Update: All installed & workg great! Refrig is huge-still gettingvused to the difference. LOVIN my new double ovens-both have convection ability - its like BIG AIR FRYERS !We needed a very specific oven & they found it for us. They had just the style of refrig we wanted. Made a good deal & getting them very soon. With this Covid mess, we are very happy thing sb here in another week. (Couldve been months!) Will be very happy when everythg is delivered & installed!

Great store Ive dealt with them for a number of years because their service and their prices are competitive. They sell top of the line appliances and their service is incredible. If you have a problem of any kind you can bet they will bend over backwards to help you and solve the problem. They are definitely the type of a store that Clinton needs.

Would give a ZERO if I could due to poor attitudes....Shopped on their website for a washer / dryer. Had a set on their site for $399 each piece. I called and asked if they had free local delivery and was told yes. I asked if it was free delivery no matter the price of the appliance and again was told yes. I went to the store to purchase a set and was told by the sales woman that they were $449 each delivered, $399 if you took them yourself. I explained that it was $399 on their website, nothing about delivery mentioned and that I had called earlier about the delivery. No apology, just again told me each piece was $50 more if I wanted it delivered, didnt want to have me as a customer and let me walk out. I try to keep my money away from big box stores, but with attitudes like this from local merchants, there is a reason people stay away from local merchants.

I went in to find a replacement igniter for my 20 year old Maytag dryer. The woman would not even check to see if they had a part without the dryers model number. I pointed out to her that the part itself had a model number: 53-4266. Sorry, that wont work was the answer.I came home and spent literally less than 40 seconds to find the part I needed by Googling: Maytag 53-4266. The part I needed came up in the first result! Whirlpool/Maytag 31001556. A minute later I had ordered one on Amazon.I really try to purchase locally when possible. In fact, I have purchased major appliances from them (though not this dryer). I expect better customer service.

We bought a washer, dryer, fridge, freezer, stove, microwave and we have even bought our grill from these guys. Excellent service when needed! Great to do business with. Highly recommended in my book!
