We really enjoyed our wedding. We had many guests tell us the next day that it was the best wedding theyve been to. We had some unique ideas for our wedding and she executed all of them well. We had to encourage guests at the end of the night that they need to go home since the wedding was over (they didnt want to leave). We had guests dancing all evening. There are many places where she saved us money and we are so grateful for that. I was a student at the time so I was very grateful I could take breaks from wedding planning and rely on her when I wasnt able to. I dont think we could have had the wedding we had without her help.

My wedding was down sized due to the virus outbreak. Called Bonnie from Perfect Events and she assured me that she would make my wedding Perfect. I told her I just wanted the arch and when I arrive at the site and saw how beautiful it looked I was in love. Everyone was amazing of how great it looked and how profession she was about putting it up and taking it down. I love it and can t wait to hire Perfect Events in the future

As an event photographer / videographer, it is a great help to work events with someone who knows what they are doing and have all the details planned in advance. Bonnie at Perfect Events is great at what she does and its always a pleasure to work with her at any event. Bonnie knows what she is doing and plans everything down to the smallest detail. She is easy to work with and I am always glad when I hear Bonnie is working an event I am hired to work also. You cant go wrong by using Perfect Events for your special event. Ive professionally shot events for over 30 years and I highly recommend her and her staff for any event.

I can tell you that I planned my first wedding and cried the entire day! I had no idea how I was going to get the food together, the decorations up in the church, the reception hall decorated and tables set and covers done and me have time to get ready.... and oh my god!Luckily my path crossed with Bonnie just a few years ago...so when I went looking for a wedding planner and came across her name...I was like YEAH!I can tell you from moment one she was on my side. I told her I didnt want to do anything the day of my wedding but enjoy it...and that is exactly what I did. I had no worries, no issues, no nothing the day of my wedding. If something came up, Bonnie picked up her phone and took care of it. She has so many contacts from her years of networking its crazy! She listened to me when we talked about my ideas for my wedding what I wanted and didnt want and she made it work..My husband and I were absolutely astounded by the work that she put in to make our day the best it could be. People think using a planner is crazy and expensive, let me tell you, she was worth much more than she charged and allowed me to enjoy my day with no worries.I love you Bonnie!

I hired Bonnie as my day of coordinator for my wedding at the Iowa Taproom. Bonnie completely understood my decor plan and vision and set up the reception hall perfectly. She worked all day and night to make sure my wedding was perfect and my family and I didn’t have to worry about any little details that day. Bonnie also worked with all of my vendors to ensure everyone was on the same page. There are dozens of things that came up that day that she handled herself so we didn’t have to worry. Our wedding and reception was perfect and I know Bonnie had a big role in that. I would recommend Bonnie to anyone!

I found Perfect Events on-line - searching for consultation as an out of town mother of the bride looking for planning support. From the initial phone meeting to the first in-person meeting to the wedding day, the service was just what we needed. Perfect Events provided three contacts each for the major vendors and scheduled the interviews with the vendors. The vendors were professional and within budget; the result was a terrific photographer, florist and source for invitations and other wedding accessories.Perfect Events consulted with us as we worked through all of the details up to the wedding day - answering our questions and finding additional suppliers as we made those choices. Bonnie Rosa-Mosena, our wedding consultant, worked hard at the rehearsal continuing to manage many details and on the wedding day. We were so lucky to have chosen Perfect Events!!

I cannot say enough great things about this fabulous company. Bonnie and her team were truly exceptional. They truly helped us create our dream wedding. I remember walking into our reception on the big day and my eyes filled with tears. I was blown away by all of the little deatils and touches that Perfect Events brought to life. It was better than I could possibly have imagined. Throughout the planning process the Perfect Events team was on top of everything. They are open-minded, creative, organized, highly knowledgeable in their field, and one-hundred percent reliable. They have the remarkable ability of guiding you every step of the way, offering suggestions and ideas, while always leaving the final decisions up to you. Their only agenda is to help you create the wedding of your dreams. The actual weekend of the wedding went by as smooth as silk, with not one bump in the road. My husband and I were able to relax and soak up all of the love. Bonnie was fabulous! She was able to put on a pig roast for our corporate dinner with only 10 days notice. I was actually shocked that she took on the job with so little notice, but she rocked it! The food, venue, and entertainment she chose were all fabulous. We will definitely be working with her again.

We used Bonnie of Perfect Events for my sons wedding, which we were completely responsible for planning. We only had 4 months notice and by the time we found Bonnie, we were only 2 months before the wedding date. To her enormous credit, she didnt seem fazed by that at all. We had already hired a caterer and a photographer, but were having trouble with some of the other details for our backyard outdoor wedding and plan for a reception to be held in a tent in our yard. The tent people wouldnt call us back, but after Bonnie got involved, I got a call within 10 minutes. She arranged for the podium, wireless mice, risers, thought of all the little details. If I emailed or called with a question, she was immediately receptive. Having her there on the day of the wedding was invaluable. Most importantly, she let our wedding be our wedding and supported that, and we went off the conventional path quite a bit. We had many comments from our family and guests that this was the nicest wedding theyve ever been to. Thank you, Bonnie:)

My experience working with Bonnie and Perfect Events was nothing but the best. I started by meeting with 3 different wedding planners. There are many reasons I went with Bonnie, but the first main thing that caught my attention was that she was adamant that whatever our budget for the wedding was that it would be beautiful and perfect.I had a very long engagement and thus a long time to plan my wedding... throughout the entire process Bonnie was there for me to bounce ideas off of and offer suggestions. This was really important to me because despite my wedding being over a year away (at the beginning of our relationship) she made me feel very important. While others thought it was silly for me to be planning some details so much in advance, Bonnie saw the importance of this to me and helped facilitate and made my planning possible.When we hired Bonnie my parents were very skeptical that we needed a planner at all. But as the months got closer, and we started giving Bonnie all the contracts and the remaining to-do lists they started coming around. At our final meeting a week before the wedding my Dad even said Im SO glad you hired her, we couldnt have done it without her. She thinks of everything and is amazing! That was a big step for him and shows how much Bonnie impressed him. And its true, she did think of all the little details that I didnt think of (which is saying a lot too - because I pretty much thought of everything!).Knowing that she was going to contact all the vendors and make sure everything would happen just as it was supposed to give me a huge sense of relief. She also did such an amazing job tying up all my loose ends and finishing the tedious things that I left on my to-do list for the last minute. Not only were all of those things taken care of (like ordering some ribbon and tracking down the impossible trumpet and organ player), everything was done in such a timely manner!If anything on my wedding day, or leading up to the day, went wrong - I had no idea because Bonnie was there to handle and troubleshoot it all. Everything turned out so beautiful because of her help planning and also because of her coordinating the weeks before and the day of the wedding. I couldnt imagine the stress I would have had leading up to the wedding if it wasnt for Perfect Events and their great services.

My daughter, new son-in-law and I worked with Bonnie for almost a year planning the wedding. Bonnie made the whole experience as relaxed and fun as can be imagined. Her knowledge of local vendors and venues was excellent. Looking back, I cannot imagine how much more stressful and time consuming the process of planning a wedding would have been without her. While the planning was important, I believe her presence on the actual wedding day was the most valuable part of her services. She informed me from the beginning that she wanted me to be like every other guest at the wedding...relaxed and having fun. This was indeed a success. The whole day ran so smoothly and I had not a care in the world, except to keep from crying as my beautiful daughter walked down the aisle.

We started the wedding planning late. Without Bonnies help we could not have met the date. She knew all the venues, and all the quality service providers (i.e. cake, photo, DJ, caterer, etc.). Bonnie made our wedding day look like it came from the pages of Brides magazine! We first met with Bonnie in her immaculate, store, where she made us feel like honored guests. From the very beginning, her graciousness and professionalism made us feel like we were in very capable hands. To be honest, I felt like an imposter at first. I was sure that someone like Bonnie would be WAY out of our price range, so I was thrilled when it came time to talk about our budget and she was more than happy to work with us! In fact, when we started to get some grandiose ideas during the planning stages, Bonnie gently brought us back to earth and gave us some ideas on how we could stretch our wedding day dollars to accommodate our new dreams! A wedding vendor who wants to save YOU money? Unheard of and above and beyond what we could have asked for.The first thing that truly made me feel like a bride was when Bonnie arrived before our wedding to deliver our flowers. Im not the kind of bride who had her heart set on specific flowers, so I had given Bonnie and her florist some general color ideas and let them go to town. Actually, I dont know the difference between a Calla Lily and an Orchid, but when Bonnie showed up with her hands full of radiant pink bouquets; I immediately started jumping up and down like a first grader. Bonnie took care of details that we hadnt even thought of!Bonnie and her team are professional, energetic, and brimming with creative (and money-saving!) ideas. So, I have been thinking about what is was that I wanted to say about Perfect Events since I had my wedding in December. I cannot really put in words the things that my planner helped me with. Bonnie is WONDERFUL, AND AMAZING!!! She did a SPLENDIFEROUS JOB to help me plan my wedding. Bonnie is a very funny, responsible, professional person. I gave her a vision when my husband and I first met her and she brought it to life for me. I worked with her for about a year and a half and she became my friend during that time. I have already given her number to a couple of my friends that are getting married in the next year. I told them that they are crazy not give her a call. There was not one thing that I had to worry about during that time. I wanted for nothing that day. It was perfect. She kept me in line with my budget lol because I would always come to her and say Can we also add this to the budget? I am kind of sad that she is no longer planning my wedding because I had gotten used to going to her with every question. Thank you so much, I could not have done it without you.

You went above and beyond your job by getting Brian’s tux to making reception food due to unforeseen situations. I cannot thank you enough. I was recommended to Perfect Events by another wedding planner from another company who was not available on my date, and I am so glad she did because the Perfect Events team helped to make our Wedding Day PERFECT!Bonnie Rosa-Mosena was our wedding coordinator for the day of our wedding and night before (rehearsal) only. Every correspondence with Bonnie and her staff was thorough, professional, and prompt. I never had to worry about a THING. We could not have done this without Bonnie! My husband and I became engaged in May and set the date for the Saturday before Christmas. After a few weeks of floating on clouds and dreaming it was time to make things real and Bonnie and her crew were a Godsend. Yes, Im the girl that dreamt of her wedding from the time I could say Barbie Doll. NO, I am not the Queen of organization, Pinterest, DIY or Say Yes To the Dress. After some great conversations about what we wanted over steaming hot Starbucks, Bonnie was able to envision our day and put a plan of action into place with 5 months to go. It was a weight off my then fiancé’s shoulders (he COULD NOT endure anymore TLC shows, for real!) and a gift to me-a fairy Godmother....I mean Wedding Planner that makes wishes come true, someone who had an answer for every question and a plan for every scenario. A calm voice for every hysterical e-mail (Ive never considered myself irrational but 3 weeks to go will do it to the best of us). I am grateful for Bonnies direction, steady voice, professional wisdom and personal interest in making our day unforgettable. All of our guests have raved. Authentically! I have to add that my husband teared up multiple times for several days after saying, I know I kicked and screamed and drug my feet thru that process [he kind of did!], but I am so glad that you and Bonnie got us through it. It truly was the best day of my life. It doesnt get any better than that.

If we could have a do over, I would have chosen anyone else but this service. You will be told that most everything will be handled, but you will end up doing almost all the work yourself anyway. Thank god the venue coordinator and caterer were there to save the day. Important issues were left until the very last minute even though this was hired a year in advance. We heard more about other weddings this planner has done than getting things done for our own wedding. It was like Hiroshima, never, ever again. The only thing that keeps us from requesting a portion, if not all of our money back is the hassle of doing so. If I could give a 0, or even a negative, I would.
