The guys there are great. Very polite, they know what they are talking about, and they go into detail to make sure that you get the best of your experience there. I have no issues with this place. I recommend it.

Very nice people and great work.

I have been twice and wont ever return again. The first visit I was told they couldnt check the rear diff because the plug was rusty. The second time I had to tell the guys the trans get check while in neutral. I own a dodge. The diff plug is rubber and just pops out. If they are unaware on how to properly check a dodge trans they shouldnt work at an oil change place. If I could give negative stars I would!

Will absolutely not be back. I came in for an oil change. Which they did. However they did not secure the skid plate they removed and I had to bring my car back to have it fixed again. I mean if you pay 50 bucks for a basic oil change you would expect a little better service. Do not recommend.

This place was great. Solid service done in little time at a fair price, and they didn’t even make fun of me for how cluttered my car was.

UPDATE: I was sent a full refund from the company, so I do commend them for hearing me out, and assured me that this would never happen again.don’t come here unless you have an hour and a half to wait for an oil changeAND after 1.5 hours of waiting, at the very end, they checked off a bunch of boxes that they DID NOT complete (ie vacuuming floor boards)

This is my 2nd 5 star review of Jiffy Lube in Clinton. Excellent, professional services at fair prices. No pressure to have any extra services done. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. I appreciate the free air pressure check, vacuum and window wash.

Every time I go here , they are extremely profession. Always referring to me as sir. They suggestive sale based upon potential issues with my car but always will tell me cheaper do it yourself alternatives. Never have to wait long and always use a coupon for changing my oil. I moved away from the area and I miss this location

They are always nice and informative to me when I get my oil changed. The price is competitive and it usually takes 15-30 mins for an oil change depending on how busy they are. Would recommend.

Great experience. Treated great, my SUV was taken care of. Definitely going back every time I need an oil change.

Id give a -100 if I could. Got the oil changed in my truck. Drove it from the store to the house which is 13 miles. Parked the truck, 2 days later started it and the motor is knocking and low oil pressure is on. Call them the district manager comes out and says it was because the oil change was over due, and the oil pump went out. Take it to a mechanic, the engine is shot because they put recycled oil in it, and the weight was too thin. Now I have to buy a new motor. Stay away from this place, or you will be replacing your vehicle.

Ok for simple car issues.

Too many additional fees. Oil change was only suppose to be 29.99. Left paying over $50. Not going back. They dont tell you about the extra fees until you leave.

I get my work car oil changed here. Had my company in the system, my oil changed and out the door in 20 min. I think $40 is expensive for a normal oil change. Ray Varner Ford does it for 26.95 with synthetic blend oil. They tried to tell me I needed windshield wipers even though I had put new ones on my car less than 2 weeks ago lol
