Yesterday, I went to this particular UPS store and me Antoinette. None of her colleagues showed up to work and it was her day off but she came in and with no air conditioning in her store, she worked like 2 people. She was very professional that she took my breath away. She should get a raise and whoever owns this store, FIX THE AIR CONDITIONER!!! You have a fantastic employee working for you, act like you appreciate that. Thank you Antoinette ♥️

Would not recommend. Too ratchet, slow and crowded for me. Guy at the counter didn’t say much but he wasn’t rude and that’s the only nice thing I have to say about this place.

Couldnt have had a better experience! Antoinette was awesome. The line was nearly wrapped around the building and she moved quickly despite her being the only one there. She was efficiently moving people in and out of the store and greeted everyone in a pleasant, courteous manner. She practiced safety measures by socially distancing, wearing a mask and keeping a limited number of persons in the store at a time. She was very knowledgable and educated customers on how to track their returns and when packages would be sent out. My package went out the same day I took it in like she said it would be. So fortunate to have a UPS store close to home but its even better to have a rockstar like Antoinette working there.

I have not had more amazing customer service is a long time. Antoinette was at the store alone for a while, but she rocked through the line giving EVERYONE fast, accurate, EXCELLENT service. Everyone was treated with priority. She was COVID safe by keeping a minimal amount of people in the store and keeping everyone distanced. The line was wrapped around the corner but she kept the line moving. I called ahead and she was a phone phenom! She was organized, she was humorous and knowledgeable. When the other employee returned, she was very polite to her and she was very communicative. Her skills are unmatched. If you experience superstar Antoinette and are pleased, be sure to leave a great review for this store as well. It is easy to leave a bad review, but great customer service is sometimes forgotten. She was so inspiring, I told myself that this is the level of service I strive to give every day. INSPIRATIONAL!!!

I dropped packages off here two days ago that still have not been scanned and sent out. I’ve called several times and no one seems to be able to find them. The system was offline so who knows who else packages may be missing or mixed-up. This was my second time at this location and neither time was a good experience.

The staff at this location is the best! They are friendly, professional and efficient, even during the busiest time of the year...the weekend before Christmas. This is a clean and tidy location with social distancing. I will continue to come back to this location.

ANTIONETTE HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I Came for notary...she gives me a slip,tells me to fill it out by the door. So im no longer on line. Filled out the form,about 2 people are helped. Completed the form 2 more people are helped. She says go wait for her at the door. I asked does she really expect me to wait for 10 patrobs to be helped in between the time Ive initiated my request for service. She says notary is secondary,and she can cNcel the order if id like i left.

I called to get information about a mailbox. I was told to call back the next day. I called the following day and after being on hold for 20 minutes, I was told to call back later. I dont think they understand they turned away business. I have decided not to do business with them because that is an indication of the type of service I would receive.

Please try your best NOT to ship or receive any expensive items from this location. Especially if the workers are able to tell what you are shipping or receiving. I have had two expensive items nearly stolen by one specific employee at this store. Because I am one not to let things just slide, each time I demanded the owner or owner rep (because this is a franchise/privately owned UPS store) and have threatened to call the police. Today I filed a complaint with UPS. The crazy thing about today is while once UPS verified that my package was delivered here AND GAVE ME THE NAME OF THE WORKER WHO SIGNED FOR MY Apple Watch (and she happened to be the same person who took a package for me of some expensive glasses that disappeared for three days before I filed a police report so I could subpoena the camera footage ...and the package was mysteriously found), the white clerk claimed she looked ALL OVER THE STORE and the package was no where to be found. Claimed the young lady wasnt answering her phone. Once I started dialing 911, the young black man walked magically to where my package was found...like a miracle ... right? But get this, the whole time the other lady was looking for my package, she started pulling out other packages that were mysteriously placed in the wrong places.. Dont believe them when they try and tell you ITS THE DRIVER...BECAUSE AT THIS LOCATION, ITS THE WORKERS IN THE STORE WHO ARE STEALING YOUR PACKAGES.

Poor customer service. I dont mind if there is a 2 person limit but I was standing in line and it was always 3 in the store. But when I get in the store there back to 2. Skin must have been to dark. I was told I had to wait outside. Never again.

Michael was excellent. His customer service skills and professionalism was outstanding. He was great at multitasking while keeping a smile on his face the entire time. I assumed that Michael was a manager because of his next level performance the entire time. Michael definitely deserves management opportunities and advancements... This may be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Rude, disrespectful, condescending, and zero humility. They treat customers like inconveniences. The staff will also change addresses in the system and send shipments to the wrong location purposefully, out of spite. Clearly the employees at this location either hate their jobs or hate life in general. Management is no better.Many of the 5 star comments are made by friends, employees, people looking for work, etc. Take their rave reviews with a grain of salt.All you can really do is pray for these people. I would advise individuals considering conducting business at this location to stay as far away as possible. I will be contacting the franchise owner to provide a detailed account of my experience including names of the people I interacted with.Going forward, my companys office is shipping exclusively from FedEx.

My customer service experience at this location was horrible! The manager made excuses for why they could not find my package I dropped off and even had the audacity to excuse me of putting item in incorrect package when I left the package to be boxed with them. I will never step foot in this location ever again. Poor management and not customer oriented. If I could I would give zero rating!

I’ve been a customer at this location for two years and I love the staff. They are always friendly and professional regardless of how busy the store is. They have managed to get the right combination of employee and personalities. Be nice and patient with them, they deal with a lot of different personalities daily.

Understandably there are only two customers allowed in the store due to COVID-19. There should be more than one employee working and there should be an employee coming outside to check the line for customers with ready to go packages and just need a receipt. This will prevent customers who will literally take one minute to drop off a package from waiting 30 minutes in line behind customers who need to box up items, discuss shipping options, etc.

Brandon was put in a tough situation today but ultimately helped us & 3 others. We were in line by 5:20. He said we close at 5:30 & I wont be able to help you all. He was working alone. Except for Covid, we would have been in the store & understandably the door would be locked @ 5:30. After explaining that, he served each of us. Im sure he was exhausted but please provide the manpower & training to ensure your employees & customers are taken care of. Thank you

I went to this location today, 1/22/2020, and had the ABSOLUTE WORSE customer service experience! They “now” charge $2 for a “piece of tape” and when I questioned the rep regarding the change in policy we ended up in a “heated argument”! I usually don’t engage in the back & forth but the rep was EXTREMELY RUDE.I did speak to the owner but, I don’t think anything will change. However, I will NOT be visiting this location again.

On 6/15/2019, at approximately 2:00PM. I went to the Coventry Way, MdUPS store to mail a package with defective parts. From the moment I stepped into the store, Eric, welcomed me and did everything that he could to help get my package ready to mail.Since he was the only person working, when I told him that I wanted to see the package boxed and ready to mail, he very politely asked if I would wait while he waited on other customers. Then with his amazingly helpful attitude, he extended the same courtesy and efficiency to every customer.It mattered not how busy he was or what the problem, Eric welcomed each customer then for each problem, he politely, rapidly and patiently gave excellent service. They have misplaced my package on more than one occasion. They have also labeled another person’s packet with my box number. I returned the package to them, only for them to misplace it and call me looking for it. They really need to get some workers in who know the rules and regulations and FOLLOW them.

There is always an extremely long line at this store and it never moves. I stood in line for 30 minutes and the line moved one customer in that time frame. I will never use this location. This is totally ridiculous!

Dropped off a box with pre-printed label for returning an item to Amazon. I didnt think to get a receipt; I was just getting in and out like Ive done at many other UPS stores. Well, the item never shipped out...We called the store about a week later once we realized, and they just said if theres no receipt then too bad.

This store is terrible! Every time I have to deal with them there’s a problem. I’m waiting for the store to open and it was supposed to open 30 mins ago. Management is unresponsive and a lot of customer service training needs to be practiced. They do not value customer’s time!

This UPS location has hands down the best customer service! The young lady working I think her name was Jamisha C. was fantastic! She had a standout personality and the way she handled customers kept smiles on their faces even though the store was really busy. She was very knowledgeable on handling my concerns and questions. I was impressed! I had prepared myself to be in there for a while but she got me in and out very quickly, despite having other customers to deal with. The next time I have to notarize or ship anything ( or use any other of UPSs services) I am definitely going back!

The worker was slow and constantly tried to sell unrelated and unwanted items to customers. Made fun of an elderly woman and had to call a coworker who was off shift to find stamps. Postal stamps. Its 7pm on Monday Dec 11Now shes crumpling freshly printed addresses that are supposed to go on packages that are being sent out.

So I went here the other day to try to ship stuff to Chicago and to Los Angeles. They said and quoted that it would take three weeks to get there because they are backlogged. They also wanted to charge me $300 to ship out. I said oh hell no. I went to the post office and paid $50 to get there by Monday. Everything was shipped on Wednesday. Never again will I go to this UPS store.

Ive been using this store for about 12 years - occasionally when it was a Mailboxes, Etc. and exclusively for UPS shipping after it was rebranded as The UPS Store a few years ago.The staff are friendly enough. They always greet me and thank me for using their business - the same as I would expect from any typical retail outlet. Nothing great, nothing bad.I use this store mainly for Amazon returns but I have also used this store to drop ship my own packages.The good thing is I rarely have to wait and when I have a prepaid label Im usually in and out within a minute. No complains at all.Id recommend printing your own labels online and walking in with your box labeled and ready to go. Filling out paperwork in the store is a bit slow (true of other UPS stores though).

Terrible, terrible experience. I have used to store a few times and it was ok service but today was the worst. I went to return some Verizon cable boxes. The girl was on her personal cell phone throughout my time in the store. I gave her the boxes and my information and she gave me my receipt and took the boxes to the back. When I questioned my receipt as to not having the number of boxes or any of my information she said the tracking number was on the box and that was all I needed. When I tried to explain to her that the receipt proved no proof as to how many boxes I gave her as she did not package the boxes in front of me, so how was I to prove to Verizon how many boxes I returned if for some reason they say I didnt return all of my boxes. She got a little agitated with me and said she could package the boxes in front of me if I wanted. She prepared a box in the back and brought it back to me with my cable boxes in it and asked me to look, ok...she then took the box back in the back and proceed to close it again so I couldnt see if everything was in the closed box. she came from in the back and I was still standing there, never said anything else to me and then took the next customer, all while still on her personal cell phone. I stood there for a second and then asked how I could get in touch with the manage of the store. She handed me this little piece of paper never looking up at me. I went to my car and called the number and it was the number to the store where she answered the phone. I said you give me a number for the manger and he cant be reached, she says he normally is there but he stepped out. So I said you cold have told me I wouldnt reach him now, she said with a really nasty voice you didnt ask me that and then hung up the phone. I have been call that store ever hour since then to talk to the manger and still have not reached him and she has no idea when he will return.

Certain people who work there need to be in the unemployment line! I called to have a package re-routed and was on hold for an hour! I was then hung up on when they realized I wasnt going to hang up. Called back 3 times within the following hour and was hung up on all 3 times. Never again! Ill make the drive into the District and use FedEx from now on.

I (Mz. Vee) visited the store earlier today 4/27 to carry out some business, and while I was standing in line, I caught part of a conversation between a young black female store clerk and a white middle-age male customer. I observed her answering the many questions that he had while he was talking on the cell phone and trying to conduct business at her station.I recall him asking the clerk what her name was - she told him her name very clear and distinctly. Im thinking hes about to give her a compliment for the manner in which she was handling his visit. What I heard was quite disheartening and uncalled for. Hey proceeded to say quote: Did you say Sha Nay Nay? unquote. Again she stated her name very clearly - and it sounds absolutely nothing like Sha Nay Nay. The man who will now only be referred to as AHO - continued on with his badgering of the young lady and told her to Google black names so she can see what he was talking about. I just shook my head - in todays society we still have to endure dealing with racist idiots.I must compliment the young lady, and young man that waited on me, not only did she retain her composure - she continued to serve the AHO with a smile. She was very professional, although a little, shaken from the encounter, she managed to help me complete my business with a smile.I am a retired Fed government manager, and I wish I had 10 employees like the two I came across today. Their Customer Service skills were impeccable. UPS you should be proud to have them as apart of your team.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO GET ANYTHING NOTARIZED HERE.The web site from UPS store claims they have notary, I went there one day to get something notarized only to see a sign stating the notary is only available from 9:30- 11:00 M-F. Wow only and hour and a half, but I figure ok... I come back the next day at 9:33 am and Im informed that the Notary has already left for the day. So apparently the notary is only there for 3 minutes each day. There are a million of these stores so Id suggest just going to a different one but this one apparently isnt well managed.

This place is the worst. They are slow and inconsiderate. The owner is not helpful and is in no uncertain terms a jackass. When you ask him any questions, he immediately gets defensive as if he does not understand that he is in the customer service business. Avoid this place. Id rather deal with the post office, seriously.

The owner of this location has a nasty attitude and acts as though customers annoy him. There is a high turnover of staff, probably because the owner has a nasty attitude. Such a simple job, but they make lots of mistakes.There are other UPS stores in the area and also a Parcel Plus a few minutes away. No need to deal with this clown.

My dad had gotten us two hoverboards for Christmas and guess what. Its 1 day til New Years and we still didnt get them! Im so upset, please ups if you have any hoverboards in your stock waiting to be delivered deliver them! Why work in customer service when you obviously dont want anyone to walk in your store! I would drive 100 extra miles to avoid that horrible place they call a UPS store! Watched while ARMANI forced the three customers ahead of me to change their packages, forcing them to buy something - boxes, tape, whatever. She did the same to me and I confronted her about her hard sell tactics. I often ship boxes there, but this will be the last time because of their overcharging practices.
