Leaving South Windsor CT I had one regret - I could not use Joe The Plumber - for 5 years Joe The Plimber fix everything for me, new Water Heater, shower water diverter and a host of other issues. So when I opened my garage to find water leaking allover my moving boxes I called area plumbers - now I get the whole COVID so busy thing, I do - but not one call back, even from a 24/7 emergency plumber!! So by chance I pulled up Joe and found he had expanded to my area! It was like old home week! Willie the dispatcher is not only the best at what he does, hes like talking with family! After a week and a half of nothing, here is why I love Joe The Plumber: I called Willie first thing in morning 6-4-21, Joe himself was there by10a 6-4-21 he found the problem, located & (temp) stopped the leak, I recieved the estimate 11:59a 6-4-21 and Joe The Plumber Team will be at my house on 6-7-21! Forgetaboutit!!! Joe drove an hour on the same day I called, diagnosed the issue, stop the leak, walked my main house to price additional work and gave me an esitmate, to which I was charged a nominal fee (which I knew up front) - I mention this because I know some people complain - read above and understand without Joe my pipes would still be leaking. Good to have you back Joe The Plumber!!! Willie my Man!! I will follow up after they perform the work!!

Todd from their Clinton, Ct location responded quickly to set up appointment. He was on time. Very professional and honest. I purchased what was supposed to be a new highly efficient toilet. We needed to replace an older one in our guest bathroom. I thought it would make sense to put the new one in our master bathroom and take the old one to replace the one in the guest bathroom. Todd said the one we had in the master bathroom was just as good quality as the new one we purchased from a big box store. He said if I wanted to spend the extra money to go by my plan it would be ok with him but it wasn’t necessary. I appreciated his honesty and went by his recommendation. I would definitely use them again.

Joe replaced two inside water line valves for the outside faucets with better valves. He did a great plumbing job! I would recommend him for your plumbing needs.

Used Joe the Plumber for the first time today. A+.....they showed up a little before the allotted time, were direct and to the point about what needed to be done. They did the work, cleaned up, and checked everything. They were professional and did an excellent job! We have used other local plumbers in the past but the work had failed so we decided to give Joe the Plumber a try. We will never use anyone BUT Joe the plumber now!

Joe the Plumber did a great job working with us remodeling our kitchen and bathroom in our home. There were a couple of snags, but I was impressed with how quickly they were resolved with no hassle. Great service! So happy that we found them. They didnt turn us away like another plumber did when I told them we had our own water filter to install. We had two separate issues and both were resolved with no issues.

Joe the Plumber saved us last week! They came out immediately, we had a clogged drain and couldnt find anyone that could come right away. They came out, took care of the problem. cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend them!

Mis-diagnosed our job, telling us it would be $3,000-$6,000 dollars. Luckily the second plumber that came to do the job caught the mistake, and partially fixed the problem for $1000; but took our pony pump. My husband finished the job, but of course we had to buy another pony pump (another $100) because the plumber refused to admit taking it.
