I loved working with Cory for our small wedding! Metro rental was easy to work with, has upfront pricing, and rents out quality products. Cory also responds extremely fast. I dont think there was ever a time he didnt pick up the phone when we cold. Other competitors had hidden add-on prices, difficult communication, and slow service. But it was so easy to work with Metro Rental!

I had placed an order and paid a deposit for some chairs for an outdoor wedding. It turned out we no longer needed the chairs because we were able to borrow some from our church. Corey did an excellent job understanding our situation and paid us back our deposit in full, even though I’m pretty sure he didn’t have to do so.Very refreshing to see this kind of customer service. Although we didn’t do business this time around, I know next time I will definitely be calling Metro Rental first!

Excellent service. Cory was easy to work with, always quick to reply to any questions, and he was flexible with any changes we needed to make to our order as our wedding day approached. He made the entire process as easy as could be, and I felt that he provided honest opinions about our equipment needs based on the size of our event.

Not only were they an incredibly affordable option but Cory himself called me the morning of the wedding to double check everything and make sure everything was set going to be set up the way we wanted. Metro Rental was amazing! I just had my wedding on October 14, 2016 and we rented the chairs for our outdoor ceremony. He was perfectly on time delivering, worked with me on a specific seating pattern (it actually turned out better than what I had planned), and was perfectly on time in picking the chairs back up. On friday night we lost power and called metro rental and got ahold of the owner he dropped everything that he was doing and went to the shop and got me a generator,cord and gas for the generator so that our family could stay warm with the wind chills in the negative belows.Terry the owner even met me halfway to indianola so I could get back here to get the heat going. We just had our wedding in May and rented chairs and a backdrop from Cory. He showed up on time, helped set up the backdrop, and picked up on time. He was very flexible with time as well as changing our order when it came closer. I would absolutely rent from them again if I needed to.

Very disappointed in the service. A friend booked tables for her wedding and hasn’t heard any response from them when she tried to confirm. No response since last Friday after multiple attempts. Tried to go to their office and the doors were locked. Not impressed.
