One of the most COVID ready businesses I’ve seen yet, made getting my nails done super comfortable and trustworthy.I showed a picture to the nail artist and they were able to replicate it without a problem. Make sure to specify what you want, the default manicure is gel polish.Really happy with the service.

I gave this rating because I think $22 for a regular manicure is way over the top. Not sure if I will be going back and this was my favorite salon even started my family and friends going here. Sooo disappointed!!!!

I love going to this place and the people are very nice but I just decided to try out their gel nails for the first time and I got them done and then the next day they started chipping and then a Yesterday I went to get them to fix it and they did without charge but now it’s the next day and 2 nails are already chipping again. Love the place but I DO NOT recommend the gel nails

Love it here. One of the techs made a mistake and they made sure they fixed the mistake for free and apologized. They are the only salon I know that does a great job on ombre at a reasonable price. I drive 40 minutes to go here.

Lily is awesome! Another salon in the area simply wouldnt do what I was requesting, and they made fun of my nails because I bite them. After my first visit to VIP, I will never have to put up with that other salon again! Lily did exactly what I wanted and didnt make me feel bad about my nails at all. Shes so sweet and does a great job! I was also really pleased with the prices. Ill be back for sure! :)

I spent 40 minutes listening to these young women speaking in their native tongue. Dont get me wrong, I understand Freedom of Speech but it was quite evident that they were talking about certain customers. And my nails were not done well. The girl who did mine couldnt even speak english. I suggest going out to Madison or Ridgeland.

Service is sub par. I could have done better myself. I usually go to Royal Day Spa in Jackson, but tried them because I was in the area and had time. I will not be coming back. The young lady didnt listen, then had the nerve to get an attitude because I showed her the work she had not completed. With this type of service I pray I dont get a fungal infection.

This place was awful! I would not send my dog here! The nail tech would not soak off my nails. He did cut off the acrylic and in the process, damaged and shortened my nails. When I complained he ignored me. I asked the manager about it and she said nails were like hair, they had to be cut off to grow. She would only give me a five dollar discount. Also if you dare to go here, take cash. There is a fee to run your card.

2 days after leaving there a a fingernail came off they repaired it with no problem.... 3 days later another came off, guy at counter act like I was doing it on purpose.. Im a regular at Tips n Toes spa on highway 80, but decided to try these folks cause there closer to my home... from now on Ill be spending the extra gas..

Everyone seems friendly, but quality was terrible. Nails uneven and polish it self is sloppy. They dont want to fix anything even if you come in the next day. They also add things you didnt ask for and still charge you. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Only giving 5 stars because lower will be deleted. I honest rate then a 1.

When I first came it wasn’t busy but as soon as my name was about to be called it picked up & I knew this was going to be a bad decision. The lady I had was one of the younger women that worked there & wasn’t really friendly. I told her I wanted a manicure with a full set. When she saw the nail color I wanted was neutral & I naturally had longer nails so she suggested me getting jell polish instead. So I agree and when she was almost finished with my first hand of the manicure I realized that the gel polish was a lot more expensive so I changed my mind and told her I just wanted a full set. She looked pissed when I told her and she said she was still going to charge me $5 for doing that hand with the manicure (no polish) which made no since to me plus it would be more money for me at the end so I let her continue with the manicure. She rushed through the whole manicure and was very pushy with me about making sure my hands complied with the pace she was going. She REALLY rushed through my pedicure, didn’t even give me a massage during it which is what I paid for dulex for!! Over all I didn’t like my experience and I’m never coming back. I live in Clinton and wanted to try someone new but I’m just going to go back the place I’ve been going to.
