Before actually going to this nail salon I checked out the reviews so everyone mention Miss Tweety as to be the best nail tech in which is who I asked for. As for the atmosphere inside the nail shop it was very awkward my spouse requested to wait on me before getting a pedicure and they were so anxious for her to actually get in the chair while I was getting a full set done. And no there wasnt hardly no one in the salon for the rush and she was asked more than multiple times are you ready and she stated multiple times Im waiting on my spouse. So once I was got my full set nail done I wasnt to please for her to be highly recommended. And also as I was getting a pedicure another nail tech was brushing my skin(the top part) WHICH hurts and scratched my leg she was scratching my foot and with her nails as well. My spouse stated her nail tech was ok but couldve been more gentle. So Im upset due to the fact that I got my nails done on a Saturday and today is a Wednesday and Im already missing a pointer finger nail and once again my tech was highly recommended from reviews which was Miss Tweety now today I lost a second nail and it hasnt even been a week yet

Amazing place. The staff is extremely sweet and polite. Their nail technicians are professional and very understanding. Environment is clean and relaxing. I havent developed any type of fungal infection since going here. They might not speak English but they know what to do and how to treat their customers. If I could rate higher, the would be a 10 out of 10.

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!we came in to get our nails done and asked for acrylic and regular polish and they said okay. we sat down and the man tells me they only do gel polish. i told him i wasn’t going to get them done because i didn’t want the gel. as my friend gets hers done she has 3 fingers bleeding from being cut and she didn’t get what she asked for. she tells them she wasn’t going to get polish. the lady then decides she will let us get regular polish since we told her we weren’t paying for gel. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE

I don’t understand how 3 nails from my hand are broken after not even a week. I get my nails done here all the time. The guy told me I needed a new set while he was painting a get coat over my fill in. If he knew I needed a full set why say something about it at the end when your almost finished? When I came back to get it fixed by them today, I was told they were only accepting pedicures. There where 5 people in there. How are you not able to serve me. I understand that we are in a pandemic but if you messed them up you should fix it. Never had a problem before now but this left me very frustrated.

I asked for the gel French tip mani pedi and at 97.00 it seemed fair priced. The pedicure was ok and the gel polish French tip on my toes was to my satisfaction. The nails are another subject! The lady doing my nails was nice but in such a hurry that the quality was not good. The pink gel ran over on the the white tip. There was residue left on my finger and no oil on my fingers to make the finishing touch. I noticed other customers nails looked very nice. I should have asked for the cheaper ones... they looked nicer.

So happy I found Got Nails! My nails came out beautiful and everyone was so nice. Definitely going back!

If i could give this place negative stars i would!! by far the worst salon i’ve ever been to, me and my friend went in there to get regular acrylics which the guy told us he could do, 30 mins into waiting and finally sitting down getting started he says they only do gel. and that’s not what we wanted so i just said i’d paint them when i got home so then the lady offered to do regular when she realized i wasn’t paying 40$ for gel. still told her no because my nails were already looking pretty bad and had 3 fingers bleeding. then she charged me 33$ for them and it was NOT 33 dollars worth. ive read reviews and they say their sorry and they’ll fix it next time but clearly it’s still happening. so never going back here again.

This is best best nail shop ever. I been getting my nails done with these tech for about 7 years. I would never go any where else. and the new tinted eyebrows are the best. I would recommend this place for all the newest polish and beauty techniques.

Kind Staff welcoming environment perfect experience I also bought a Nuskin power lips in the color ruler I LOVE IT! I will definitely be coming back there again very soon! A seemingly endless wall full of color choices in gel and a large assortment of nail dip colors I have never been to a nail shop with sooo many choices! In love!

Used to like this place but they have started adding their own tips in although I blanked out tip part- ex. $50 the tip would have a ___________ and total the amt. as $50- besides I like to leave any tips in cash with the person but they added their own and since you dont have a receipt showing this as your approval they wouldnt correct or undo it. Really upset bc no one writes tips in their own receipt so even with having a receipt it doesnt prove the deception. morons. will not recommend.

Service was horrible. Got pedicure by older guy who rushed the job and he huffed and puffed when I told him the polish was messed up. Will not go here again!!!!

This was my first time coming here and me and my daughter did the mani-pedi combo and she got the facial mask. All the staff was polite, professional and discussed the packages with me to make sure that I was getting what I wanted. They actually massaged the calves and arms, unlike other places. And when they found out it was an outing because it was my daughters Birthday, they gave her a little gift. It really made her day. I would definitely recommend this place and I will be returning in the future.

Went here a couple days ago for the first time to get the powder dip. Ive been getting the dip for 5 years and this was the worst. The young guy needs to work on his technique its more to it than just dipping. Two of my nails have chipped already smh and they are all lumpy. If I do decide to go back I would like one of the ladys to do my nails.
