Went to get emissions and an oil change. Cost was $40 more than grease monkeys, but I was hoping for more professional service. Boy was I wrong. Went to get the car, oil smudges/finger prints all over the interior and exterior, the drivers mat was turned upside down. This is fine but the rubber bottom side had oil on it so when it is turned over it will get on the carpet. Took the car home and had 2 large oil spots on my garage floor. I have owned the car for three year with out a drop. Took it back, no apology, they said they would try to work it in and would call when done. Not a call, so I called them, they tried to tell me it was the front differential. I explained that there hasn’t been a drop in the three years I have owned it, and it was probably residual oil from the oil change, and I asked if they had wiped it out when they were looking for the cause. He said of course. Brought the car home and within 1 hours there was a 3” diameter the oil spot on my floor. I got under the car and wiped it down, it obviously hadn’t been cleaned up as the service manager stated. Never again!!!

I cant give enough praise to Kameron at Lynn Wood in Clinton. He just saved me a couple hundred $$$ by telling me how to fix a simple issue. He could have done the work and charged me, but he chose to walk me through a solution.Thank you.

Wont come here again. Multiple poor experiences here. First was in 2016 and I figured Id give them a 2nd chance... They are first come first serve, they dont set appointments, but can never seem to fit you in unless you can leave your vehicle with them for the day. I have a fleet vehicle that they put snow tires on and were also supposed to do an oil change. I was told it was done. Then my car coordinator kept bugging me to get an oil change done. I came back and they had no record of it.Also, I had snow tires put on, when I left I immediately noticed a tick noise in my front passenger wheel. The vehicle is brand new with 4000 miles on it. I brought the vehicle back 1 week later on a Wednesday and there were 0 cars in the bay. I was told they were too busy to take a look. I went home and got underneath the car and looked because the tick was super annoying. Half of the wheel weights they had put on were flapping around loosely and positioned where they hit the brake caliper.My experience has been poor here. Customer service and your time is not a priority. Its unfortunate, but I seem to come away with more problems and frustration whenever I come here. Ill go down the street from now on.

My family has been with these guys going on a decade, they are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and have fair prices. Both Shawn and Dustin are extremely helpful and kind.

I called in to see if they had availability today to purchase and install 4 new tires. John answered and wasn’t as friendly or helpful as I hoped he would be. He sounded annoyed as if he didn’t want to assist me. I normally don’t take care of my vehicle stuff as my husband thankfully takes care of that for me, but he’s unfortunately deployed at the moment. As I asked John if I could give him the make and model of my vehicle to see if they had tires for me he stood quiet and didn’t say one word. I said, “hello?” He then mumbled something and I said, “pardon?” And asked if my tires were 19 or 20? I said 19 and he stood quiet again. John was not at all helpful, friendly or customer service oriented. I called this place due to all of the great reviews, but for some reason I didn’t receive that great customer service some customers received with them; I’m not sure why, but oh well. I will purchase 4 mew tires elsewhere.

We are customers for life, would never take our vehicles anywhere else! They really care about their customers and go out of their way to make sure youre happy and taken care of. On a recent visit one of their techs took the time to come for a ride with us to understand what we were experiencing with the vehicle. Shawn offered us a few options on the repair. They dont just try to sell you the most expensive fix thats best for them, they care about saving you money but also still giving you quality service. Its a rare thing these days to find a shop that offers honest, quality work and treats you like youre family.

Just went to Lynn Wood this afternoon for a minor repair on my car(two push pins were replaced) and was not charged for it.That might not seem like a big deal to most but it was for me. Kameron and his guys are very knowledgeable and will take great care of you. My mother n law and I have been taking our vehicles there for years and will continue to do so. If you want great automotive service this is the place to go.

Having just moved from New York, I didnt look forward to having to find a new place for car service that is honest, reasonably priced, and does good work. The high reviews for Lynn Wood Service Center and my sons recommendation prompted me to try them. I was not disappointed. Their service was quick. The repair was very simple. They completed it so quickly they did not even charge me. As a first time customer, I think they wanted my repeat business. I am sold. They are going to get my future business.

I dropped in at 9:00 AM on a Friday to get a flat tire fixed and an oil change. There were several people already waiting and was told it would be 1 1/2 hours or more by the time the work would be finished. Almost exactly one hour later I was handed my keys; work all done! They charged me only for the oil change and fixed my flat for free!I was very impressed with their fast, professional, and efficient service. I need all new tires before winter and will definitely be going back to Lynn Wood! I highly recommend their services to anyone!

My husband & I were so pleased with everyones service here. We called in on friday late afternoon in a panic. They got us in quickly & kept the car till morning. I hit a curb and needed help fast! This team was very helpful. They spent some time on the phone found the parts to fix my tire and I had my car back within a day. They also saved me some money on the original quote and only did the work that was Nessesary. Now that is great customer service. Upon arriving for an maintenance check on my car two of the mechanics ignored me without as much as asking what I needed or wanted. They were busy talking and smoking and when I asked for directions they seems frustrated that I interrupted their conversation. However, the manager seemed nicer and more willing to help and explain some stuff. First impressions matter, reason why I took my business up the street to a competing store. If the manger reads this, your mechanics attitudes affect how customers perceive your store.

Ive had some bad luck when it comes to flats and tires. Back in July a tack nail got caught in my tire and caused a flat. So I took my car to Goodyear because they were just up the road, never been there prior. The employees there were extremely friendly and got my car taken care of in a jiffy, and it was very inexpensive. Recently a bungee cord hook snagged the same tire and caused another flat. Took it there first thing in the morning and they got me taken care of real fast, only this time they covered the cost for me! I was blown away by that little act. They didnt have to do that but they did. Goodyear is my go to place whenever I need something fixed, I wont forget that act of kindness.

Who doesnt love honest knowledgeable mechanics? Thought for sure my Pathfinder was in for a few hundred bucks but it was just a small missing part. 12 bucks out the door. Got tires here before too. These guys are straight shooters.

We moved to the area about three years ago, but continued using our old mechanic for a while. After using Lynnwood a couple of times, they have earned our loyalty.Our van was having issues with the AC in the back of the vehicle. Instead of charging us for a brand new system as many would have, they fixed it and charged us less than the estimate they gave, and in less time.Our car had an issue with the gas cap that our previous mechanic had tried unsuccessfully to diagnose and fix four or five times. Lynn wood fixed it the first time.

Shawn and Cam have always been great to work with. Service is done on time without extra delays or hidden costs. They earn my business over and over again!

We moved here 6 months ago and a mechanic is always the thing I most dread finding. We took our car here because it was close to our house (less than a mile) to get a general service before a road trip and new tires, at the time I was pleased with the service. Fast forward a few months and my car died in the garage, it was so dead I couldnt even put it in neutral and push it out . My husband is frequently out of town and I have 3 small children so as you may guess taking my car into the shop is horrible regularly, but this was going to be such a nightmare to figure out for me. My husband called the shop and they sent someone over who was able to jump the car and they also took it to the shop for me and replaced the battery. I was so impressed when I saw that they didnt charge me anything extra for my housecall. Little things like this make customers for life, and I will definitely be using them for my cars!

I needed to replace both batteries in my diesel truck and the mechanic asked if I had ever replaced them before. I had. Two years before I had replaced the batteries at Ed Kenley Ford. The man said that they should be covered under warranty, called a mechanic from Ed Kenley, and then sent me on my way to get new batteries under warranty. Great experience and now this is my shop.

The best part about this place is that if they know they wont be able to swing you the best deal they will send you to a place they know will take care of you. Their prices are fairly reasonable.

I brought a set of new tires In and wheels that just got powder coated. I got home and went to clean the wheels off from there lube they put on to get the tires on and there tire machine on all 4 wheels scraped into my powdercoating. I had to get them re powdercoated. This store also broke 2 of my tire pressure sensors due to over tightening and stripping the valve stem valve in to tights breaking it. Very disappointed. I wont ever come back here or will I refer friends or family in here.
