The lady at the nail shop was very rude. I went to the nail shop and I told her that I didn’t like my nails before she even really had got started. The lady told me it would be a $25 extra charge for basically wasting her time on doing my nails and my nails were already $55. I refuse to ever spend money there ever again she was very rude and disrespectful. When I was trying to show my mom what I did and did not like about my nails the lady rudely interrupted me to tell me that she thought my nails were very pretty, but that’s not the point as a customer I didn’t like them. Then when I asked her could she cut my nails down she told me she couldn’t because she already started on them. So once again I’ll never be back at this place and I never spend anymore money there again.!.I also took my Mom as a mother’s day gift and paid for her nails also. This was a very bad experience and she was very unprofessional.

Got there at almost 7. Big open sign blinking and sign said they closed at 7:30. There was no one in there. I went in and she asked me what I needed and I told her just to fix one nail. I guess she didn’t feel like doing a nail. She said they were closed so to come back tomorrow. Big sign that said 730. I only needed one nail fixed. Would have taken every bit of 2 mins but she was rude and lazy. They don’t have to ever worry about me coming back again!!! I could understand if it was a shop full and I wanted something major but it wasn’t even after 7. NEVER AGAIN!!! Wish I could give them no stars!!

I will never in my life go back to this place. they are rude for one plus they can not do nails at all. I paid for my moms nails and they were shaped all wrong and ugly. Please don’t go to this place ladies you will not I repeat you will not get your money worth PERIODT!!!!!!!!
