I was really impressed with the service there. The technician were friendly and professional. They have good smelling spa treatments and a nice environment.

Nail tech did a sloppy paint job. Female owner was rude when responding to my complaint. I do not recommend this salon.

First they make you call to set up appointment and then when you show up they make you wait and pass other people ahead. After 3 years going to them won’t go again. The male have become extremely rude borderline disrespectful

1st time visit and was surprisingly pleased! I was apprehensive due to previous poor reviews. However, after receiving strong recommendation from another customer, I decided to give them a try. My tech, Hong, was a perfectionist with my mani and pedi! During my experience, the manager and co-manager (his wife) were very friendly and professional. They definitely earned my continued business!

I had an appointment for gel manicure..the tech Kim does a great job/great service. I go to this salon bc of Kim and her services. The owner and his wife is so rude and controls the other nail techs. They walk over to control services being done. Its only 4 nail techs in this salon. All of the techs does something different. The nail tech i seen today does not do nail designs such as rhinestones, and ect...shes only allowed to do the basic mani and gel. The owners wife is the only nail tech that does rhinestones, designs and ect. The owner walked over and said my nail tech does not do the services i requested only his wife does and right now shes busy...Before my services was completed..my nail tech started walking over to another customer and the another nail tech ended my services. It was only 2 customers in the salon at the time of my services...me and 1 other customer along with 4 nail techs, my nail tech got up and left w/o saying anything...my nail tech left me to start a pedicure with another customer 🙃. Still trying to understand why I couldnt get a simple rhinestone designs on my fingers with 2 customers in the salon ...I later spoke with the owner about this situation and he stated wasnt nothing wrong with it....smh..last time with this salon...2021..nail salon bad already

Luckys Nails in Clinton will never get another dime from me. The wife and husband are sooo disrespectful. They talk to you as if there arent 50-11 nail shops in the area; modern and better quality ones at that. The way they spoke to me because I was late, is unacceptable. Never will I spend my money in their establishment. In fact Ive witnessed them disrespect other patrons, but this the first theyve ever spoke to me like this. Aht aht aht...never again! I ended up going somewhere else in the area that was very satisfactory. Lucky nails in Clinton got patrons messed up thinking they can talk to people like one of their kids. You will neva disrespect me and get my money. I couldve had the shop shutdown, but Ill watch Karma work.

Well what can I say ; 5 * simply isnt enough. I have been going here since they opened many years ago and everytime I go,I have been So Satisfied. They are very attentive and very polite people. Their nail salon has a very pleasant atmosphere... its big enough and cozy enough AND they try very hard to meet your needs. AND VERY CLEAN.I highly recommend this team..more nail salons should be like them.... kudos to Lucky NailsTheir prices are very fair for the quality of work they do.They simply care about their customers and it is greatly appreciated by me, so next time try it for yourself.😊😀😃

I went to the shop yesterday to get an overlay on my nails. Once I got home I noticed my thumb was crooked. I went back to the shop today to get my thimb fixed.The owner, Ken, told me I dont know what you did once you left here, you could have done that once you left. I could have made my nail crooked??? I wont be back!

I am not ashamed to admit I get a manicure and pedicure every few months. This is my go too spot. Big screen tvs that are usually set to the game, not a lot of snickering and talking about my feet in another language and they give me good service. Surprisingly, I usually see at least 1 other male there before I finish.

If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD. Co-owner/ Wife is so rude. Ken the other owner is seems very nice until you ask him to do something that he and his team should be very well trained to do, especially being a technician at a spa. Terrible service I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

I just went to this nail salon to get my eyebrows done before doing so I went to the restroom where this racist woman who is an employee begin beating on the door asking me to come out like the police while washing my hands.. I asked her what was the problem ? Her response no colors in restroom. I have never experienced racism directly until today ! Fox News NBC News ! In America this is what we deal with ‼️

I went in for a mani pedi. I was only there for 3 min before I was told I had to pay extra for my mani because my NATURAL nails were too long. My nails aren’t even that long at all. Won’t be going back.

I have made this my nail salon when Im in Maryland. The service is great, the techs actually talk to you in English. They have a genuine interest in you and the service that they are providing.

The guy owner is very rude and unprofessional and I didnt feel LUCKY he will try to add on services that you dont need to get more money for his services. Ive used this business a couple of time to get a manny/petty and have gotten gel on my nails. The time before this when I got my nails done I went somewhere else and got a regular manny/petty without the gel. I went back to Lucky Nails again for my next visit and the guy owner argue with me that I had gel on and it would be more to remove and I kept telling him I didnt. Because I normally have gel on he tried to tell me I did this time to add on more money to my bill and I didnt. He spoke to me very rudely to be a customer and I would never go back to give them any business and I would suggest anyone else to beware.

The owner, the male, was very rude and disrespectful to me over a simple nail color change. He spoke over the nail artist that was actually doing my nails and scolded me for being “picky” about the way I wanted my nails to look. It was my first time being there and he made it clear he feels I don’t know anything about nail polish and how it should look, said I should take it how it is or else I won’t be serviced. Needless to say I won’t be going back ever again.

I have been to this establishment a number of the times and the owner is unprofessional. Because I like a certain artist she refuses to do my nails. She’s very rude. Her nail quality is poor. My nails always pop off with her. I would not recommend anyone go here

I started going here around February of this year. I started w/a tech name Lily, she was Awesome. She helped me with a plan to grow my nails and everything. I came a few times and had to seethe older tech since lily was out. Didnt have any issues with her until last Thursday when I went for a gel set. I can be around 7:25 ..they didnt close till 8. I figured i had enough time for the normal service I receive and they didnt turn me away. As she glued nails on they started popping off. She laughed it off, I told herto take her time. She started placing the acrylic on and again 2 popped off.. thats when I should have left, but i decided to stay because ive never received bad business.. Fast forward to today 4.27, im at work as an bus operator and I go to scratch my head And my nail pops off.. mind you though I need a refill. Is only been a week. I cal talk to the Male manager and request a refund or service for free. He tells me that sometimes its how its put on and the maintenance at home. I tell him I never hadany problems with how my nails are done there and I havent done anything different. He tells me he doesnt know that and I should have said something 2nd or 3rd day not a week later.. needing a refill and my nail popping off happened this week so... I will be getting my lil ol money back and NEVER going or recommending them.. He didnt try to work with me at all.. I didnt fuss, cuss or even raise my voice.... Terrible customer service..
