I’ve had three appointments at the Clinton location in the past month, and the staff have ALL been so kind and courteous. I was nervous for my first mammogram, and my biopsy, but they talked me through the process and put me at ease. Would definitely recommend.

I have been waiting for 2.5 hours for my imaging appointment. I was 15 minutes early for. I havent eaten or drank anything since last night. I have a severe sinus migraine that I cant take anything for until after the appointment. What was the point of scheduling the appointment if I was going to wait this long

RIA is currently sending customer account to billing falsely. My account was sent to Fairfax Radiology after making a payment in September. The billing invoice states that we will send this to collections 15 days from the statement date. My statement date was 10/22/20 and it went to collections 10/23/20 to Nationwide Credit Corp (collection agency). I complained to the billing dept about my payment for September which cleared my account on 9-5-20. When I received my October statement the September payment was not on the statement. They did nothing to correct their mistake and told me to call collections. I will recommend that if you get a bill look at it very carefully so that it does not go to collections.

Had an appointment at the Clinton location 10-27-2020. i had to get an MRI of my right foot. i was nervous,but both of the nurses were patient with me and and talk me through it. Thank you so much,keep up the great work at RIA

My visit was truly a 5 star experience. Everyone was professionally friendly and well versed on their process of triage. The tech was amazing and professional. She was also courteous. I will refer the Clinton location to all I know and I will return for any testing needed. The staff practice Covid safety measures, ensuring everyones safety. What a great visit.

Very friendly staff. They went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable. Open MRI was easy and the tech was amazing. Additionally, they were very cautious and implemented proper safety precautions during COVID-19.

I had a procedure scheduled with RIA in Waldorf on 09/20/19 at 9:45am. I was called at 8:45am on 09/20/19 and informed that the customer service representative that I scheduled my procedure with on the phone was new and scheduled me with a doctor that doesnt do the particular procedure that I was having done. It was a female procedure that I could only do within certain days of my menstrual cycle so I had to have it done that specific day or wait another month. I was informed that they could still do the procedure the same day but I would have to go to the Clinton office. I am home with my two small children all day, every day and made specific arrangements for them to be taken care of while I had this procedure done. The woman on the phone was very apologetic and professional and I appreciated her understanding and willingness to get me in the same day. The fact that I had to reschedule an hour before my appointment was very inconvenient and had to go to an even farther office. Everyone at the office during my appointment was very nice and professional, I had no problems there. I really did not appreciate the scheduling experience but I understand that things happen. Please make sure everyone is fully trained before putting them on the phone to make appointments.

Went there for a pregnancy ultrasound. I arrived early for my appointment and was not called back until about 25 minutes after my appointment time passed. How uncomfortable for a pregnant woman with a full bladder! When I was finally called back, the technician was absolutely rude. She just kept saying, Why did your doctor send you here? Its too early. There is no baby. Very insensitive and unnecessary comments. Who does the customer service training here? I wish there was an option for 0 stars because that is what this Clinton location deserves!

Wow!!! There is no communication between the managers and the front desk staff. One person will tell you one thing then the other person will tell you something completely differently. There is nothing worse than trying to handle a situation in a professional manner and the staff show no sense of regard. A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!!! I wouldnt go back here if someone paid me, and I am not saying this lightly.

I usually have pretty good treatment there. Most of the Staff is kind and patient, but some staff isnt always as helpful in explaining things I may not quite understand. But its a very small percentage. I rather go there than the hospital for tests. And will continue to go there in the future.

While I have not had services provided through Radiology Imaging Associates, I wanted to leave a review to address their customer service. I called their billing department by mistake, as I was trying to reach another company named Radiology Imaging Associates out of Colorado. The man I spoke with was rude when answering the phone and was very unprofessional. When explaining to him I wanted to check on a bill I had received for services in Colorado he laughed and told me they only provide services in VA and MD and told me to learn to use Google. Very unprofessional, especially towards someone who is trying to pay a bill.

Went to have a Chest X-ray.. I hate that they don’t allow you to make an appointment for that, because I figured a walk in appointment may take a long time during peak hours to be seen. Therefore, I made sure I came at a low peak time so I wouldn’t be waiting long.. let’s just say that method did not work because i waited more than a HOUR to be seen for the exam. So inconvenient. Atleast if you know that there may b a long wait, notify me.. will not come back to this place after this

Very unorganized and unprofessional I waited 30minutes just to be told that they messed up my appointment and had me scheduled for another day this is ridiculous Im beyond pissed off and the staff acted as if they didnt even care or take responsibility of their error
