This business is unable to hire any quality employees. Their “maids” stole from my parents house twice! Do not let them into your home! The first time they denied it could be their fault that jewelry was missing from our home. Once police investigated it was proven it was their employee and charges were pressed. They then promised a trusted employee would be the only one cleaning our home. They lied and items were taken a second time. DO Not hire them!!!!

This is by far the best cleaning company Ive ever experienced. The cleaning is so on point, they go above and beyond and get things that I would think that needed to be cleaned. They are fully flexible with your schedule and come when you want and they are reasonably price too. That the most expensive and not the cheapest but right in the middle. A La Maid helped my girlfriend and I for the holidays. When we have our 5 young kids together, life can get messy. So when it was time to invite our family and friends over, a la maid was our choice.First off, they were on time. Thats a big one. When youre trying to plan your day, its nice to know that your day will go to plan when you arent waiting for an appointment. On top of that, they were VERY efficient when it came to cleaning the house. There were enough people available to get the job done in a timely manner. I appreciate a strong work ethic when it comes to hiring vendors so when they came in prepared and ready to go, it was a pleasant experience.The staff of 4 came in to our 2000 sq ft home and cleaned it top to bottom. Every surface gleamed and the house smelled so good when they were done! Its always amazing (and scary) when people that have never set foot in your house find every nook and cranny (and find a few new ones that you didnt know about)I would highly recommend a la maid to ANYONE whos looking to spruce up their home, give it a quick touch up, or dive in head first into some deep cleaning. I was excited to be coming home from work to a clean house, but Ala Maid exceeded my expectations. I thought one of our bathrooms was a lost cause (used by all boys), and Ala Maid made it look (and smell) new again. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend this service!

Ive never publicly written a bad review before but this needed to be done. Barbara is the most unprofessional office manager that Ive ever spoken with. I asked for an invoice after the first initial cleaning. Never got it. Apparently they made an administrative error the first time because for the initial cleaning they only charged me $143 and then a week and a half later she says that I still owe $191. So if I had never complained about the second cleaning in the first place, then she wouldnt have even found her error. That error who she blamed on the new sales guy instead of herself. When I asked for invoices she became angry and started yelling at me and I told her to calm down, and then she hung up on me without even resolving the issue. I finally received the invoice with just an amount and no hours spent or people who came to clean. I will say that the workers who came to clean were super respectful. Although having 3 come to a 2 bedroom condo was a bit excessive. I believe its just so Barbara can charge you more. She only cares about money and thats more than obvious. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Our home was in need of a serious deep cleaning. We had no idea what to expect or how long it would take, but A La Maid was easy to deal with, professional, and showed up on time with four workers! They cleaned the home from top to bottom, were nice and respectful and had the place shining from top to bottom. I wouldn’t hesitate to have them come again.

This is my first time using a cleaning service. Was very uneasy giving up my house to people I dont know but I knew the time had come. I decided on the deep clean first and now every two weeks. Deep cleaning took much longer than I thought (neither did they) but in the end it was heavenly!!. It smelled like a wonderful, fresh spring day. My next time was scheduled for 2 weeks later and I was wondering whether I needed another cleaning so soon. When I came home to a sparkling clean house and a kitchen faucet that looked like it was just installed!! The only kink was the time scheduling of my second visit. Although the company sent me a schedule of my cleanings for the next year, there was no mention of the time. I called and left a message and they left me a voice mail saying they were scheduled for 1:00. I wanted to be here to discuss what I wanted done but had an earlier commitment. I would have been back well within time but (luckily my sister was here visiting my Dad who lives with me) they arrives 75 minutes early. I had written down a short list of what I wanted done and had left it on the counter so they had my list but I was a little disappointed with just the scheduling. Otherwise, so very good

House looked and smelled amazing. Cleaned areas I didnt know existed. We have a family of 4 and a German Shepherd, a la maid cleaned thoroughly and efficiently.

Not only did they accomidate my deadline with short notice, but they hands down had left no stone unturned and were very attentive to every detail with the very difficult job they took on. I couldnt be happier with the excellent service! The ladies folded clothes, helped my daughter organize her room, dusted the chandeliers, vacuumed the lampshades and furniture and floors, dusted every nook and cranny, including all the picture frames, got the cobwebs out of the corners, shined the walls, cleaned the microwave, cabinets, windows and floors. Our house has never been cleaner! The staff was professional and answered amy cleaning questions I had. I would definitely use them again!

I had to visit an ailing relative and had to leave my husband in charge. I was very nervous about doing that, especially because he had to run the house and get a six and an eight-year-old to school as well as their afters. I didnt know how he could possibly do that. He was very smart he called A la Maid. They did things that I had not been able to get to in months. I came home to an immaculate home. They even tidied up my childrens toys. That was above and beyond.

As an employee from the start of business 10 years ago, left due to moving, and then as an employee 8 years later in 2016, as a supplemental job to my primary, I have to say this business has mounted tremendous herds. The pay was fair, the mileage reimbursement sufficed, and the management team was well coordinated with payroll. Which is the most important for any employee at any job. Although there were some hiccups during my employment periods, its wasnt anything out of the ordinary and were promptly rectified. Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere near the clients homes/offices. Very few of the employees smoke as it is, so this was never an issue. Highly recommended to anyone who takes pleasure in hospitality, growth, or supplemental income.

This place is a joke for a cleaning business they dont train their employees and they dont even have a process that they follow to clean correctly. Super unsanitary and very cheap equipment. The staff is very unaware of what they are doing as they are have no idea how to clean professionally. No one is certified and they have no idea what they are doing. The office managers are super disorganized and unprofessional. The managers along with the owner have no experience or any idea what it is to be in a cleaning business. They do alot of guessing and will make employees do things that are unsafe like clean mold and do alot of things that they are not properly trained or certified to do. There is no such thing as a trainer in this company. Everyone cleans however they want as there is not an official process to follow. All they do is spread around more dirt. Search up the correct way to clean and just witness how these guys clean. Management has no experience at all, anyone can pretty much run this office. The owner and management only care about the money. They dont care about their employees. They dont care if employees are being over worked, treated fairly or taking any lunch breaks. No gloves are provided either. This company are scam artists and desperate to hire anyone that applies. People quit within a week when they notice the way they get treated and how disgusting this place is. Get a cleaning company that knows what they are actually doing. Do not settle down for this place as I seen many other cleaning businesses that are alot more sanitary and educated. This place is ran by a lady that is pretty desperate to make money and found this to be the easiest and cheapest business to run. Employees hate working here and customers drop their service all the time. Some great employees but they dont get appreciated at all. If anything this place brings their employees down and they dont respect privacy. I AM NOT SURPRISED THAT YOU ARE PLAYING CONFUSED SINCE YOU ARE CONFUSED OF ALOT OF THINGS WHEN IT COMES DOWN TO CLEANING, BEING HONEST AND RUNNING A BUSINESS. WRITTING ALL OF THE THINGS YOU BELIEVE YOU DO IS ONE THING AND ACTUALLY DOING ALL OF THOSE THINGS YOU LISTED IS ANOTHER. NOT CERTIFIED CLEANERS AND NOT AN HONEST OWNER NOR MANAGEMENT. NOT WASTING ANYMORE OF MY VALUABLE TIME ON YOU. My wife had major surgery and we had A la Maid clean. I walked in and said oh my Gosh. They picked things up to clean and moved things to clean under.

Horrible service. They bring another cleaning team everytime they come; some of the workers are ok but others are smoking in the house (our house is non-smoking needless to add). Also they scratched the furniture by slamming the vacuum cleaner into it; Heather offered to fix the scratches at no charges but that have never happened over 6 months period. Last time they came before I cancelled the service they forced open a locked file cabinet. If you ever consider using those people make sure you are home while they clean your house otherwise you will have plenty of unpleasant surprizes waiting for you.

Terrific on the sell, but weak on the execution. After booking, I didnt receive an email confirming the booking time or receipt of my payment information.Please note - - They do not venture higher than the second step on a step stool, which meant that in my Victorian they did not clean the top of the kitchen cabinets, light fixtures or the Ikea closet. The workers were polite but didnt know how to properly load a top-loading washer, and if I hadnt been home to hear the massive clanking Im not sure the overloaded machine would have survived the spin cycle. I also had to ask them to touch up the shower doors in two bathrooms.I would recommend asking their rep to review the specific details of your cleaning, since there was also a miscommunication about this job.The sales manager came by when they were finished (did not ring the doorbell or announce herself; very creepy that her workers just let her in without telling me. During the intake phone call I was NOT told to expect her visit). She did not leave a copy of an invoice or ask me to sign anything so I am left kind of wondering what the fee will be.

When I entered the house they had left her pristine, she was impressive and I could enjoy my trip
