job and their facility is spotless!

Nice Shop, Nice People, But they wont do what they say they are going to do, when it came to my radiator flush and alignment. With These people expect constant upsells, i overheard them trying to charge someone 500$ for a radiator hose which is a super easy install, i suggest trying to fix your car yourself

First took our diesel pickup here for a smog check. On the year of truck that I have all they have to do is plug it in and make sure there is not codes showing. Transmit the data to DMV. Also asked them to check on some leaks that I knew the truck had. 1 on the power steering pump and the other on the transmission cooling line. They charged us 131 dollars for this. Not worth it. **Here is a later addition to this post. When we also took our truck to the other shop we asked them for a quote on a smog check. They charge $50 for the check and they do not charge for a service review of the vehicle.**They wanted 2500 to fix the leaks and replace the parts needed. I thought that was a little rich so I got a second opinion. The other shop quoted me 850 dollars for the changing of the pump and transmission line.They also mentioned that the brake booster pump was leaking. When I took it to the other shop they did not find any other leaks anywhere outside of the ones that they fixed for a third of the price.I would not recommend this place, ever. Sorry

Brought my 2015 Chevrolet duramax diesel in for wheel alignment and even though they said it was within manufacture tolerances they tweeked it to perfection. Thats called going beyond the call of duty. Thank you All Tech. You made a life time customer out of me!

While the staff was nice the service was not. They wanted to charge me 2500 dollars to replace what they claimed to be a completely busted transmission. Not convinced, I went to a different shop. While Alltech was right about the problem being the transmission, Gateways diagnostic said that I simply needed one part replaced for the transmission, and only cost me 300. Maybe it was just a bad inspection on Alltechs part, but I saved 2200 dollars by going to Gateway.
