I really appreciate the ladies at this facility. They are so punctual, never have to wait long. Love going early. Front desk so nice and courtesy. Technician who did my mammogram today was really really good. Excellent Technician. She made me feel so at ease & comfortable. First time I have ever had a Technician that didnt hurt or have discomfort to my breast. I dont know her name, but give her a raise. SHE IS THE BEST. Hope to get her next year.

The absolute best radiology center I have ever been to and Ive been chronically ill for over 30 years! Went for a chest x-ray. I had made the appointment the day before online for 8am, was able to upload all my information online before my appointment. Staff was very friendly, professional and efficient. We only waited for less than 5 minutes before we were called back. Im in a wheelchair so I need my husbands assistanceThey were very mindful of my disability and we were finished and back in our car before 8:30am. They also have a Lab Corp and Quest in the same building for your convenience. I will definitely be coming here for all my radiology procedures in the future. I called FOUR (4) times this morning to try and schedule my MRI - I was given the runaround and either got a line that said “Goodbye” and hung up on me! -or- an automated line with 5 options, none of which would register regardless of what number you pressed, it just repeats itself. I’m more disgusted by the fact that real people kept answering the line but refused to schedule me themselves despite being told about the issue - never in my life have I called an office for an appointment and been given such a headache by truly apathetic individuals.I would not recommend or refer anyone to this facility.

The representative, desk nurse or tech was thorough with preregistration requirements. We received a call prior to our visit on the day of to ensure that specific information was gathered. Upon arrive the representative was polite, engaging and patient. Upon meeting the actual tech performanung the observation, was extremely professional, patient, willing to answer questions and accommodating. The Team was excellent and they provided outstanding service. The area was clean and safe. They took stellar care of my mom. I was equally impressed about the level of personal care, coupled with positive demeanor. I would recommend the team of first rate technicians that provided us with excellent service to anyone. They were a true blessing. Our experience from the beginning to the end was stellar. Kudos to the team! May God keep you and Bless you!

I was a walk-in. Needed a chest X-ray. I was in and out in 30 minutes. They were fast and efficient. They are always courteous and friendly. The technician was very nice. The establishment is always very clean. I always use Community Radiology!

I was greeted cheerfully. My wait time was very short. All of the employees whom I interacted with were very respectful and patient. Whenever I need any services like the one I just had I go to CRA.

When ever you come here for an appointment they are never on time..My appointment was at 9am and here it is 10am and I still havent been seen. I asked the lady at the desk how much longer would they be and she said everyone is in the room with parents 🤔. No help from the front desk I knew I should have went over to Heritage they are much better James is the only person that Greets you. GREAT JOB JAMES

No warm welcome which was disappointing. I guess the first person I interacted with upon my arrival wasnt excited to be there...me either. Its my day off (no bra day) and I am waiting to be called to the back as I ponder, what in the heck is happening to our workforce. A tech Kristi called a lady and myself to the back. Within 8 minutes my mammogram was done and I was getting dressed to leave. Kristi was pleasent, clear and super efficient. Kudos to her for turning this experience from a two star to a five star review.

This was my first experience with Community Radiology. The location was perfect and the front desk was knowledgeable, helpful and polite. The radiology technician was great at explaining my procedure. I was in and out within an hour. This is what I call excellent service!

My experience started with the receptionist when I walked in the door. She was sweet very polite and very informative. Where I had the problem with is the MRI technologist comes out to escort me to the back and immediately accused me of being late, however that was not the case. I arrived one time the problem came because of The way the order was written they had to get clarification. I call to get my work cop adjuster on the phone for that clarification and proceeded to complete the paperwork that was given to me. When I got back they were rushing me through this procedure and I felt like a piece of meat on a slap the way I was treated. I did not appreciate it at all. The end of my study the last technologist spoke with me was a little rush but she did not seem to be as rude as the 1st 2 technologist.

Great staff. Friendly, on-time and helpful. Definitely will recommend or use if needed in future.

Excellent service, my legs caused me to be late and they really went above and beyond with their accommodations by providing wheelchair support from the lobby to the office then back to my car.

I love the post pandemic service. Everything from virtual registration, to the waiting time, to social distancing in the waiting room, to the actual exam was flawless and executed with precision!!! The only thing I would change are the actual chairs.My OCD kicks in anytime I see even the smallest of stains ..so maybe getting rid of cloth/ fabric lined chairs and replacing them with a wipeable material and having their cleaning crew to wipe down at least weekly AND actually having someone oversee that its done. Nothing keeps me coming back like cleanliness!

I always go to this place. Radiology exams always are pleasant. However parking is terrible in the mornings. This is a medical building seems like everybody and their mother is there.The only thing I didnt like about this bone scan was that appt was 1100 and second part of appt is for 2pm. To take time for color injection to settle thru body. That and parking the only reason I didnt five five stars

It was a joyful service for my mother. She is blind and the staff was patient and understanding for a person with a disability. They made sure that mom was understanding what they were doing and made her comfortable.😊 Thanks to the entire staff for all your help.

I had a MRi done on Friday the 19th . I was given the head phones however it didnt work. I could still hear the loud annoying noise. This MRI made me Ill my arm went numb my body became weak. Its Sunday and Im still feeling ill. The front desk experience was very professional and courteous. Im not sure if the machine was faulty or not but Ive had several MRI before and Ive never had this experience.

The ultrasound process was quick and painless! The staff are welcoming and social. I just wish that since our partners aren’t able to come in due to covid we could record the screen on our phones.

I called to make appointment, very pleasant operator took my information, gave me instructions on what to do when I arrived and sent the links to my phone for waiting outside. When I arrived I texted that I was outside, they responded quickly and within minutes I was inside and was quickly taken in and services were performed. Visit was very timely & organized. I arrived a little early but was accepted to check in 5 mins after I texted that I arrived. I completed paperwork once at check in and was called by radiologist about 15-20 mins upon completion of paperwork. The technician was thorough and efficient throughout taking the images. As a first time patient I was definitely impressed with service & efficient process & COVID practices that were in place.

Before entering the office you can text or call to have your paperwork prepared to reduce exposure to others and your wait time. They text when they are ready for you to enter the suite. Once in the suite, the paperwork process was very brief. Within a few minutes I was called back for my imaging. The tech was very professional and made an awkward situation as comfortable as it could be. Before I knew it, I was done.

Customer service at location is great billing dept is not knowledgeable of their policies. Been dealing with a billing error of theirs for the last 2.5 years, cant see why they cant fix it.
