Big Ten Tires in Clinton MS is amazing. The technicians, office staff and anyone else I came in contact with were friendly, courteous, polite and nice.The facility was clean, organized, neat and tidy.I dropped my car of this morning to get 4 new tires before they opened; I did not fill out the information completely and when I called after 7:30 they were so polite and assured me that all was fine. And they had already started on my car. By 9:30 the car was done.Amazing group of workers!! And I recommend you give those fellows a chance. I will use them again in the future.

Was able to get in just as they opened. Terrell provided great customer service up front as usual, while the machanic that worked on my car was very friendly (always speaks when he comes around) and we had a good laugh about my car issue. Friendly place, looks out for your best interests.

Terrell was the most helpful and courteous person, he helped me not only get a new tire but when I was having an attack of Vertigo he helped me so much. He checked on me several times, got me water and made sure I was okay. There are not many people that would do that for just a customer. He is awesome!!

Had an issue with my tire and called about 35 mins before they closed, hoping they could help me since they wouldn’t be reopening until Monday morning. I came in and they had it fixed within 20 mins! Great service and prices!!

I am from out of town visiting my sick mom has the old story goes but it is the truth. I picked up a piece of metal in my right rear tire. I called Big 10 Tires and the gentleman that answered the phone said please come on down will take care of you.I walked in and the Service Writer took my information and 30 minutes later I was leaving. Last Friday was my first time going to Big 10 Tire in Clinton, MS and it will not be my last. The employer (guy) that checked me in told me it would be a hour wait maybe. As I was getting checked in, I asked would it take more than a hour because I really have somewhere to be. He told me maybe a good hour. When I tell you he meet my desire to get out before a hour without evening telling me that’s what he was trying to do! After they were finish with my oil change, he told me that he didn’t want to give me any false hope! I really appreciate him for that!!! Keep up the good work, Big 10!!!

Excellent prices. Making appointments helped us tremendously. Staff was very courteous. Helpful if invoices were more detailed, that is, rather than $30 it should be broken down into tire balancing, rotation of tires, etc. For customers future reference it would help if Invoice stated which tire was replaced with a new tire.

I had to get my tires repaired and aired up. I called in advance Mr. Terrell was extremely nice over the phone and very concerned about me being safe with low tires. But once I entered the store in Clinton I was told by Miss Kirsten that she was unaware of how to handle my service because I was using my warranty she would let Mr.Terrell help me since he’s the one that’s good at that. I patiently waited for him to come to the desk and yet again he was pleasantly nice. I was there for close to three hours. As I often do I observe the customer service of the workers not saying that she is but Miss Kirsten was extra pleasant to the white males that entered the store she even walk to their car as they pulled in the parking lot to talk with them as they enter the store she was extremely long winded and nice to them as for the others her service was not as great. Overall I was pleased with the work on my vehicle and the customer service of Mr. Terrell but as for keratin I was not pleased with her costume service.

You guys @ Big 10 Clinton are awesome! We noticed a nail in the car tire around 2pm and spoke with Terrell, he immediately ordered the tire, had it delivered before 3pm. I arrive for service @ 3:30pm and was back on the road a few minutes after 4pm. Thanks to Terrell and Kristen for your outstanding customer service!!! The BMW dealership cannot compete with your service!!!

Great service every time I walk in. Very professional and timely. Willing to answer all questions and help however they can. Looking to buy new tires. Shout out to Terrell for taking the time to talk with me and show me different tires.

Prior to arriving I phoned to make sure my tire with a nail could be repaired. The employee was knowledgeable and inviting. Upon arrival I was greeted warmly and promptly. My information was taken and I proceeded to the very modern and clean waiting room complete with large screen tv, coffee, and vending machine. After a short wait of approximately 15 minutes I was finished. Checkout was friendly and efficient and price was competitive. I then made my way to my car which was waiting right outside the door. I could not have asked for nor received better service. I am from out of town but was visiting relatives. If I ever have another tire problem, I hope to have it in Clinton MS near Big 10!!

I was greeted when arrived 15 minutes earlier with a smile. The service was great and fast. This was my first time because I have been getting my oil changed somewhere else for 19 years. But Im completely satisfied. I will be bringing my other car before the week is out to get the oil changed in it.

First time using Big 10 Clinton and it was great.. I was greeted as soon as I walked in.. The attendant was very nice and helpful..My experience with Big 10 Madison on Saturday 6/27 was not good, thats what lead me to go to the one in clinton. I had an appointment scheduled for 8am. I got there at 8:01am. I walked in, wasnt greeted at all. There was a female and male attendant at the counter, no one said a word. The female attendant was rumbling through papers, talking to others, walked in the back came back out proceeded to get on the phone. When she finished her call she then said be with you shortly. She then began to talk to coworkers again. Finally, she asked how could I help you. I told her I had appointment at 8am. She asked what was I getting done. I gave her details, she then told me well it will be a 3 to 4 hours before we can get to your truck. You see all these keys up here, they have to finish from yesterday and the ones before you. I asked, so there is really no point an booking an appointment. She relayed not really.. I informed her to have a nice day and walked out..1st bad experience.. Ill just stick with the one in Jackson & clinton..

I think I can speak for the entire city of Clinton when I say we are all excited to have Big 10 in our town. I went in to ask about the services they offer and to check the new place out. The young lady up front was so extra sweet and helpful, she explained everything to me so I could understand it which is a BIG PLUS for us ladies. Very trustworthy ! I will be doing taking all of my cars to big 10 now.

I came in to get my oil changed and to get my tires checked out. Terrell was very nice and patient when explaining to me what was going on with my tires. I got 2 tires today and will return to get 2 more. He was very friendly and polite.

They did a good job, changing my cars oil, and they showed me a few things that will need attention in the near future. The only thing that bothered me, was that their staff were not wearing masks.

I have concerns and complaints. I had an oil change and air filter replaced. Today was the first day I had a chance to take a look at the work. Thats when I Noticed that the cabin air filter section where the clip snaps to hold it close is broken in the same area on both air filter cabin boxes. Also the plastic retaining clips of the plastic cover cover the radiator were never put back in.

Took my car to get an oil change tire rotation and windshield wipers on July 9 2021 around 2pm at the Clinton location. Paid for the services , drove home to find out my oil was at 60percent. So I paid for services that was never done. Clinton location was closed on Saturday so wasn’t able to takemy car back up there. I’m very upset, because i was lied to and I have to miss work Monday to take car back up there. Will not go back to this location after this.

Well, upon my second visit to this shop, my experience was radically different. The price has gone up and to add insult to injury, change was stolen from my vehicle. Now a few quarters is not a big deal, but its the principle. I cant say if I will return to this business again.
