G.A. Eberly  is the Best, Most Honest, Most Knowledgeable and Highly Skilled Plumbing and Heating Company that I have ever encountered.Jo Eberly and team were able to find an outdoor busted pipe connection that I was advised by other local plumbing companies that the connection could not be found. Well...Eberly found the underground pipe, laid new pipes, passed WSSC Inspection with flying colors. Eberly ended a 9 month total nightmare of not being able to use my Kitchen Sink, and the nightmare of  dealing with other less competent plumbing companies/contractors. Options offered by the three other local contractors was to jackhammer through my home and walls to lay new pipes inside my home. G.A. Eberly was a Life Saver. I have called Eberly on 2 separate occasions now and each time the call was friendly they were here when they said they would be and the guys were thorough and professional. I would recommend them to anybody for issues big or small. They were worth every penny!

The service technician was great. It took too long to get a simple answer as to when i would have a technician at my house and the front office misquoted the price of the service. A difference between 150 per hour and 475 per hour. Another issue is that a 475 bill for snaking a main waste line leading from the house literally taking no more effort than snaking a toilet shouldnt be a 325 price difference. All in all the problem was fixed. But this pricing seems waaaay too high. I would recommend this company ONLY if youre in an absolute pinch. I would have shopped around or just rented the equipment I needed instead of using this company had they priced it accurately to begin with. But three days with our waste spilling into the yard put me in a bit of a pinch on time. So, lesson learned.

Jo and her crew are a throwback to when blue-collar workers ruled. She is the best of a dieing breed. A+++, 10/10, #1.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company rips people off, does not stand behind their work, and takes advantage of people. What kind of plumber pushes a snake in but fails to turn the snake? Yes, it temporarily cleared a blockage only for them to have to come back less than a week later when the blockage inevitably returned. $450 for the first visit, $450 for them to come back 6 days later & actually turn the snake! They wouldnt even work with us on the $$ when I talked to the office about this. Basically told me deal with it. Please save yourself some trouble & call another company.

The older lady who answers the phone is very rude and refused to help me. It took 2 weeks of me calling her and leaving her a message before I was finally able to get her on the phone again. All I was trying to do was get a toilet replaced. I had all the information she needed in order for her to order it for me or just tell me if they carried it. I guess they didnt need my business because she hung up on me when I asked her why she couldnt look it up to see if they had it. I did give her 2 weeks, she said she was too busy to help me. I finally found a replacement and would recommend Grainger instead of this place. I called Grainger and they helped me right away and I was able to pick it up the same day.

I called for damage done by an unrelated company. Sent pics of what they had done and was given awesome advice and care by the owner!!

Fast, friendly replacement of my oil boiler circulator pump, drain & charge the system, then bleed the air out of individual radiators. I only wish their email or website worked better, to send a picture, so they could buy the replacement before arriving.

The worst company I have ever dealt with, she doesnt return your calls or emails. Still not fixed my radiators and its been since January, its July now and she hasnt given me any answers, or a date to complete the job. What kind of company is this when the owner does not return your emails or phone calls?? I have to give this company one star to post this warning. I give this a negative 5.

They are dependable and honest!
