Great place to do business with. Called this morning and got my new tires this evening.

I had dead battery in my truck one morning and after jumping it, going to the parts store and putting it on their computer, it said it was the alternator. Took it to Nick and his guys checked it out and turned out it was the power module. We talked about my options on the parts and repairs. Their price was good. They had me in my truck a few hours after the part delivered to the shop. They have my business moving forward.

Company truck broke down on the Interstate and I had the truck towed to Nichols. My cousin had recommended them. Found the problem and had me back on the road. Excellent customer service and technicians. Clean shop and friendly people. I have since taken the truck back for an oil change and a different repair and received excellent service again and the prices are exceptional as well. Highly recommend Nick and his staff.

In April of 2017 this place was recommended to me....... what a bad idea. I took my vehicle there with a small leak. They replaced the coolant reservoir. I drove it for a day and the leak started back. I called he told me to bring it back. After he looked it over he said it needed a new radiator, well I got the radiator replaced and a couple days later my vehicle started running hot. I took it back to him and he stated that it needed a water pump. He then informed me that he doesnt have a mechanic on site that can fix it. As I stated earlier I DROVE my vehicle to his shop, after all his NEW replacing I can no longer drive my vehicle without it running hot. Now I have had about $700 worth of work done to my vehicle and it is worse than when I first took it to him! I do not recommend him to no one. His work is not well and his parts are extremely over priced. I wouldnt let him work on my 10 speed bicycle.Not to mention he told me he was gonna put it on the machine to see exactly what was wrong with it........Well my vehicle never made it to the machine, he told me himself that he didnt put it on the machine. Never again!

Since the pasting of my husband this place had serviced my old trucks and theyre good but they have changed and now I would not recommend a woman by herself to do business with them. I found a mistake they did but they put the bame on me and even brought up my late husband who has been gone 10 years. That made up my mind to go somewhere else. They overhaul a engine in my Ranger and they got their money but when I found the mistake which it could had ruin my engine they blamed everybody even my late husband but their self. Everyone makes mistakes but be man enough to admit it. Just be careful if these folks do anything to your car or truck. I learned a hard lesson but already found someone to work on my truck. Im 72 years old and still learning the hard way not to trust anyone.

These people are very knowledagable they make u feel welcome.They are up front about what they are going to do before they do it and they give u an. Decently priced estimate so u know everything before hand.Id refer them any time to any one..

We broke down with a bad alternator on a Sunday afternoon on our way home to North Carolina. We stayed at a local hotel that suggested Nichols as a good place. We called them first thing the next morning and they fit us in even though Im sure they already had plenty of customers to take care of. Not only that, they even had one of their mechanics drop us off and pick us up from downtown so that we could get a lunch and kill some time while we waited for the part to come in and get installed. Their price was reasonable and we were more than grateful to be heading home later that afternoon. Everyone there was friendly and helpful and they made an unpleasant situation much more bearable! I would suggest them to anyone.

Horrible shop. Completely crooked people. Paid 2400 to have transmission fixed only to have to take it back 3 more times bc it was still messed up. Each time the car was kept over three weeks and the lady at the desk is rude and completely unhelpful. Save ur money. . Apparently he sends the cars for trasmission work to some place in Spartanburg. They dont even do the work there.

Nichols automotive has always been friendly and helpful. We arent in there often, but they remember my name when they recognize my voice.

I havent had my vehicle worked on there, and I wont. The guy who answered the phone was VERY rude to put it politely. Said itd be a month before he can check my windows? Maybe he should put no new business for a month out on his billboard, if thats the case.

Had oil changed today and was in and out in 15 minutes! Professional courteous service every time I go.
