I called Logans Heating & Cooling to get a estimate on running electrical from my house to my new shop out back. Logan came on time and looked everything over. The next day Logan had my proposal ready. The proposal was fair. We scheduled a date that worked for me. Logan and his team ran 150 feet of electrical from my house to the shop, wired the shop, also ran a wire for the pool. Logan and his teams workmanship is top quality, professional. When the work was done I paid what the proposal was for, no hidden fees. A family own business that treats you like family. Thank you Logan and ur team for a job well done!!

Wonderful experience! Hired Logan’s Heating and Cooling to install a Lennox Elite XP20 complete HVAC system in my new home. Everything from start to finish was handled to my satisfaction. We had the pleasure working with the owner Logan & Lindsay Fuller during the initial estimate process. During construction Logan Fuller, Sean & Cory Houk knocked out the project in about 2 1/2 days.

Logan got me in and fixed up faster than anyone else could, and the worksmanship looks great. Logan worked with my schedule and made sure qe coukd get thw qork done before it got too far gone. Logan also made sure I knew what the fix was and some good tips for operating my systems more efficiently to save me more money.

Two years ago Logan and crew put us in a new furnace and AC. Works perfectly. We had no problem what so ever. Crew was easy to get along with. They got it done in a short period of time and cleaned up after theirselves.

We had two units replaced within a week of each other. Our rental house and home. Logan replaced the rental house unit with 3 days and with our house, Logan made sure we had the right size unit for the square footage for our house.

Our air conditioner quit working on one of the hottest days of the year this summer while we had friends staying with us (of course). We called four different places that were close to us and three of which never called us back and the fourth one said it would be at least a week before they could get to us. We reached out to Logans even though they were a little further away and they were able to come out that same afternoon and in five minutes he was able to diagnose the problem and 20 minutes later it was fixed for a very reasonable price.They were very friendly guys and we had a nice conversation about how they recently started their business in Clinton. He was very knowledgeable and genuine and my husband treated them with some tomatoes out of the garden.They are now the only HVAC number we have on the fridge and will never bother calling anyone else again.

Very courteous and professional. Scheduled a preventative maintenance visit and ended up needing my coolant topped off. Logan explained everything he did and gave me a better understanding of what to expect from my unit. Everything is running better now and will definitely use him again for future service.

We used Logans Heating and Cooling as recently as two weeks ago. After not being able to getting our new Heating and Cooling installed after a year and half, we needed someone to complete the job.Original business told us that he couldnt get back to us to finish the installation of the cold air duct work, We called local heating and cooling businesss and we were either too far out or they showed up and never called back with and an estimate. Someone referred Logans to us. I called them and they said they were interested in doing the work. Logan met with me the next week, estimated the work to be done and cost. I agreed and the following week Logans employees showed up as scheduled and completed the work that day.Keep in mind that I live approximately and hour and 15 minutes from Clinton ( Climax Springs). Logan and his employees were very courteous and professional and were there when they said they would be. Couldnt be any happier.

The guy doesnt no what he was doing, armatures 100%. I would not recommend them at all!!! They are not communicators, they dont call back ever!! Leave a mess behind. Just not good people!!!!

Logan just put in two Goodman units for us. He installed the entire systems inside and outside. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the product we had him install. Logan and crew arrived on time. All of them were very respectful, wore boot covers inside and were even quiet as possible when my grand babies were napping! Before our units were replaced, Logan came to service one of our old units. It was a Trane, not a brand that Logan sells but he can service. I appreciated his honesty when he said he could fix it but a Trane serviceman could do it cheaper because of the parts needed. We decided to replace our 15 y/o units instead. I made numerous calls and texts to Logan that he always promptly responded to. He does work, not sit at a desk and answer calls! So if he doesn’t answer, leave a message, he will respond. I would not hesitate to recommend Logan’s Heating and Cooling!

Recommend Logan and crew for any AC and Heating applications. Logan and crew were very professional, honest, and informational. My AC went out on a Sunday afternoon, Logan arrived within 30 miniutes from my phone call. He quickly troubleshot the problem down to the compresser. Due to the age of my existing unit, I elected to replace the whole system. By Tuesday afternoon, I had a new system up and running. I am very satisfied with Logans and I highly recommend him and crew for any AC and Heating problems. Great job!!!

Logan has done several repairs for us at two different houses. He is always quick and tells you how much the damage is going to be upfront. Would highly recommend him if needing heating and cooling help!

The air conditioning unit at our business stopped working late in the afternoon. We called and Logan said it would probably be the next few days before he could get to it. We got in around 7pm that evening to lock up and Logan was there already working on our unit. Five star service for sure!!!
